I came by for a day pass and Ian was extremely accommodating. He went out of his way to meet me at the gym and let me in to the facility. Equipment was well maintained and clean. I would recommend a membership for anyone local and I will definitely be back next time I am working in the area.

Exactly the gym every powerlifter is looking for. Squat bars, deadlift bars, monolifts, calibrated kg and lb plates, and more. Everything you need in surplus and very little fluff. I need a gym like this in my hometown.

My girls loved the beautiful paintings they received on their arm from her, and she was very courteous to ask permission first, even though I completely trust her judgment and diligence in caring for my children.This gym has an excellent sense of community. Everyone is kind, respectful and considerate. There is a lot of experience to be found here and a lot of people willing to share what works for them.I highly recommend this gym for so many practical reasons. However, I also fully recommend it for the people who own it and those it attracts. Its absolutely worth your time to check it out!

I am the owner, and yes I’m leaving a review. I have traveled all over the states training at gyms. The idea was to create an atmosphere that propels strength combined with the knowledge to keep it safe. We have large garage doors that we open during the day to allow for larger crowds with an outdoor atmosphere. While I believe I have everything needed to train properly, I plan to add to the gym as much as I can. You will not get bored of this place. This is not your average gym. It doesnt have all the extra fluff that main stream gyms do, however it does have an amazing atmosphere. They owner is very knowledgeable and I have seen him walking around sharing his knowledge and experiences with gym patrons. In most of my visits I have seen and or experienced nothing but support and comraderie. I would strongly recommend this gym to anyone seeking to become healthier and stronger.

STRONG HAND FITNESS! Man this place is awesome. Owners are great and there to help. This gym has all you need for getting to the next level or just starting out. Lots of strongman experience here Would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We went opening day and were very pleased with the gym, equipment and atmosphere! Its hard to find a gym focused on weight lifting that also offers childcare so that was a huge selling point for us! Has everything we need plus more and the owners are awesome!Family owned gym with community in-mind!

I was able to get in on opening day to tour this gym. I went into the gym expecting it to be like every other gym out there. I was thoroughly surprised on the cleanliness of the gym, the organization, and how friendly the staff and the owner were. They have any equipment you need regardless if you are a powerlifter, body builder, crossfit, strongman, or just want to keep in shape. I highly recommend stopping by for a workout even if you are just in town or you want to make this your home gym.
