This was my first time getting a wig and she gave me BALD SPOTS. She knew it was too small and knew it could give me bald spots but never disclosed that information to me. I was the last client of her day and she was completely rushing to get me out. The wig cap covered my ear. I took the wig off two days later because I couldn’t stand the pain anymore. When I took it off there were sores around my ears and the back of my head. A week later they were scabs and my HAIR WAS FALLING OUT. I called to let her know that her installation caused this because many of my friends get wigs installed and this has never happened. She was completely rude and had no remorse and has no intention of giving me a refund. She said she told me the wig was bad quality like I was supposed to know that meant potential hair loss???? Her excuse was when she was installing it she had to pull a lot. The pulling was to indica the wig was too small??? This is my first time I thought pulling was how it was done?! If it was too small as a professional you need to speak up about the damage it can cause... better yet DON’T INSTALL IT!!

VERY unprofessional stylist and poor quality of work. Ladies do yourself a favor and don’t even waste your time or money here. Let me start by saying I never write reviews. I got a wig installed by SANDY and ended up with sores all over my head that turned into bald spots. I may possibly have traction alopecia. There are so many GREAT artists out there who will give you great quality and customer service. After contacting miss sandy she shouted the whole conversation And told me to have a good night because I wouldn’t be getting a refund. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Now I’m out $200 and bald spots all over my head. Please don’t waste your money, do your research!!!

This woman is the best! She knows exactly what you’re looking for and magically makes it happen! She takes very good care of her customers and know exactly what you’re looking for. Very professional and fun. I HIGHLY recommend her - if you’re looking for lace frontals or weaves - this woman has it all!Thank you sandy for making my hair experience the best EVER!
