This car wash is amazing! They do a great job, the employees are awesome and super helpful, AND I lost my ATM card in my car and when they detailed it… they did NOT steal it… which they definitely could have and I wouldn’t have known!! Instead, they found it and returned it, which I really appreciate. They have 100% earned my loyalty. Thank you so much!!

Worst place to take your car. I promise you will regret spending money here. THEY ONLY WASH THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR CAR REGARDLESS OF THE PKG YOU CHOOSE UNLESS YOUR CAR IS A SPORTS CAR. I have been here twice, gave them the benefit of the doubt the 1st time, NEVER AGAIN.

I usually go to Oasis Car Wash as they do a great job and are fast! I just dropped by after a long day at work. There were three guys at the vaccuum station but only one was working. The other two ran their mouths for the entire 8-10 minutes as I tried to wait for their conversation to end. I gave up and left. They obviously do not place any value on customer service or someone elses time. It will be a while before I try them again.

Windshield repair BS. The exact same spots they charged my insurance for windshield chip repair, are the EXACT same places they still say need repair. Theyve given me the wrong (incomplete) wash on more than 1 occasion, costing me the time that I saved having to come back. Money has disappeared, everything I guess youd expect from a car wash. Ill never be back. Too many issues, too many times. Oh, and today they tried charging me for a SUV when I have a sedan...yeah.

Been going here for 5+ years. Finally got the full detail with wax and interior shampoo on my ram. For $120 I would have expected a lot more. Incredibly cheap job done. Cup holders werent touched. Spots all over outside. Carpet looks like it was barely even vacuumed let alone cleaned. Will not return.

This place is awesome best youll find in the valley.

They wanted 80 dollars to wash my large truck. In the past they were only charging 50 for the hand wash. I left and went to Oasis hand wash on Flamingo and got a hand wash, vacuuming and armor all inside and out with tire treatment for only 35 dollars. dont take your large truck here for a wash go somewhere else.

I like the staff that vacuums and washes the cars. They do a great job.It would be better for thier business if they fired the windshield preditor that is hanging out in the vacuum area.He wouldnt take no for an answer and then was trying to jam a pen into my windshield. Trying make a hole or show me a chip that wasnt there.I had to tell him to get away from my car and dont touch it.It was very annoying. He looked like he just go out of prison with his prison tattoos. Totally unprofessional.Im sure im not the only customer discusted by his behavior.Talk to the owner if you get the same harassment.

Save your time and money. I received a poor quality wash accompanied by even worse customer service; not to mention a long wait.They spilled large amounts of armor all on my fabric seats, left water spots on most of my windows, didnt touch my side view mirrors, and left some spots on the chrome bumpers.They refused a refund and did not offer a rewash.

Had the car done today. Its a brand new car with less than 1500 miles on it and yet the windshield guys STILL swoop in to try and convince you there is a chip that they can fix for free!!! When are they going to get rid of those guys?? The other thing that keeps them from being 5 star like I used to give, is the amount of time and lack of detail to the wipe down and inside. I pay the $25 managers special. just want a good job and not have to sit forever.

Wife likes this place. I hate it. Poor and slow service.The worst part is there is always some guy there telling me he can fix that chip in my windshield free. If I say no, he goes into the hard sell about heat and windshield cracking and its free if I have full insurance.That chip you filled in the first time you hustled me.I just want my car washed right and to get on with my day sooner rather than later.

They did a good job. I wasnt a fan of the guy hard-selling the windshield chip repair, but theyll make sure he doesnt bother you again if you are a regular. All the guys there seem to care that that customer is satisfied. It takes a while, so dont go if youre in a hurry.

Worst place to get your car washed and detailed. Im a Detailer and was travelling cross country and needed a wash. I saw the automatic wash and the large brushes and was about to leave. The guy said he could hand wash my car and I agreed. As a Detailer, I expected some light swirls and wasnt too concerned as I can deal with that easily. I waited for quite awhile (they were busy), decided to walk around the corner to get an idea how far along they were and saw them using a long stiff brush on my car (the same kind of brush you find at a self serve car wash). Those brushes went right through my ceramic coat and scratched my paint. When I got home, it took me 40 hours of buffing to correct my paint and get most of the scratches out (most, not all of them). I had to re-ceramic coat my car. If you had to take your car to a professional to get the damage they did to my car corrected, it would cost you a few grand. I highly discourage anyone who takes care of their car from ever using this place!!!

Will not go back bad workmanship it rains they tell they will rewash your car then go back and they say sorry will not do it .it rained all last week and very Rude to me on top of that. My car is lower than most. It fits just fine on the conveyor belt. Just enough room to spare. Today I watched the guy hop in my car dump it in drive and then drive way too fast onto the rack. I could hear the impact from inside. I politely mentioned it to the lady at the register and she told me I can go check my car. I said of course Im going to check my car. I said the problem is the guy was careless. Some people really like their cars. She said they are very good at what they do and avoided the issue. She didnt care one bit. Lucky for me I didnt see any immediate damage. I will have it looked at when I bring it to my guy tomorrow. Go somewhere else. Our cars are just dollar signs to them.

After having my truck washed,which took an hour and 15 minuets, the worker that wiped it down took my tip didn’t say thanks and the tip was not a bad one, preceded to tell his coworker that I was a xxxx in Spanish and bitched about the tip. Who the hell do these people think they are? I told his coworker in Spanish they should watch what they say and never assume the white guy don’t know what they are talking about. I will never go to this car wash again 35.00 and not grateful. If they don’t like what they do, go to school and learn something else. Be grateful you are living in a great country. My wife is a real estate agent and goes there every week. Guess what not any more. Can’t wait for the new car wash on lake mead opens.

I go here be a use its closest to my house and roughly the same price as similar car washes (machine wash and hand dry/detail). Its slow, and someone always asks to add a half hour by fixing some invisible chip in my windshield (did it once, never again). Store has very little stock (you want something to look at while youre waiting...). But they clean the car, and they do a good enough job.

Robert is horrible at customer service. They broke my car twice. I took it in to have it washed and shampooed on Saturday. They told me the mats were in the back.When I got home, I found that the knob for my heater was missing and all the clips for the carpet. I went back Monday morning and they said they had no idea. First they said “they have a hundred cars a day they don’t remember”. Then it changed to “That’s how it was when they got it.” But they don’t really remember anything. I tried to tell them on the owner of the car I know exactly how it was I am missing about nine clips for the carpet. He just kept saying you took possession of the unit at that point they’re not libel. This is the second time they have broken a part of the car. And their first reaction is always that’s how it was.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the other comments. This is my 4th time here and although they are all very friendly, they dont do the best job on the inside of the car. The vacuuming is not very good, the windows are terrible. They were streaked and smudged. Theyre supposed to wipe down everything inside but I noticed some places hadnt even been touched. I also had to clean a bunch of dirt spots that were left on the outside of the car. This is usually the case each time I go there. Its the closet place to where I live, but Im going to try and find someplace else. I usually get package #3, and thats not all that cheap.

Took over hour and a half for the managers special. RIP off. Had to wipe down interior and vacuum center console when I got home. Did not even move floormats to vacuum.. terrible car wash.

DONT BOTHER! Ugh! Skip this business. In the past this was a great, great location to take your business too. Yesterday was a nightmare. I requested the $79.99 detail. I asked the manager how long it would take. He told me 1 hour. I agreed. He noticed I had my passenger seat and all of my back seat full of materials for my business. So he asked me about shampooing the seats. I said, just do the drivers seat. He NEVER mentioned this was an extra charge. He made it sound like it was included in the $79.99 package.I went inside and waited an hour. I approached the cashier to pay. She said, That will be $89.99. I asked about the $10 difference and she said it was $10 to shampoo the seats. I was surprised and told her I wasnt going to pay $10 for one seat to be shampooed and to cancel that service. She was very huffy and rude, but cancelled the service.It got worse from there. At 1 1/2 hours I went outside to check on my car. I saw the manager with the hood of my car open and jumper cables under the hood attached to my battery. I said nothing at that point. At 1 3/4 hours I went out and asked the young man working on my car how much longer. He said at least another 1/2 hour. I expressed my frustration and said I wished the manager had been truthful. I would have come back later in the day, instead of on my 1 hour lunch break. I told him I didnt want him to rush and do a sloppy job. He got the manager who assured me the car would be ready soon.At 2 1/4 hours, the car was finally ready. I asked the young man about the jumper cables and he said they used my car to jump start another car with a dead battery. He took me to the manager, who had made the decision to use my car. When I confronted the manager and asked about the use of my car, he lied. Finally he admitted that they had used my car to jump another car. He defended his actions saying it was no big deal. Needless to say, I felt it was a big deal. My car should not have been used. I will not return!

Hand wash excellent job.

For only $12.50 they vacuumed the inside and cleaned the outside and did a great job! It costs $10 at the gas station to go through the machine. This is a great deal and a job well done.

So huge Warning ⚠️ about Horizon Village square car wash. On the corner of Horizon and Horizon Ridge. The management is horrible. Went to go in to get car cleaned with my husband and 3 kids and waited almost two hours to get it done and it was not that busy. That is not the warning part. What happened next when my husband went out to see why it was taking so long the guy working on the car said we lost your key. They said they put it on the tire and it fell into the tire. They were in the process of taking the tire off my car. Withought even telling me or asking me. I went and talked to the manager Edwardo who was completely rude and acted like it was no big deal yelled at me and told me there was to be no kind of compensation. To have your tire taken off and put back on by someone who is not trained to do it is scary especially with kids in the car. Now at discount tire taking more time out of a busy day making sure everything was put back correctly for safety. How careless of this place and what horrible business...... I would rate it a negative number but not possible

They had a chance to be much better.... it was the lousy vacuum job that did it. The outside was fairly cleanish... its just when you want your car clean you want it as clean on the inside. the guy rush over it in a flash and instead of the four stars the other guys, the location and the exterior deserve, the sand still under my mats earned you almost a one.

Terrible wash yesterday. Took my Jeep in and paid $45 for a wash and wax. Interior still had bits of trash and crumbs in the center consol. Doors on the outside were still filmy. I drove 15 min and stopped to get gas then noticed black splatter all over both sides of the Jeep. Had to go into OReilly and buy a spray cleaner and some towels. It still stained my fenders with little black spots. This place used to be a great wash. I had been going here for almost 10 years. Since they opened. I wish I would have looked closer before I tipped the guy.

I usually go to this place and they still cant vacuum good enough. When I got home I had to to it myself.The inside door panel didnt get wiped down. Luckily this time a had a free car wash because it wasnt worth paying for.

They usually do a pretty good job - its a little pricey, I think...but the truck looked good afterwards, tho there were a few water spots.

I tried them out a couple times when I first moved into the area almost 4 years ago. Wasnt happy then. Had a mobile detail coming by where I work and they recently went out of business. Took my new car in after a trip, spent $29 and got a half vacuum job, and they left my rear seats down, even though I asked them to leave them up so they could clean around them. Not horrible but not great.

I got a chance to take my brother’s Tesla to clean for the first time. I selected package 2. It took about like 30-40 minutes to clean the car. I went to check if there are any marks or starins leftover and i found some. When I asked the concern person who is cleaning my car to clean those marks which i just found, he did it in very irritating way. He was so reckless and don’t even know how to behave with a customer. Atlast i felt insulting when he asked if i really paid the bill, because i just paid it inside and they have taken the receipt. He is not even believing me and asked me to follow him inside to make sure if i paid the bill, in a very rude manner which i really hated. I REALLY FELT INSULTED.Second thing is, I asked them if the mats would be cleaned in package 2, that I selected. The answer is no, you have to add an extra 8.99$ for the mats to be cleaned. So I did it. The following day, my aunt asked me how much did I spent on cleaning the car? I told her everything and she said the extra 8.99$ is no even necessary because, the package 2 comes with cleaning the mats.

Had to remove some missed spots from the vehicle body myself as well as clean the exterior plastics and body trim. Received this same poor service over a year ago. Figured I would try them again. Lesson learned.
