Stole my money and no way to contact anyone to report. No phone posted on site and no number listed online.

Terrible. I was charged $10 off my card to use the power wash for less than two minutes. I cant get ahold of anyone for my refund.

I visited this location a couple of days ago, I wish zero stars was an option, but it’s not. I paid for the $12 wash, when in everything acted like it was going to go OK, until it came to the rinse cycle. And that’s when they decided it was just done no longer willing to work. No rinse, no air drying, just my car soaped up all alone. I had to go down the street to another car wash just to rinse it off. When you called the phone number you get nobody, when you call the phone number for the location in Sturgis where it was billed from you get nobody, save your money do not use this place.

Wash didn’t even get all the dirt off and charged me extra. And the foam never works

I used the location on Garden Mile Drive. I bought the $15 wash and afterwards there was still bird poo on my car

No attendant. Didn’t operate. you me a $10 refund

Just visited.... F5 auto wash on Sand Lane, Henderson, KY bought the 12.00 wash it was out of washing liquids and barely touched my car. I tried to call number on website and it was a fax. Dont see another place to submit for refund or complaint. Very Frustrating!!! Sharon D.

***Don’t use your debit cart here.***We stopped by to wash the atvs, I swiped my cash card and they tried to charge me $10 then 3 hours later tried to charge me $15. But since I only load money on the card when I’m in a shady establishment it was declined. That’s what they get for trying to steal money from me. Ended up getting the wash for free.

This car wash is absolutely pathetic, $12 to still have bugs all over my vehicle. Not to mention you can’t get a hold of management what so ever. Never again will I waste my time at such a junky place! I do not recommend spending your hard earned money on this sad joke of a car wash.

The automated machine took my $8 and then wouldnt work. There is no way to get ahold of the guy who owns it whom i was told is named Terry Turner. The muffler shop said 4 other ppl complained and came into their business asking for who to call about a refund since their money was taken too!!! Its a scam and NO ONE should patronize this theifs carwash!!!!!

Tried to wash my car in the middle bay, put in the $2.00 plus an extra dollar for few more minutes... Sprayed off the car(just water, no soap came out), then switched to the foam brush... but that was out of soap too..... So was hoping maybe it was just the wand (wasnt making noise like they usually do) so I drove over to the Bay on the end... And put my $2 in, and same thing .... So I ended up wasting $5 just to spray my car with water.... I chose to go to the car wash behind Thorntons on the strip(by Applebees) and no problems. I will go there for now on.

Horrible, never will come back, used my card to use the vacuum which barely works, charged me $10 for 3 minutes when it says $2 on the machine. Tried calling the place and it’s like the number doesn’t exist!F5 on Gardenmile !

Paid $15 for a wash and it looks like it just knocks the dust off and doesnt really clean your vehicle.

Had a muddy truck, took it by rinsed it off in the self use bay. Then went through the automatic. Car looked good, waxed, and dry for $10 cant beat that.

Horrible. There is some kind of goo on my car that wasnt there before the wash.And the car looks just as dirty if not worse!!AVOID!

My wife and I stopped by, paid $10.00 for the wash/wax option. While sitting in the wash, the machine stopped and started 15 times. The machine then said drive forward and left us covered in soap! Horrible, then to top it off no number is listed to contact to let them know about faulty equipment. Goggled the business and the only number is a fax machine! Compleat and total rip off, 100% dissatisfied!!!!

Pretty average carwash. The vacuums worked great.

I took my car to the automatic wash swiped my card and didnt even get a car wash. Tried called their number all I get is Fax number. Horrible service my bank can let me dispute it. I wont ever go back I have owner info will follow up with owner and contact BBB.
