Normally a good place to get the washed but tonight not so much!! The system was down so they were using post it notes so that the person inside would know which wash we bought and now I have a noticeable streak on the windshield they let us go through the wash twice but we are members and now I’m stuck having to get goo gone to get rid of this

I use it all the time the only thing we do not like is the tireshine splashes on the back end of car they need to buy a better tire shine. I hate that I always gotta wipe it down after the wash ...Only to go back 2 days later to wash off the tireshine they applied And the process is over and over.Please use better tire shine!

I am always amazed by the customer service the associates provide, considering that most of them are very young. If I may suggest one thing it will be to install a cover over the payment selection devices, especially during early morning hours. The sun makes it very difficult to process transactions. However, there is always an associate available to assist. But I fear one day there is not going to be one available. I am glad that this wonderful car wash is right in my neighborhood with many amenities available.

Great friendly service. What I most enjoy is the fact that they have air hoses for the areas inside your car that the vacuum does not reach. You just blow it out with the air hose then vacuum.....makes it allot easier

They couldnt find my husband in the system... So we doubled paid... The manager comes out to the car to find out what the problem is while holding a big part in her hands fumbles and hits our car with the part. She didnt even say sorry for the ding she left on the paint job she said there was no harm done to the car. We trust her and when we get home look at the door and theres a ding on the car door. The person above her tries to settle the problem and doesnt even believe what we my husband told him. He believed his manager and was rude to my husband. We told them why dont they check the cameras because you will know were not lying. We didnt care about the issue of them not being able to find us in the system and double paying..its just sad that the manager couldnt even say sorry for hitting our car. She just acted like nothing happened and the guy above her was rude. They refunded the money but dont lie to a customers face and then have your boss above you be rude to a paying customer.

I love being able to wash my own car and use high powered vacuums for the interior!! I tend to go when its close to closing so its always a rush to get done....and find a stall with the hoses still up!! Seems they start the tear down a bit too early sometimes! Lamar is the only employee that is always smiling and appears happy to help! He is top notch!

I used to really love this place but the last 4 times I have gone it seems the workers are are not very happy. I still really like this place but they stopped rinsing the vehicles and yesterdayI was told when I asked about rinsing my van that it doesnt really help anyhow and he seemed like he would rather be somewhere else and not there. I hope this isnt the new normal there.

Decent, but no rain check for the pollen that completely covered my car 30 mins after wash. They only give rain check when you pay $14, not $7. Also the vacuums dont always work properly, and the employees that are supposed to spray down both sides of your car before the wash, dont always do it. When they do its real half a#$ed!

As the name implies it’s a good spot for a quick car wash. They charge a dollar more but they don’t really deliver what their competitors offer. The dryers at the end of the wash don’t dry very well so you’re having to do some work when you get out. THE VACUUMS SUCK!!! IF you pull up at the right vacuum you might get 30% suction if not you get the ones with about 10%. They’re winning because there are no other car washes like this in the area.

No shade. Vacuumes at this location are kind of weak - especially compared to the good vacuumes at the Tropicana location.

I got the best wash and it didnt get all the dirt and grime off my car. However, the prices are fairly decent and free vacuums after your wash.

The place was a good car wash. It was 15.00 bucks for a 3 min wash. There were several packages.No complaints.

The roller inside the car wash hit my drivers side mirror so hard it completely broke off and scratched up the door really bad . I filed a claim and Cameron the manager called me and said that happens all the time and refused to take responsibility for the damage. I would caution anyone from using this car wash..

Just discovered it!! It was great!. 14.00 car wash and free vacuum! It has this pressure air sprayer, you get all the crevices and corners inside your vehicle. I liked 3!

I paid for the lava wash (the most expensive they had) and my truck was still dirty after going through it and they wouldnt let me go through again to really get it clean. Dirt was still all over the top, sides, and bottom. Its the first and the last time I spend my hard earned money there. It was literally the worst experience at a car wash ever! I wash my truck better with a low pressure hose at home. Disgraceful to call it a car wash!

I come here almost exclusively to get my cars washed. I would recommend only buying the cheapest wash if there are other cars at the same time. Otherwise, make sure you get your receipt. It seems all too common that the machine loses track of who paid for what, and I was not getting the expensive washes I was paying for. Id have to loop back and wait in line a second time. However, I will say that even for the $7 wash it does a far better job than the touch less washes at other drive thrus in town. Im happy this car wash place is close to home. Friendly staff, too. And free vacuums if you care about that stuff.

Go here once a week great car wash. They have air hoses to blow all the water off and great vacuums. Everytime I use this car wash im happy with it. 7 dollars to for the basic. But it gets the job done

I dont know his name but a brotha helped me today, I got a $11 car wash, and when I came out it was a little bit dirty still and he was able to help me out with another car wash to finish getting the car washed. I appreciate this thank you. If your looking to get your car washed and get great customer service this is the place .

Waste of money. Attendant didnt bother to rinse down car before going into machine. Machine didnt touch the lower portion of the vans front or rear. Vacuum area was top notch, however. Still, go elsewhere.

Not so good lately, the high pressure air for blowing off your car hasnt been working for at least a week. The vacuum has been extremely low on suction pressure too! It used to be a great place. Needs work.

This is a fantastic car wash and the staff is so friendly every time we come here. Their memberships are a fantastic value and the car wash is top notch! My favorite thing about it is, if you get the top tier Lava wash, you get a complimentary moist towelette and microfiber towel every time!

Honestly, Horrible. They do an alright job but never, ever, okay very rarely, do I ever NOT have some sort of an issue with the gate reader/machine. If its not me, its the person in front of me. It is always something, fortunately the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I have been a customer at Quicky for a couple of years. Yesterday I had a horrible experience. Not only was I stuck in line for an hour while the staff attempted to fix the car wash but then my kiddo and I got stuck in the car wash when it shut down on us. There was no way for me to back out and when they were able to start up the car wash again they assured me all was well. All was not well and now we were stuck.When the machine shut down one of the rollers (passenger side) was leaning on my car. It had not retracted like it was supposed to.I alerted the staff to what was happening and I was informed it would be fine. I asked if their cameras were recording and they said yes. So I also began recording this situation from the inside of my car. As they are using the car wash chain to pull my car out this roller is literally dragging down the side of my car.After 30 minutes of being stuck inside we are finally out. There was soap and wax all over my car which I asked how am I supposed to get this off? Where the manager Anna said I don’t know I’ll get you some rags. Not only did this manager not care at all but she was then so disgustingly rude. I was totally shocked. I pulled my car to the vacuum area where one of the staff brought me some rags.As I am cleaning all the soap off my car I notice a nice long scratch down the side of my car. Want to guess where it was located? Well if you guessed on the right side where that roller had not retracted you would be correct. I let the staff know where Anna comes out exasperated that she now has to look at this. She walks around my car and flippantly says, “I don’t see anything. Where is it?”. I show both her and the other staff where she says well it’s not that bad and has the other team member notate the issue and file a “corporate claim”.Not once did the manager apologize or show any sort of compassion. I didn’t ask for anything but an apology would’ve been nice.Flash forward to the next day where I get a phone call from Anna. Her and the “corporate team” looked over the footage and informed me the roller was not on the car and they would not be paying anything towards getting my scratches fixed. I told Anna I have video of the roller dragging down the side of my car. She basically insisted I did not and their video is what they will go off.At this point I understood I would not get anywhere and asked for her to cancel my membership.During this situation one of the staff members informed me that this has been an ongoing issue that they have been trying to fix by basically putting a band aid over it. The staff literally admitted to the company being negligent! I was shocked.Anyways be very wary of using this car wash and supporting a business that is not only negligent but also lacks remorse. Quicky Car Wash does not care about you or your car. They do not even care enough to keep their facilities safe.They have been reported to the FTC and BBB. I have also informed the City of Henderson and Las Vegas concerning their known negligence. Do not use this unsafe carwash.I will update with any movement concerning this situation.Update: BBB is now involved. This company has directly lied saying they have attempted communication via phone and email. I received one phone call from Quicky. The voicemail they left states how unfair I am being. Wow. Just wow. I did call the number back about 10 minutes later, no one answered. They called me Friday March 5th 2021. I called back about to minutes later. No answer. It is now March 11 2021, still no call back.I have attached their response in the BBB complaint. You be the judge. Would you want to go through this?

I love Quickly ... I always get the Lava Wash ...they also have a monthly deal so if you like to wash your car alot this is perfect. And the vacuum is free to use

Its a drive thru. The boys spray your vehicle off first before you go into the wash. Free vacuums. You have to wash the inside yourself, but I do a better job then anyone. I like the place

Got the 20.00 wash and it was amazing.

I went over around 9 a.m to find it blocked off. Went back 15 minutes later and 8 cars where in line. Usually all goes well. So all good courteous young people there.

Been coming to this car wash for the last few months since covid hit. My other car wash was out of business due to being a hand car wash. For the price you pay the car comes out sparkling . The equipment is newer and not used up like many automated washes In town . I will be signing up for a monthly car wash package next time I go.

I drive 5 miles to go to this specific one bec the employees are very respectful and the place has vacuum cleaners on both sides and trash cans. Love this place. Reasonable price too

QUICKY CAR WASH.They Have A Great Group Of Excellent Employees That Keep This Location Open And Operational. One Angel I Have To Mention That Went Above And Beyond Is Mr. Simon. This Gentleman Helped Me Out Of A Rather Impossible Jam Where My Tire Had Popped And Simon Came To Help Me Change Out My Tire. Especially Difficult For Me On Any Day As I’m Disabled With Two Bad Hips That I Recently Had Operations To Replace My Second Set Of Implants. Simon Is An Excellent Employee With Heart And Should Absolutely Be Recognized For Going Above And Beyond In Taking Care Of Members Of This Monthly Wash Club. Corporate Should Be Very Proud Of Mr. Simon. Thank You Mr. Simon For Your Help And Compassion.

Paid for the top wash it was 17$ got a free wash-wipe for windows and microfiber cloth. The crew there were really friendly and cool especially Addison.

Pretty quick even though they were extremely busy. Doesnt do a good job at drying a Mazda CX-30 CUV. Had to set most of it off myself.

Good wash, but the tire shine was sloppy on the rim and glad i didnt drive away and fling it on my car. I brought it to the attendants attention and they offered me a second run through the wash at no cost, but I didnt have time. It did wipe away with my towel but it needs to be washed now also (lol). Debating a return trip

Very nice and helpful staff. The free vacuum seems to be used by a lot of people who do not pay to have their cars washed. I love the air jet blower...it gets rid of all the dust and excess water after ur wash. No other car was has that feature! Nice to be able to blow the dust off of ur dash and instruments panel without having to wipe it down...works good on center console too!
