So sad, another business has closed its doors! Lets hope it is only temporary!

They never answer the phone. The door is always locked when you try to go there during their so-called business hours. They never open when they are suppose to and always close hours early. The employees are rude and sit out back all the time. Kim is nice when I can get an appointment, which doesnt happen often since they wont answer the phone or unlock the door. I will never even try to get an appointment at this establishment again. I recommend going elsewhere..... literally anywhere else.

I tried calling the salon, 5 times in a row ...but just rang and rang. This happened to me 3 days in a row, when all I wanted to do was make a appointment. I guess they dont like to answer the phone obviously....Well looks like they lost a customer, because I had been going there for almost 6 years. Time for Fantastic Sams I guess!!

Great job cutting and styling my hair..

Went in yesterday and scheduled an appointment for today. I asked what her earliest appointment was and she stated that they opened at 10am and shed be able to cut my hair at 10. So Im here at 9:55 to be courteous, I dont want her to have problems cause Im running late.26 minutes later there me, another gentleman and a woman with her son all ready for our appointments and the gentleman calls the phone number and we are I formed that they dont open until noon, even though we made appointments in person and their door and website and google all say they open at 10.

Mason is one of the stylists that works here and he is amazing. He could easily work for one of the expensive, high end salons and have a huge following. We were lucky to have found him at an affordable salon and will continue to come back as long as he is here. Never disappointed!

I showed up at my appointment at 10 am. No one came. I was supposed to get my hair colored. No one showed. I called at 10:55. Someone answered the phone. She said someone called in. They are now too busy for me so I went home. Really upset. Wont be back. Felt like I was an unwanted burden.

Walked into the salon the other day to buy product. A friend of mine had recommended I try the place out. I went with intentions of buying product and seeing if I liked the salon. When I walked into the salon, I was not greeted at all. I needed recommendations on what to product to buy and not one person even acknowledged me. I was really wanting to give this salon a try but I do not recommend wasting your time.

This place is a joke. Several weeks ago, I had an appointment scheduled for 1 and ended up sitting there for over a hour before I decided to walk out due to no one even acknowledging we were there. Today I thought Id give them one more try and call to see if they have any appointments for today being that is was only 2:30 and they were open till 8. The lady who answered told me that they didnt have any appointments due to the lady working had a broken hand and couldnt cut any hair at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

Lindsey is one of the sweetest hair stylist at Fiesta Salon. She does amazing hair colors and beautiful hair styles. Recommended her highly!!!

Two times I have scheduled and appointment, both times I have walked in for there to be one person working while the other had to leave work for something. Save your time and book an appointment somewhere else.

So my wife just set up an appt. thru the app and it says they are open until 7pm its 4:21pm the door has a closed sign and her appointment was for 4:15pm

I never write reviews but I think what happend to me was unacceptable. I went to get my haircut Saturday morning. I checked the website just to be sure they were open. Google said they were supposed to be open at 8 am. I arrive at 8:30 and the door is still locked and lights are off. There was no note on the door either. Unacceptable. If you’re not going to be open you advertised times at least had the curtesy to stick something on the door

Sunday 430pm. Stop to get a haircut. Sign says open till 5. Doors were already locked and they were gone early. Never will use them again.

Ive been to high dollar salons and paid up to $75 for a haircut and stopped into this salon for an emergency haircut and was totally surprised. My haircut was the best i ever had no more $75 haircuts for me, thanks Fiesta great job !

I went in to get my hair cut. I walked into the door and only noticed there was only one stylist working. I believe the girl’s name was Lindsey. I waited for a bit in the lobby before I spoke up and said excuse me. The girl behind the chair rudely remarked “15 minutes!” I waited over 20 minutes and noticed other clients being taken back that arrived after me “because they had an appointment” I left soon after that and went to Fantasic Sams. My hair has never looked better! I will never step foot in that place again

I was in the salon today with my stylist, Lindsey. Kiki the temp manager was also there finishing up a client. Lindsey had a student come in to observe to put his time in. Apparently, Kiki had made known prior to his arrival that the student was not to touch the client but I never heard her. Lindsey had asked the student if he wanted to blow dry my hair while she prepared color and me if it was okay. It wasnt a big deal to me. I understood what he was doing and he needs to learn what its like to work on a real person. Lindsey goes to the back. And it had been a couple minutes he has been blow drying my hair. The manager storms over and grabs it out of his hand telling him he cant do that. He was very nice about it and said ok he was sorry. The manager then yells at Lindsey saying, I just told you that students cant touch the clients! Not only was it wrong and uncalled for, there was 2 clients in front of her and a student!! She couldve asked her to step to the side and talked to her. It was very unprofessional. To top it off, Lindsey attempted to apologize and the manager blew her off. She never said anything. A professional person would not respond in such manner.

If I ever wanted a style that I personally picked out I can take it to Shayna Winters and she will give me exactly what I ask for. I never leave shayna Winters booth disappointed.

I got there 30 minutes before closing. After 15 minutes of waiting Shanna says they close at 8pm. I said it wouldnt take her long to cut my teenage sons hair. She says the other people waiting had an appointment while we had been standing there. I said she couldve told me that 15 minutes ago. She then says I shouldnt have waited until the last minute. That was extremely rude of her. I am a manager and if one of my employees talk to a customer like that, they wouldnt have a job. I was in my work uniform and I work 50-65 hours a week. Everytime I try to give them a chance the staff is rude and they dont do what I ask when getting my 4 kids haircuts. Shannas snotty comment was the icing on the cake. I will never go again. Rude staff and bad work. Id give this place a zero if it was an option. I dont recommend.
