I take my 5 year old with special needs here for cuts and he’s not the easiest customer. The stylists are always really great with him and make him feel comfortable. I really appreciate their service.

Always friendly…and they keep the place very clean, spending time between customers to disinfect the seat and station.

I made an appointment for 3:30 and ended up going to the wrong location. I made it to the correct location by 3:50 and apologized for being late. Angela told me they are so busy that they’ve moved onto the next client and refuse to “squeeze” my daughter in. Mind you at the time she’s cutting an elderly gentleman’s hair and he’s completely bald on top and has what I would call wisps of hair on the bottom half that she is tenderly cutting while telling me she is just too busy. I’m currently at the Fantastic Sam’s down the street. They took her in immediately, just by luck, and were shocked the other salon didn’t try harder. I’ll be adding pictures of my daughters hair and doing a review for Fantastic Sam’s once her hair is done.

The great lady that took care of me,Tennille. She did an excellent job. Tennille listened to what I was looking for and I got a cool 😎haircut!

The quality of this location is extremely dependent on what hairstylist you get. I dont think thats very unusual but the difference in skill here is much more pronounced than in other places that Ive been to.Christina did stellar work. She took the reference photos that I had gathered and my explanation of what my other hairstylist normally did and was able to produce a style that not only looked great right off the bat, but as it grew out over several weeks.I returned with the hope of getting the same stylist. Instead, I met Angela (hair just past shoulder length medium brown and curly, woman, mid 40s at a guess). I showed Angela the same reference photos as I had given Christina, and provided the same explanation. Even if I wasnt able to get a haircut from the same person, I expected the same quality work.Instead of a stellar haircut, I do not feel that my instructions were taken as anything more than a suggestion. When she did ask permission to do something, such as slightly shorten the length of hair around my ears, she did not remain within the limits of what she said she would do. It seemed to me that she was doing what she wanted instead of what I did.All this could be chalked up to a misunderstanding of the terms she was using, or of her explanations. I can live with that. The thing that turned a less than average expierence into a terrible one was the clippers. Angela dug the machine into my skin as she worked around my hairline and neck. It was painful at the time but I didnt think much of it. When I made it home and took a shower to wash off any remaining little hairs, I felt the back of my neck burning like I had a terrible sunburn. The shape on the injury matches where Angela caused the most pain with the clippers. Its clearly not a sunburn, even of the weather today has given us anything other than clouds and rain. No product - old or new - was used on my neck and so it cannot be an allergic reaction. Ive attached a photo for your judgement. Good luck, future haircut seekers. I intend to go back to where I had luck and see Christna once Im able to grow my hair back out.UPDATE - Ive been to see Kristena twice now, and I intend to keep returning to her. She listens to what I want and does very well asking me when she needs some choice made.

Max is fantastic and is concerned for your safety. Wore a mask, a long sleeve shirt and gloves plus disinfected everything for us. Great job social distancing as they checked our temperature on the way in and had separators between each station. Not to menton a great haircut as always!

Arguably one of the worst hair cuts of my adult life and im in my 40s. My regular barber was out of town, it was after 5, this was pretty much the only place open and I had to catch a flight in a few hours.I came in waited about 35 minutes, and the staff was nice. It is now roughly 6:30, and about 5 more people come in. Only 2 are working. I was next, so I sit down, explain how I want my hair, even show a pic. The whole cut she is talking about how she needs to hurry so she wont be too late with all of these people that came in... bottom line, the panic of your voice showed in the quality of my cut. The blend it terrible, the cut is choppy. I tried to wait a week and a half to see if would grow out enough to be okay. I literally have had 4 comments about man, did you cut your hair yourself? Who did that? I will never come to a Supercuts again, even if I was offered a free cut its a hard NO for me.. Ill be raggedy next time until someone I trust can cut my hair.

I visited a few times when I first move to Henderson, but wasnt what some might call a loyal customer. However, one fortunate day one of their stylists, named Yvonne, cut my hair. Shes fantastic and keeps my mop in line 😉. And now, I dont go anywhere else.

Online check is convenient but only matters if someone else doesnt beat you to the punch. Then you sit and wait. Right now Ive been waiting 15 minutes for the stylist even though I had an appointment. This is why I only come here when my regular stylist is too busy.

Its okay. The jury is still out. A nice gal cut my hair and did a fair job - - - better than the last Barber I went to. Ill see how I feel after the next trip.

Had two appointments, one at 11, the other at 11:30. It’s 11:53 and we are barely getting haircuts. The stylist are decent but the appointment system is not okay, this is the third time where we’ve had to wait for over 30 minutes. What’s worst is people with later appointments with color get preference. This exact scenario happened before and we were told it was a mistake, but no it’s just how business is handled here.

So, I try to plan ahead and make an appointment. Then Supercuts asks me to come in early. I do that. And then wait...and wait...and wait...and leave. I got there on-time. I was the only person waiting, yet after thirty minutes Im still just sitting there. One customer getting a haircut was just getting a basic cut but kept showing the stylist photos on his phone and hitting on her. Im lucky to get ten minutes of service at a place like this and youre spending an hour cutting one guys hair? Ridiculous. I just gave up and left.Terrible service. Slow. Not even that cheap. Not recommended.

Christina was a wonderfully polite and professional stylist. I usually dont go to supercuts but with a pro like her behind the scissors I will go back. Thank you, I have a new respect for this company.
