It was determined that I needed a deep cleaning which entails more than one appointment. For my first two cleanings, I had the privilege of being treated by dental hygienist Daniella. She is very gentle, calm, and soft-spoken and I appreciated being under her care.

I love this particular clinic. First, the ladies in the waiting area are always so sweet. Richard Barrett is my dentist, and he’s amazing. He’s extremely meticulous and made sure that I felt comfortable during my dental procedures, and that everything was up to my standards. I appreciate the whole team. If you have ever wanted to love your dentist, I have one for you. Dr Phan is like your best friend and gentle caregiver all in one. Never a bit of pain and always the most warm bedside manner. Im obsessed. Edwin makes you at ease and they are a seamless pair. Ill never see another dentist after this five star experience. I heard the other team talk a child with anxiety through a visit with aplomb and great success. WOW. Thank you!

The first time I went in they referred me somewhere else for a root canal. The second appointment I made when I went in was told I don’t have an appointment after waiting a month for it. The third they canceled because I didn’t confirm the day before with no notice that I needed to confirm and their hours made it impossible to confirm. I called at 4:30 as soon as I got off work and left a message asking to keep my appointment I waited almost two months for. Then received a rude voicemail this morning after saying I can’t keep the appointment because I have a history of not showing up which isn’t true at all. Poor business practices, poor communication, unrealistic expectations for confirming appointments, and a complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.

I would prefer a no star rating. I had to wait to see a dentist through my whole pregnancy because they wouldnt take me past a point, then covid hit, with my daughter and I had appointments back in March they never called to reschedule when they reopened. Again I schedule appointments two months in advance and again they literally just rescheduled us! Im done!!!! On to the next dentist I guess. I literally have broken teeth and I just cant believe how unprofessional they are!

I know this review is long, but please read if you want to avoid the horrible experience that I had!!I was on a camping trip when my 3rd bottom molar on the right starting to hurt badly. I tried to tough it out for a few days, but the pain was unbearable and I was unable to eat or sleep.I went to the pharmacy in the nearby town and loaded up on Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen, clove oil, and Listerine, but by the next morning, I was in agony. I called my new dentists office, Advantage Dental in Tigard and made an emergency appointment for the next day and drove home.When I arrived at the office, I was a wreck, my jaw was swollen, I was in terrible pain, and I hadnt slept or eaten anything solid in days. Unfortunately, Dr. Elizabeth Phan was the dentist I saw. She was very matter of fact. They did my X-Rays and then informed me that she could find nothing wrong with my tooth and told me she was going to send me to a specialist, which my insurance had to okay. She let me know that the insurance approval could take up to two weeks and that she couldnt guarantee when the specialist could see me.I cant really explain how I felt knowing that I would be in this kind of pain for who knows how long. I began to cry and I asked her what I could do in the meantime and she said, Just keep taking the Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. and she walked out. The hygienist could see that my pain was sincere and she promised me that she would put my case through with the insurance marked as urgent. In fact, she said promised this at least twice. She told me that she would go talk to the dentist about getting me some kind of pain relief, she returned after speaking with Dr. Phan with a prescription for Vicodin, and I left.The next morning when I woke up, the swelling and pain were worse. I was worried that I had an abscess and when I called my regular physician, she urged me to go back and tell them that they needed to give me an antibiotic.I called Advantage Dental back and set an appointment to come in that morning.I saw a different Dr. this time and he immediately wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. I began taking the antibiotic, but a week later, I was still in severe pain and my physician urged me to go to urgent care, which I did and they gave me a pain blocker.By the 10th day of the antibiotics, the swelling had began to go down and my pain began to lessen, but I had still not heard from the insurance company so I called them. They informed me that Advantage Dental had marked my case as LOW PRIORITY. I write this in caps because its unbelievable to me still that they, specifically Dr. Phan, treat their patients this way. I was beyond livid, but there was nothing I could do but wait.It took another two weeks for me to see the specialist and when I did, he informed me that my tooth was cracked in two and would need to be pulled. I asked him how he knew that as Dr. Phan said she couldnt see anything wrong. He said to me, I can see it with my eyes by just looking at it.I dont know for certain why Dr. Phan treated me the way she did. My best guess is that she made an assumption about me that I was faking my pain in order to get pain medication. Ive been prescribed pain meds less than five times in the 50 years Ive been alive. Im vegan, I exercise regularly, and I have no history of drug abuse of any kind. For her to make that assumption and then leave me with an abscessed tooth with no antibiotics or pain relief is unconscionable. In my opinion, Dr. Phan does not deserve her license and I urge people to see anyone but her!

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I made the mistake of giving this place a second try after 5 years because it was one of the closest dentists near me... The receptionist will screw you over some way or another.They are so unorganized, and you constantly have to call and insist with them. Even the place they sent me to for a root canal complained at their highly poor customer service, and that they can never do their jobs properly. Dont believe or wait on them to call for your next steps. They do not. And always can never find the documents even though they are there. A waste of time.I was also tricked into signing a paper without consultation and going over to what I was agreeing to. I had understood that I would have to pay out of pocket for crowns if I signed, so to clarify I asked a guy about it and he told me that no I wont pay, because I have OHP and they cover it. And that, that is saying IF I lose benefits I will pay out of pocket. So of course I signed.I called for the 4th time to make the appointment and insist they had my approval papers then to be told that I will pay out of pocket $850 for one crown. I was shocked and the receptionist said well you read the paper, and signed it. I explained what happened and asked what are my options because I just have a temporary filling, and she told me that THIS HAPPENS OFTEN but I could open up a credit card with them and pay that way, or pay in full. I asked if I could make smaller payments because Im without a job and we are in the middle of a PANDEMIC. So you would think there would be more compassion especially for them tricking me. She said they can not.Absolutely done done done with this horrible office and its terrible experiences.I switched dentists and can now get the proper care and treatment I need. Please avoid this office at all costs, or it will cost you. Literally.And do not reply to my message with an automated reply. If you can not be genuine, then dont post replies back to people.

I had an appointment booked out 2 months and they called to cancel the day before. Because my appointment was scheduled for 12/31, my new health benefits would be starting on 1/1/2020, yet they still rescheduled me for 1/3/2020 and then called me today 1/2/2020 to tell me my insurance has changed to Willamette dental. Now, as I’ve read the plan change letter it states that I can still goto the same doctors and clinics I have been and that my providers are not changing. Regardless, I waited since October to have this incredibly important appointment that took EXTREME courage to even book in the first place considering I have severe depression and anxiety and now you’ve set me back entirely. I don’t recommend your awful business. I hope people who read this go elsewhere, this is unbelievable.

Once I finally got in, it went smoothly. My hygienist was so nice and she explained things well when she noticed I was curious about them. She listened really well to my concerns and gave me advice and explanations for things. The dentist was quick in and out of my appointment and didnt really take time to introduce himself, but thats fine. I was pretty nervous to go because Ive gone to the same dentist my whole life and this one was the first new one, but it was fine!

Overall I was satisfied with my visit. This was my first time here. Everyone was friendly and professional. I just wish the rooms weren’t so cold. I could feel myself shivering while I was there. Also, I would suggest it would be nice to let patients know if their dental work isn’t going to be done the same day as X-ray. I took a bunch of time out of my day only to find out I needed a quick X-ray and I have to make another appointment for the work to be done. Other than that no complaints. I will be back.

The dental assistant and dentist were wonderful with my daughter and super nice and patient. They definitely made it worth coming back for future appointments! The only thing that I didn’t like was the gal at the front desk. She didn’t have a friendly, welcoming vibe. I feel that the front desk staff should be more welcoming with their patients.

My family and I have had a very good experience at the Advantage Dental clinic in Tigard since we started coming at the beginning of 2018. Dr. Tony is a knowledgeable, skilled, caring dentist with a highly enjoyable personality. He always takes enough time to answer questions and explain procedures. He is also very good with getting my infant and toddler daughters to relax and trust him for their cleanings. All the staff we have met there have also been very friendly, accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this clinic, especially for families with children.

Dr Tony N. is a very competent and thorough dentist. His work is solid, high quality and quick. He knows his craft and puts you at ease. Used to family member dentist from prior state I am first of my family to this dentist. Remaining family members will be new patients. I had a really good experience here. Dr. Phan was very professional and put me at ease. I hadn’t had an dental exam in years but her whole team made me feel very comfortable. On my exam, it was found that I needed a filling and I expected to come back at a later date for this. However, there was a cancellation that day and Dr. Phan accommodated me immediately, doing my filling. She was very skillful. I’ll be doing all my dental care here from now on.-HD

Horrible dental office. The dentist made me feel super uncomfortable with her superficial jokes and fake laughs. At the end of the appointment, after doing a full exam they did not make it clear if they wanted me to even come back or not. I was left waiting in the foyer wondering if Im supposed to make another appointment or not. This place will hope that you dont come back because they serve OHP and they are backed up like crazy. I think they purposely made me feel uncomfortable so that I would not go back. I strongly suggest not going to this dental office. The employees here do not welcome you and do not make you feel like you are wanted here. The way this office treats its first time patients is shameful. It is very disappointing that Oregon health plan sends its patients to this particular dentist. You are better served to pay out of pocket somewhere else then use this dentist on OHP.

I am giving this 1 star due to my experience trying to schedule a first appointment. Their availability for school aged children is impossible. Trying to get my daughter in on an after school appointment and asked to be put on a cancellation list for Wednesday’s when school is out early but can’t without scheduling an appointment so they cancel that one. Makes no sense. Asked if I could take her to a different clinic for this appointment just because it’s more urgent than a routine check up and was told she could only ever be seen there in future then. Like seriously?? Not open on Saturdays either. What do parents who work with kids in school do then?????

Decent low cost dental care. The Dentists and Hygienists are very good. You wont find the latest high tech gadgets, equipment or a fancy office (thats how they keep costs down) but they get the job done in a professional caring manner. Cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns Ive had done at the Tigard clinic and am quite happy with the results!

They are way over booked... the Customer service skills are horrible, if you tell them you would like too speak too the doctor regarding your care because you are in so much pain they will lie and say they will have the doctor call you all lies just too get you off phone..they was supposed too call me months ago regarding my care if my insurance approve the root canal no call back no nothing I just really want too cry because I never ever in life been too a client like this that treats patient how I have been treated I feel that I’m not getting the care I need and I feel they are a little discriminatory towards black people this client needs too be investigated ASAP

This place is extremely unprofessional. This was my first time there and I was not told ahead of time that I need to arrive 15 minutes ahead to do paper work nor that since i’m 17 Id need an adult. Went in they completely wasted my time, my appointment was at 9 and my dad said he could be there by 9:10. They said that wouldn’t work only for them to call me 20 mins after me leaving telling me if I can come back and my dad can be there by 10 they’d take me in. Wasted my time they never have availability only weeks from now. Non reliable have had multiple problems with this place and trying to make appointments. Please let your patients know things they are required to have ahead of time and stop wasting peoples time.

This is my problem with Advantage and probably is the way dentist operate in Oregon generally. Where I come from you go to the dentist, one time. They make the check up, cleaning and if you need to fix something easy, like a filled a cavity, all in one visit. But here is one visit for check up, one visit to filled a cavity and one visit to clean. The business of health. Do you know that the dentist is the last health provider we want to go? Why the torture?

A mixed bag but ultimately would not recommend this clinic. The front office is bare bones and the treatment area is not very patient-friendly. The dental work was average and my filling seems like it took, however they required me to schedule THREE appointments for 1) initial exam 2) filling and 3) teeth cleaning. I dont have that kind of time so I will not return here. Add my wife and her three separate appointments (which do not overlap with mine), onto that and you have a headache. Every dentist Ive seen in the past had made me schedule at most two appointments.

I was pretty terrified after reading the previous reviews of this clinic, but it had been two years since Ive seen a dentist, and I knew it was time. As one of my friends said, The people who are happy or satisfied rarely write a review, just the ones that are angry.I called the clinic before arriving to make sure I didnt need to bring anything other than ID with me, as they already had my insurance information. Leslie was an absolutely lovely and fun receptionist who truly has fun at her job. She is a somewhat recent addition to the clinic and Im sure shell raise the customer service bar about 50 notches. She simply rocks. The assistant that went over my paperwork and performed my x-rays was kind and patient. The doctor was brief and to the point, but not rude. I didnt come here to make friends, Im here to get my teeth cleaned.Everything was explained clearly and in a professional manner and once again, upon exit Leslie was awesome. Thank you Advantage Dental for exceeding all my expectations!

The receptionist wasn’t very friendly in the beginning. She informed me that I was early and they were about to go to lunch... maybe she was hangry. We’ve all been there. The dental assistant was very kind but not trained enough to be left alone while doing my X-rays... over and over again. All of the other staff were pleasant as well. The receptionist was in a much better mood when I checked out. I guess she needed a sandwich.

Scheduled an appointment, and then got notified from an automated message that it was on a different day... But mistakes happen, right? So I called them four times today, at four different hours of the day trying to get ahold of someone. Its currently an hour until they close and Im obviously not going to get a call back from my initial voicemail, so I canceled my appointment. Id rather pay out of pocket than deal with this level of utter negligence.Once you get in the door it might be better, but good luck getting there.

Honestly I was a bit nervous going in because of the reviews. That, and my mouth is pretty messed up. First, the assistants were very sweet ladies! I was afraid of being judged or treated poorly but they were social and made me feel very comfortable! They patiently explained everything to me and answered all of my questions- it was clear that these ladies know their stuff! I would give the staff 5 stars... The only downsides to this clinic is that its clear the dentist sees several patients at once which means a bit of waiting and a limited amount of time with the dentist. He seemed nice and highly knowledgable. Considering how hectic his job must get I was pleasantly surprised by his demeanor. Ill likely have MANY visits in the near future so I will update this review if need be- but for now Im pretty satisfied!

Worried about this clinic after reading the bad reviews. My husband and I decided to give it a try anyway since this is the only place in our neighborhood that accepts my daughters dental insurance. The clinic is clean and the staff was very nice. The dentist was professional too. So far Im quite satisfied with their services and I think Ill start going to this dental office too!

I didn’t even get past the receptionist.I get to my appointment after waiting nearly 3 weeks, I show up on time and am immediately asked “did you get our message” I said “yeah it told me to arrive 15 minutes early” the lady said “no, the other one” I said “nope”. I double checked my phone, no messages from them about canceling my appointment because someone called in sick, so they reschedule me for the next day, same time. Ok I have things to do but I’ll move things around, I took the paperwork home and filled it out so I had it ready. Well I ended up showing up 14 minutes late (I even called to let them know I would be late), this is why I had scheduled my appointment for the day before but they canceled. Instead of being any kind of understanding I was told they would have to reschedule, “how about 11?” I said no that won’t work, I have things to do and they already wasted a morning of mine. So they then wanted to reschedule 3 weeks out. I said “nevermind, let me have my information back on that paperwork and I’m going somewhere else”. Sorry I was 14 minutes late, but I look at it as you wasted 3 weeks of my time waiting for the appointment then two mornings of my time because you failed to call me to reschedule initially. You might be hard on people that are late but you also should be understanding that when you have to reschedule at the last minute, that messes with peoples time, so a little flexibility would be appreciated and not just in your direction.“I can only hope the rest of the world treats you with the same respect and understanding you showed me.”

I waited 2 months for my 1st appointment. it was at 3pm, when i got to the office they told me that corporate booked it at 4pm so i had to wait.. all they did in this visit is take about 15 X- rays (be prepared ). On my way out i schedule my appointment to finally get the cleaning..and guess what? It is in 2 months!! Of course im not going!! Having to wait 4 MONTHS to get a teeth cleaning is absolutely ridiculous!!OFFICE POORLY RUN..!! go somewhere else!

This place is busy. May take 2 or 3 weeks to get an appointment, unless its an absolute emergency of course. Ive been here twice.. my hygienist Sally was a great communicator, funny, very aware and gentle. She had good team qualities with the other staff. My dentist Dr. Asraa Obeidi was also a great communicator, and very kind / considerate. Even the receptionist and appointment setter secretary were easy and kind to deal with. I was a little concerned about the appearance of the office it self, but the staff and care that was given to me was above and beyond expected! From the receptionist, to the Dentist they were all very kind and awesome! I didnt expect any work done this visit since it was my first time. I thought it was just X-Rays and exam, to see what needs to be done, but he buffed down my front tooth to erase the li e I had on it, and gave me a temporary filling!Thanks, Advantage Dental in Tigard!

SCAM! Way to MILK the tax payer dollars on anyone with OHP instead of actually helping them when they are in EMERGENCY pain! Obviously its there policy to split up your appointments and send you to specialists to get the most bang out of the tax payer dollars.This is the WORST dental experience of my entire life. I went in for EMERGENCY tooth care and I was told to go take some ibuprofen and in a few weeks you can get into a specialist to tell us how to proceed with your tooth. UHM, HELLO?! I am AT A SPECIALIST called a DENTIST that is currently looking inside my mouth for EMERGENCY dental care, and if you arent qualified to know what to do with my tooth then there is a serious problem with this place!I do not take pills and I decline a possible root canal - I just want this tooth gone. So how can we take care of this tooth today? - the reply is If we need to extract the tooth, then we will still need to send you out to a specialist for a second opinion. and pulling the tooth today would violate my ethics....Yet my pain and suffering is ethical? Its my tooth, I want it gone, its covered under OHP, the pain is unbearable, and I am sitting in a dentist chair - whats the problem? The only ethics this place has is how to milk the most money out of the system because proper dentistry practices dont pay as well. Go see our specialist so we can get paid first ok.If you are told that you need to see another dentist while currently sitting in a dentist chair, then clearly you need need to see another dentist!

My husband had a dental emergency on a weekend and the on call doctor prescribed him antibiotics and told us to call back first thing monday morning. They were able to squeeze him in (he was super sick from the tooth) and took care of the prominent issue that day. The dentist and dental assistant that helped him were friendly. The facility was clean.Some of the staff walking around did seem to have attitude, but we can all work on something. Very pleased with the service.

We have had a wonderful experience with all the dentists and assistants. I researched high and low after my children had a horrible experience at Canby dental! I researched the dentists extensively before choosing Dr. An. He is the best dentist. My children could hardly feel his shots and he was very accommodating to my 13 year old son who was very nervous because of his experience at Canby dental. He has a dry sense of humor but we all love that. Like a previous person mentioned, we arent looking for a best friend...just the best dentist. 2 stars because I havent actually been in this location. I would give 1-0 for the customer service I received over the phone. I was dealing with a very painful impacted wisdom tooth and infection. I told the woman over the phone I was in a lot of pain, very sure there was an infection and that it was an emergency. I had already been dealing with the pain for quite sometime and calling and seeing other places. She clearly sounded annoyed and said I could either wait until next week for an emergency appointment or go to the ER. I was scared and in exteme pain and she spoke to me with little patience and was just rude.I ended up going somewhere else that fit me in the next day for an xray and emergency wisdom tooth removal. They had phenomenal customer service. I finally healed up and had a moment to write about it. I dont typically write reviews but I really think what happened with me just wasnt right. If less than one star was an option..... They get a 0.2 out of 5 from me. I went to an appointment to be pushed off, berated, and generally disrespected because they scheduled my 11 am appt to close to a mandatory noon meeting. They were 30 minutes late to call me back. I saw the actual dentist for maybe 2 minutes. They told me nothing of the referral they made. No paperwork, no explanation. I had to call the customer service line to find out i had a referral. They say it will take 3 weeks to know if it went through. I had to call customer service just to get ahold of the tigard office because they dont answer the phone or return calls. Would you want to see a dentist that wants to leave you with an exposed nerve for a month? Go somewhere else. I beg for you not to be treated the way they have treated me.

I went in today with a throbbing tooth ache that I let go on for way too long. Dr Tony & his associates were professional and sympathetic. They diagnosed the problem and made some adjustments. Viola! My throbbing tooth stopped throbbing! Yay! Thank you Dr Tony & staff.

I have been put on a back burner every time I try to get them to fix a bridge problem. they want to either clean my teeth first or fix a cavity on the other side of my mouth not recognizing though I say how important it is to fix this since Im a singer for a living.

Everyone was very helpful only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the dental assistant taking my xrays was a temp and very unknowledgeable in regards to the computer program and I was in a lot of pain and she took her sweet time humming away and seemed u caring that we kept having to retake the xrays cuz she didn’t know how to make the computer program work plus she bumped the X-ray machine several times causing it to hit my infected tooth and didn’t apologize or seem to care finally I had to ask a different person to help me and she was great and very professional and very speedy as well as knowledgeable other than that my first experience was as good as it could be due to my pain .

Worst experience ever. Avoid this place at all cost! Ive never been treated this badly in terms of the dentists chair-side manner, and the quality of work is ridiculous. It took them 15 minutes from the time they gave me two shots, on each side of the mouth, and the time they were done with the fillings. I was happy it was over so quickly, but knew they couldnt possibly do good quality work in that kind of time. I was right. One of my cavities hurts worse than before, so Im going to my old dentist and paying out of pocket. I came here two months ago with a chipped back tooth which had very quickly turned into a cavity. The dentist had zero sympathy, put a temporary filling in, which took all of 2 minutes and lasted all of 2 days (it was supposed to last up to a week). My appointment was still 2 months out and I was walking around in pain with a broken tooth. Not really a solution to the issue I was having. Good luck getting an appointment at this dump. Youll be on hold for 40+ minutes. I should go back and make that idiot Doctor fix his mistake but Im just not willing to do that to myself. Oh and the rude dental assistant kept spraying water down my throat, so I had to sit up and cough repeatedly, then they acted irritated and like it was my fault. Too many little details to list but this was literally the worst dentist experience Ive ever had, short of having my teeth drilled without Novocain as a child, back in Soviet Russia.

This is mixed---one dentist made me feel very embarrassed and low after I accidentally swallowed and my tongue moved some filling before it hardened. I also have a terrible time breathing while being flat and needed to be up a bit and he complained about it and again made me feel pretty bad.On the other hand, Ive experienced dentists there before and after that that were/are great and did very good work. Im quite pleased and will go again. I saw another post about it not being handicapped friendly---it is. They have handicap parking spots and an elevator. I use a scooter and had no problem.

Amazing case by case patient centered care with absolutely no judgement. Follow up restoratives and prophylaxis (hygeine) appointments are available for booking within a months time. Digital exrays and treatment plan delivery occur within the initial exam. The clinical service has the perfect balance of professionalism and personalism.

This dentist was very very rude. I take good care of my child’s teeth but for some reason, genetics maybe, he’s had a lot of trouble. This dentist treats me like I am a stupid and terrible mother. He was snotty and condescending to me and my husband and indifferent to my poor six year old who has dental trouble through no fault of his own. This man is such an unbelievable jerk.

4 of my 7 appointments have been 10-15 minutes late, and i usually come 15 minutes early, so i end up waiting 30 minutes, one time I waited 40 minutes. The most recent time this happened, I left. Its very unprofessional to be late to appointments and wastes patients time.Otherwise, I really like Dr. Nguyen.

I took my 7 year old son to this clinic on 7/31/18 around 8 am. I want to start off by saying that the experience we had with a specific dentist was HORRIBLE, to say the least. The dentist we saw was DR. BENJAMIN AN. This professional was not only verbally abusive towards my son, but raised his voice and was handling my son in a manner I didnt find comfortable. He was extremely rude to my son during the entire appointment. My son was was squirming a little when Dr. An was flossing his teeth and he responded with Your mother stated that you floss your teeth everyday so this shouldnt hurt! This is what he said to a 7 year old child. I regret not walking out the moment Dr. An started acting inappropriately with us. I regret putting my child through this experience.As soon as the appointment was over I let Dr. An know that I was upset with the way my son was treated. I told him that he was verbally abusive to my son and had made me extremely uncomfortable. He repeatedly apologized, but by that time the damage was already done. My child was in tears and I was highly upset. I question whether this doctor should even be working with younger children. He didnt show an ounce of compassion or patience with my son at all. I will never step foot in this clinic again. I will be writing a complaint to the board of dentistry, in hopes that no other child has the same experience my son did.

This is he most mediocre dentist office you could ever imagine. The waiting room is not child friendly and barely passes as patient friendly, plus it’s hot and stuffy and defn dingy. I don’t know about you but I appreciate cleanliness otherwise I start to think about how they sanitize their dental tools!I waited for more 30 minutes for my kiddo to be seen for 2 minutes. The dentist seemed competent (hence the two stars) but by the time we were finally seen, I was so irritated and annoyed about so many other issues, I couldn’t appreciate that he was prob decent. The rooms are more open- so if you appreciate privacy this is not the place for you.The dental assistant was rude- and when I asked a basic question she answered in an unrelated manner.Moral of the story: even if your pediatrician says “it’s never too young to go to the dentist” as long as you are a competent parent and don’t give your kid sugar/candy/juice/soda on the reg and also brush their teeth-hold off on taking them to the dentist until they are like preschool. And if you decide to chance it with a younger one- do not come here- bc anyone with a toddler can attest to the fact that waiting 30 mins in a gross environment with an overactive toddler may as well be 3 hours...Sorry to the dentist who did seem like a competent person- but I wouldn’t trust the cleanliness or the dental assistants

Seen two out of the three dentists there (I have an extreme fear of the dentist and have all my life). The receptionist was great but the dentists were awful! Mean and uncaring to say the least. No concern at all for the patients comfort, didnt seem to care I was scared. I wanted nitrous but was denied even though it was there and available. Awful awful dentists :(

After I’v Been waiting for my appointment ONE MONTH with having the temporary filling, they called me an hour before the appointment to inform me their internet is down!! And they need to reschedule me for another month, When I got mad, they told me to come on the next three days, when I went there the recipient informed me I have no appointment! So I don’t know what konda of game is this.. and now I have my teeth broke because of their CARELESSNESS!

Dentist was rude and condescending to me (office staff and hygienist were great on the other hand). Came in while pregnant with a sudden dental concern, and was told I had to have an (unwanted and unecessary) x-ray done, despite my complete desire not to, due to concerns for the safety of my baby. The dentist then continued to talk down to me while refusing to provide any care until I cooperated. I have never been treated this poorly in a professional environment ever. Will not be coming back.

Used to be a good dentist..over the past few years they have declined..going to move to another one that treats children like children..the only pediatric dentist there gets really frustrated with children in my opinion..not ok..Time to move on.
