This team is amazing. Ive gone there for oil changes for years. I was apprehensive about doing a bigger job as auto shops have a bad rap (especially those on the less knowledgeable side of auto repair). BUT they were/are honest and straight forward. No additional up-selling on things I didnt need. My truck is old but still has a lot of life with proper maintenance -- as they expressed with knowledge and compassion. The team worked meticulously, going above and beyond to ensure my ol lady was repaired properly and thoroughly. Thanks SO MUCH guys!

Took my wifes vehicle for a/c issue (blowing hot air) l was thinking these guys were going to empty my pockets NOPE they found the problem and DIDNT charge me an arm and a leg. Also told us payment carries over if same a/c issue persist. They were telling the truth! a/c worked perfect for two months then the same problem happened a/c was blowing hot i called Rebel they told me bring it back in. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am they fixed it again no charge and pick it up that evening happy wife happy life. Two thumbs up to Rebel Automotive 👍 🤠👍

If you live in Green Valley South, this is the mechanic Ive had the best luck with so far. Their staff was very friendly and it was a painless experience to get my brakes and rotors fixed all in one day. Their pricing wasnt exorbitant and the convenience factor of them only being a few blocks away made it more than worth it.

The staff was excellent! The service, an oil change and 21 point inspection, was done quickly and I feel thoroughly. The owner was fair and honest; his tech and he even told me that one of the issues found could easily be fixed by myself and youtube for about half of what theyd have to charge me. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to there being no arcade/business center like mentioned on the site. The owner even admitted how he was bummed it wasnt there anymore.

We’ve been here with 3 different vehicles for the past 4 years and every single person who has helped us has always been extremely nice and knowledgeable. They’ve never tried to screw us over by adding things we didn’t ask for or by telling us somethings wrong with the vehicle that actually isn’t. I’ve had some nightmareish experiences at other shops in the past and I can honestly say that Rebel is pure honesty. I can’t say enough good things about this place and all of their employees.

These guys took care of my 2002 Tahoe and my 2011 Hyundai sonata I wouldnt trust my vehicles to no one else other than Rebel automotive. I always have an easy time finishing all my auto work at Rebel Auto. They are extremely proficient and professional, they make the whole process clear and convenient. They have always been direct as far as work needed and they are great at answering questions. To summarize this novel: BEWARE!! Dropped my car off with keys and now am picking my car up with none because they LOST MY KEYS.Im so upset. Honestly baffled at how terrible my experience with this shop was. I have close family that has worked in a dealership for years and I decided to go against my better judgment and take it to Rebel Automotive, instead. Big mistake.First off; customer service is just disappointing. Specifically customer service with Jay. Their famous Ill have my technicians look and Ill give you a call back.. is utter deception. The whole (almost) two weeks my car was there, I never ONCE got a call back. I, the customer, always had to call them. My car sat on their lot for 10 days. In those 10 days we couldnt even get a diagnosis out of them. To paraphrase- I got a diagnosis elsewhere and was told I likely just needed a tune up, there was a misfire in one of my cylinders. (Spark plugs, coils and possibly the starter.) anyways-They couldnt figure out how to use the emergency break release to put it into neutral. Then they told me they couldnt put the car into accessory, despite the fact I told them the battery is dead, considering its been sitting since mid January. I told them they may need to charge the battery to get a reading on it. They ignored that. Instead they insisted that we needed a new key/transmitter. They quoted a 3 week wait and $1500. Just so they could essentially DIAGNOSE it. I asked them to just work on the things that were previously diagnosed, so at least theyd have an idea of possible repairs to be done. Jay told me They wouldnt do that. Fast forward 2 more days and now conveniently, MY KEYS ARE MISSING?!?! Seriously?! And theyre trying to pin that on us. They refuse to help replace my property that THEY were responsible for and lost. This all could have been avoided if Jay worked on communication skills. This all could have been avoided if Gino taught his employees to be better to their customers. They asked me to sign a form stating that they didnt do any work to my vehicle, and I will not be returning that paper until my keys are returned. This behavior is disgusting. Im so disappointed. Thanks for adding more stress to an already stressed out customer.

Ive been going to this business since 2014. When you bring your vehicle in, they make it their mission to ensure that your vehicle is running the best it can. They are very easy to work with, they never push unnecessary parts, they always give me a rough timeline when work will be completed, and if they ever come across an unforeseen issue, they let you know almost immediately. I love that they did an old change & didnt pressure me to get a bunch of other stuff done. They have a free arcade, with pool, air hockey, ski ball, basketball, darts & lots of arcade games. Fast and friendly service! They said it would take 45 min to 1 hr for my oil change but it was 40 min only. Front desk personnel was very friendly and polite. Called here after I bought a Groupon for brakes, and was surprised to find out that I was not able to use it because I would be charged another $100 for labor that was not mentioned in the Groupon. Not only was the labor additional and not mentioned anywhere in the Groupon, but could not be used together. ( I bought front and rear) so I had to spend It again, and it could not be done at the same time. Really shady.I spent 2 weeks disputing on Groupon, and still not resolved.

I am proud to say that for the 25 years I have lived in the valley I have never needed to take my car in for repairs. I have mechanical skills learned many many years ago in my youth and a very good understanding of how things work to include all of the latest technology out there. I am a car enthusiast and work on them as a hobby. So fast forward to now and imagine the defeat that I felt not being able to fix a problem myself and surrendering to the fact that I have no choice but to take it to someone to fix it. Suffice to say that the pride in my abilities suffered a crushing defeat. So now Im faced with the ultimate kharma, all of the years that I have silently grinned that those nightmare stories of terrible shop experiences people I know have never touched me are now preparing to knock on my door. Never having to go to a shop left me in a predicament I never expected to be in, who out there in the thousands of repair shops is the exception to the rule of the nightmares I have heard. After some google snooping I found Rebel Automotive, the reviews were good that I saw but I felt for sure my situation left me wide open to be taken to the cleaners because Im very aware that electrical problems can take you down a rabbit hole with a very slippery slope. After changing multiple parts I still could not rectify the problem and resigned myself to the financial gallows that stood before me. I made an appointment, towed my truck in and waited for the call that would empty my bank account. The next day I got a call and it wasnt to tell me that I owed them thousands of dollars, it was a call to tell me they fixed it by replacing a burnt fuse and the total was just the diagnostic fee. So after the two weeks I spent trying to fix it I learned two things. First I shouldve rechecked my work because in the very beginning I checked that fuse and it was good, while replacing the parts that I did I must have grounded that circuit. If I had rechecked what I had done I wouldve found that.... Lesson learned for sure. The second thing and most importantly because I want you to know about it, is that this is a reputable repair shop that does quality work and they are HONEST. They could have easily given me the doomsday scenario I was expecting and I would have tearfully accepted it. They are GOOD people and while I dont expect my pride to take another hit anytime soon if I ever do find myself over my head I wont hesitate to call them.

Fast friendly service, unfortunately I could not use the Groupon discount for the oil change that I purchased, because my car only takes synthetic oil. I ended up losing the money paying for the Groupon, so my $40 oil change ended up being $110. I would think if they would want repeat customers, they would have applied that discount to my total.

I have been taking my cars here for a few years now. I trust them to tell me the truth about what needs to be done. There have been times when I expected to have to fix something and they told me it did not need to be done. Also, when things DID need to be done they would explain why and show me the damage so I could see it myself. Also, they have one of the best waiting areas with free arcade games, skee ball, basketball hoops, and comfy couches with cable TV if you just want to relax. Weve moved further away and I will still drive across town to use these guys.

My car was making grinding sounds and the Lexus dealership quoted me over $4000 to fix it. Thankfully I found Rebel. They take their time to make sure it’s fixed correctly and changed my wheel bearings for a little over $500. I appreciate their honesty and great work. This is my 5th time at getting my oil changed at Rebel Automotive using Groupon. They are wonderful there. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are always friendly and very nice. They have a wonderful waiting area if you dont mind stairs. It does take about an hour but I assume that they check it over completely. At least thats what theyve always told me.

Ive been to Rebel Auto for 2 big fixes on my car. Now the first time the service was amazing. Second time service was also great Aaron was wonderful. However, I had my fuel pump changed and while driving down the freeway the bar that hold the gas tank up completely fell. I called Aaron the next day and way able to get the car in and fixed with no problem. No more then 4-5 days later my check engine light came on. I called them and asked for Aaron and was told he us no longer with the company and I would get a call back once they talk to the mechanic who worked on my car. No one ever called back. Aaron communicated so well and its unfortunate that he is gone that is the reason I came back. I took my car elsewhere to get fixed properly after all

Im very impressed with this shop. They have dealership-level of expertise and quality of service, and mom-and-pop level attention to the customer. They do a great job of explaining and showing me exactly whats going wrong, and why, and what my options are, so that I can be a part of the decision process. They pay close attention to each customers unique situation, whether its a time deadline, a money ceiling or a special request, and act accordingly. They manage to be extremely professional while keeping an informal vibe. HIGHLY recommended. I have brought my own as well as friends cars here and have always left happy. In fact I brought my car to them to correct the work that another repair shop (closer to my house) had done, that was shall we say less than stellar. So, yeah, theyre worth driving across town for.

Going to the mechanic always sucks except this shop. Its the best shop Ive ever been to. They have a free vintage arcade to entertain you while you wait. They are friendly and very fast. I was quoted 3 hours for work and they got it done in an hour and a half. Ill definitely be back.

They took the time to really listen my concerns. And did I mention honest? They actually apologized to me and told me they felt bad for charging me when they werent 100% sure about the problem. Instead of telling me to replace a 500$ part, they literally checked EVERYTHING for me (for an incredibly low price) and said to bring it back if the problem came back. Will NEVER go anywhere else!

Rebel Automotive have changed my oil and brakes, and I have been very satisfied with the customer service there. They keep their appointments, Jose always takes the time to explain what theyre doing and answer my questions, and they give me a much better deal than I ever had at my dealer or Firestone. After taking my car there just a couple times, I trust them. I will continue to take my car here when I need my car fluids flushed and changed.

This is the ONLY place I take my vehicle for any work. They’re super real and try to help you figure out how to make things work in your budget. And they’re honest! I’ve had brake pads, lights, oil changes, and (today) brake rotors taken care of here. You don’t see it often in the industry. I’m really loving the newest management they have running things. Drop my car off on a Monday got it fixed by Tuesday morning great service quality no issues.

Brought my car in to get the serpentine belt and tensioner replaced and the job was done quickly and for a fair price. I had to bring my car back a few times to work out some faulty hardware issues but they were patient and cooperative about resolving them.I wish things were completely good on the initial service but I understand parts can fail and they warrantied them out no problem. McKenzie(?) and Geno kept me updated on my vehicles status and each visit was straightforward and quick. My car has been running fine now and hopefully it stays that way until the next proper maintenance schedule.***This shop was a great find and it is worthy to note that they have a sweet arcade if you need to wait out the service. Killed time playing some 2-D side-scroller where you throw fireballs at enemies and I wish they took longer but, as I already mentioned, they completed their service pretty quickly.

Have taken a couple different cars in. Geno was informative and they were very efficient.

Had rear brakes done at Rebel Automotive on 1/9/2018.Previously had the vehicle into Sun Auto where they said I needed pads and rotors. I questioned the need for new rotors, but they said I needed them. But, they also said the alternator was not working properly -- so I got a bad feeling and did not have the work done there.Rebel did an evaluation of the brakes and said the rear pads were very thin and needed to be replaced, but the rotors were perfectly fine. I proceeded with the work at Rebel.When I picked up the vehicle, the price was exactly as quoted.But, they said that they had gouged one of the rotors while grinding it -- so they installed TWO new rotors at no charge.That kind of honesty and customer concern DESERVES loyalty -- and that is what they have earned from me.

I went in to diagnose a check engine light. They confirmed problems I figured were wrong. They ordered the parts for my exhaust, a complete manifold with cat converter, much cheaper a repair than I was quoted elsewhere. Parts came in ahead of time and they gave me a call and put my car in right away. Repairs completed ahead of schedule and I couldnt be happier. I will use the shop for any and all future maintenance. They are honest and do GREAT work.!!!I had my car towed to Rebel Auto for a second repair after it went into engine protection mode. The guys at Rebel Auto found the problem diagnosed it immediately, got the part in the next day, and I was out the door. It cost me less than expected. Great job Im extremely happy.!

Very friendly and reasonable cost. If you have to get an oil change with kids, this place is a must thanks to the awesome free arcade. You can expect some recommendations of other potential repairs your vehicle might need, but they are not overly pushy. Highly recommended!

Just moved out here over a year ago and between the reviews and prices you cant go wrong. Cheap and efficient on oil changes and gave fair prices for transmission replacement. We just decided on new car would be better then dumping money on a junker. I will def be going in with all my cars while we live in this state.
