Very impressed. First time visit. Wife had regulator cable on drivers side window break, so window was stuck half open. Called a couple of places (BTW, Raben tire said theyd have someone call me right back with a quote...never heard from them again) before calling Dwight. He answered the phone promptly, immediately diagnosed the problem, didnt try to over sell me (The window motors on that vehicle are pretty solid, so I doubt youd need to replace that.), and said to come in anytime the next day. Long story short, we get there around noon, he said the part would be there around 1:30 or 2 so we walked over to get some lunch. No more than 50 minutes later he called, said part got there earlier than expected, and we were ready!Well definitely be going back for future car needs. Btw, say Hi to Thor when you go! He basically runs the place and is super cute.

They are pretty nice and do decent work here but they take FOREVER. At one point after our vehicle had been put in a bay after waiting several days for one to open they TOOK IT BACK OUT to do a job on ANOTHER CAR! So frustrating! Not a place I would recommend unless you have a second vehicle or dont need your vehicle for a week or more.

Its been awhile since Ive been here. the mechanic was good but you have to specify exactly what you wanted done or it wont get done. With that said my first Repair I had done here was my motor mounts, my brother had told me that was causing my transmission to kick when shifting. So I took it here and said replace the mounts, they ask which ones? I replied all of them since I was having them done I figured have them all done so I wouldnt worry about them in future problems. Well its be about 3 years I now have my own mechanic experience and Im replacing them again and noticed the the front mount and the rear mount are terrible condition and still have the original bolts and nuts mean they didnt replace them. They just replaced the side and the top mounts (easiest) and charred me for all four.
