While traveling Eastward with a hard deadline to sign for our new house; road debris knocked the plastic engine guard under the car loose. This drastically reduced the speed we could travel. A retired mechanic myself, I needed help, I needed a shop that would see the circumstances for what they were. From our hotel room in Henderson I googled auto shops, and Sansone’s Automotive had 5 stars and was reasonably close. I got there a half hour before opening, and Mike after hearing our dilemma, pulled the vehicle in almost immediately, and 15 minutes later he pulled it out. I want to thank Mike and Sansone’s Automotive for the quick and excellent service.

Not only did they check certain things out for me on the car I thought needed fixing they outright told me that they were fine and didnt even charge me for checking them out. Car has 320,000 miles. I had been told by dealership that I needed front axles replaced. Sansone told me front left bearings were bad and I needed some suspension work. I didn’t doubt it with my miles. The car now is much smoother and more quiet. It was a good bit cheaper than dealership.

I brought my Prius in to get the battery checked out. I didn’t have a way to get home so they were so kind to let me stay in the office and what for my car for 3hrs! Professional, friendly, reliable, efficient. Definitely going to be going back for all my auto needs. AAA certified.

I learned about Sansones a year or two after purchasing a new Acura in 1999. Ive been taking that car and then other family vehicles to Mike and his crew for over two decades. Let me start off by saying that the owner Mike and his staff were very professional. I took my car in due to my brakes squeaking. I am very knowledgable when it comes to the maintenance on my car. I have a 2014 Honda Civic and havent had any major issues on it. I looked at reviews online and took a chance. I also have AAA membership and wanted to take advantage of the services they offer. Mike was able to let me know the passenger side axle, Front brakes and driver belt needed to be replaced ( I already knew what he was going to advise me fyi lol). Mike let me know that he would get me a lyft or uber at no cost to me to get home. The ride was taking forever so instead Mike was courteous enough to take me home and pick me back up once my car was finished. For Mike to have taken that step he has gained another satisfied customer. Thank you again !!!! I will refer many of my friends and family after this excellent service.

I had a rear door lock on my 2015 Odyssey that had become a royal nuisance in that it would freeze up and become inspirational during cold weather. I had them look at it and agreed to the repair. The original part was no longer available but they secured a replacement and now I can enjoy seamless operation of the door. I am new to the area and was looking for an automotive shop near me for a regular scheduled maintenance on my Ford Fusion. There was also a roughness in the ride above a certain speed that had developed I wanted them to check out. I didnt know how to fully explain it, I just knew that something didnt feel right. In my experience, being unable to articulate a problem with your car clearly and just providing a shop with something doesnt feel right often results in we couldnt find anything wrong. So I was a bit surprised when I got the call saying there is a roughness and we found the problem.One part of the problem (a bent rim) they could do nothing about. The other part of the problem (tires slightly out of balance) they could do something about but the bent rim meant that the rough ride probably wouldnt be fully corrected. But he added that I would probably like the difference. Well let me tell you, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the way my car feels now. I used to feel that roughness starting around 40 mph and now it is smooth at twice+ that speed. The best part is that the tire balance was part of the service anyway so there was no extra charge. The weird part is that I had suspected that may be the problem so I had the tires balanced and rotated at a tire store prior to the service, but that didnt correct the problem. That meant I had eliminated thinking that could be what was wrong.Seeing as that was my first time using this automotive shop (but definitely not the last) I would rate my first impression at A++! I went there because of a shop advertisement/coupon in my mailbox and I didnt even check reviews prior to scheduling an appointment (which is very unusual for me). Im now looking at the great reviews after the fact which makes me feel even better.

I have taken my cars to Sansones for over 10 years and have had nothing but amazing service. I was first referred to this shop about 15 years ago and I have since referred many people as well. After working at Enterprise for 4 years, I learned there are many unethical shops and dealerships, so it was important for me to find one that is honest a trustworthy. They are honest, fair, kind, an reliable. The prices and service are hands down the best I have seen at a shop (I have seen a lot working at Enterprise in both Chicago and Las Vegas). I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I always know that I will get the best care when going to this shop. To top it all off, everyone who works there is very kind and friendly.

AAA towed my girlfriend’s car here. She is not the most informed on how to take care of cars. The Laundry list for everything that needed to be done exceeded $1,500.00 but these guys really empathized with us and we only ended up paying $750.00 to get the car working at 100%. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They are sincere and will not take advantage of you. Don’t go anywhere else! Go here.

Mike was a tremendous help to us. He was extremely patient with us and took care of my problem in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get great service at a fair price.

Only gave a one star because it couldn’t go lower! They charged for an estimate and couldn’t find the problem! Then our vehicle was returned to us with unsafe brakes, and they yelled at us for complaining that the parking brake was not working! That part was fine when our vehicle went in! We didn’t trust them not to sabotage something else if we took it back to have them fix the brake. We obviously will NOT be getting ANY repair work done at this place!

Great service as usual. I have sent 2 of my vehicles for service to Sansones and its always headache free. They diagnose exactly what is wrong and only fix what is needed. I will never take my vehicles to any dealer for service where they try to get you to purchase un-needed repairs and over pay for simple repairs. Sansones is the only place I go to now for all my car repair needs.

Had an oil change completed today along with them fixing some electrical because of a check engine light. They offer a 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty. Chuck is always great to work with.

When it comes down to it, they are honest and kind. Ive had some bad experiences from Auto places not being completely honest and pressuring for unnecessary work. I appreciate local, upstanding businesses such as this. Thank you for your professionalism.

Went down to Vegas for Duke vs UNLV (Go Duke!) and my Jeep had some issue with the ignition. Had my car towed to Sansones via a recommendation from my brother-in-law and left it there over the weekend. Had to leave my car and left for home. Talked with Chuck first thing Monday morning - he was very understanding that I was 400 miles away from my car and needed it fixed asap. Although they were very busy (good sign for a mechanic) he found time to get my Jeep in, found the problem and fixed it. Cant thank them enough for making time for me and my situation. So take my recommendation, from someone that doesnt even live in Henderson...or even in the state, this place is very professional. Ive been a customer of Sansones for a couple of years now. Ive had nothing but good experiences. Every time its gone in, I knew what it was wrong (or at least a good idea) when I went. Chuck has never told me it was anything different, sometimes it wasnt even as bad as I thought. My car is always repaired quickly, and always at a fair price. I am the daughter of a service tech back when they were called mechanics, and spent many years working on a dealership parts counter so I have a pretty good idea of how much parts cost and how long it takes to do repairs and Chuck is always spot on. I will not take my car anywhere else!

Ive always had great service, customers coming in facility are greeted on first name basis. Shuttle service available to home and back to pick up vehicle. Fees are much cheaper than dealership. I moved to Henderson 10 years ago, found the add in the yellow pages and Ive been coming here ever since.

This happened a while back but i was unable to find a place to find to write a review untill now and i am still fuming.they gave me a price of 235 dollars for maintenance.told them to call me when the work was done.i inow there going to call with some repair and sure enough they do,but im ready for that or so i thought.i tell them to do just what we agreed on and nothing more,but they tell me that whoever did my last maintenance striped a lug nut and they had to break it of to rotate the tires.i had just moved here from nebraska.i told them i just drove 1400 miles with no problems and just want my car they way it was when i brought it in but they said i couldnt drive it that way.so like an idiot i said go a head and fix it.another 165 dollars.so i go pick up my car and they tell me one of my tires is ready to blow out and i said these tires are just a year old.they showed me the tire and there was a bubble on the tire.i bought the tires in vegas last year when vacationing here lat year.this tire was different than my other 3 tires.so the next day i was going to go to the place where i bought the tires,but i called sansone before i did and ask them if it was possible that someone could have stolen my tire and put on that on with the bubble.they said they made a terrible mistake the day before and put the wrong tire back on my car after the rotation.they didnt have the courtesy to call me,but waited for me to call them.but at least they told me.i thought i was losing my mind.so they tell me to take my car in to put my tire back on.no refund of any sort,no sorry about that.they didnt want the customers in the waiting room to hear what happened.talk about a night mare.its tough to find anyone whos honest,you put your complete trust in them and you see what happens.you cant trust them.dealers are crooks to but i dont think that would happen at a dealership.bottom line is nobody over sees them and they can do and charge what they want.recommend them.ha ha ha.no doubt in my mind what they are.crooks.they treat us like suckers.they claim to maintain and repair all kinds of makes now.boy the money they make now.what a racket they have.there have a license to rob us and boy do they
