Went in to my cellphone battery checked for capacity and wear. Naturally they said the battery was losing capacity and I needed a new one. However they did not have the battery in stock. They would order the battery and I would pick it up their location. But recommended that I use the warranty of my phone maker in order to get a new battery.

The team at Batteries Plus was outstanding. They did a screen repair for me. Todd and Richard were phenomenal. Todd helped me with my repair and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. He even put my protective screen cover on the phone for me when I brought it in. I will be using them for ALL of my repairs in the future, but Im hoping I wont be dropping my phone again anytime soon. I would highly recommend them to others. I had a Galaxy S10+ and they are Samsung certified. Their price was the best in town and thats with next day shipping included.

My experience was great! I made an appointment online ahead of time, and when I went in all I had to do was sign a paper and hand them my phone. It only took about 45 minutes. Super fast and super easy! I’ll be using their service in the future if I ever have the need.

The guys here are very knowledgeable about phone repairs and other devices. Out of the places I compared, they had the best prices and turnaround time. They had my phone fixed in less than an hour and it is still working great. Definitely would recommend to anyone with broken devices.

Abysmal service, disrespectful, and misinformation from the employees before I arrived. Brought in a Galaxy S8 for a simple glass repair. I go to pick it up and upon receiving the phone, the seam where the phone closes was not sealed properly and I was instructed by the employee to get a case for the phone and it would be fine (which is completely ridiculous for a 250$ repair). It looked like absolute trash, and I was lied to about the water resistance not being there anymore until after the repair.. Everything about the encounter was unprofessional, from the work that was done to the way I was treated as a customer. They offered a refund in the end, but returned my phone in an unusable condition where I could not even see anything on screen (worse than the way it was when I brought it in). I could not believe the way I was treated here. I usually dont leave reviews like this, but this deserved to be spoken about to the public. I would avoid this business at all cost.

According to my wife very professional. I have a samsung galaxy s8 and had a damaged screen and LCD. Well wife brought it in for me and my screen looks great. My only issue is they warned my wife my back glass may break and if it does its an extra 10 dollars. Well low and behold my back glass cracked. My thing is if you break it you fix it. Sure its only 10 dollars but still erks me.

I initially went to a store in D’Iberville and was quoted $85 to repair my cracked screen, but the guy there was extremely nice, but I didn’t have too much time to wait for the repair. I went to the store in Hattiesburg on Hardy Street and was told it would be $99, and take about 45 mins to an hour. Okay, no problem. I drop phone off at 12:15 pm. He took another number to reach me at when phone is ready. It was 3:00pm and I never received a call, so I call and he said yes it’s been ready, I said well no one called me, I’m sorry we were busy. Okay! I’m on my way to get my phone. I get there ask for a discount because they had my phone for over 2 1/2 hours and failed to call me. So he said no, your total is $106.99. O wow!! Okay! I should have use the store in D’Iberville.Pros: phone screen...ExcellentCons: CSR sucks, no compassion about not calling to let me know my phone was ready, nor none about a discount on their behave.

Phone repaired took two hour when suppose to took 45 minutes. A day later my screen protector crack called I was told to bring it in once I made it there he told me I had to call the company which he could’ve said that over the phone.

My phone had a cracked face and was difficult to read messages. It is all repaired now and has a new Otter case. I am excited it is all repaired now and looks brand new!
