I had my new phone in less than 15 minutes. I picked out exactly the phone and rate plan that I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and courteous.

The customer service was excellent. Got exactly what I needed and the associate was extremely helpful.

I went there to turn in my old phone for the trade in value and even with all the covid problems, they still managed to get me in and out fairly quickly doing curbside assistance. The lady I was talking to seemed to be having a rough day but that just cant be helped sometimes! And she was still patient and nice to me

Went to this store last week and someone comes to your car and helps you..which I understand with all this covid stuff going on. However after sitting in my car for 10 minutes with nobody helping me yet..i just went to the Csipre in the mall and was helped right away.Again, I understand having to wait in my car at this store because of the Covid stuff...they just needed 1 or 2 more people outside to go to the cars and ask what they could help you with. I just needed to get a screen protector my new phone I purchased at the poplarville store..ghey just didnt have scren protector my phone yet

Really nice people! Although, the guy who got us our phones couldn’t get anything right! Sent our phones to Tupelo (which was what we wanted), but kept telling us the wrong time to pick it up!! As well as, we wanted to keep our same number and they had to give us a temporary phone number until we could get ours back!!

The team member was very knowledgeable about the service and needs I was after. I got the A10e phone free with my new service. Awesomeness!!!!

Terrible service can’t get service because I’m 3 miles from tower but changed to Verizon no problems at all. And watch out for unexpected bills after they tell you that you have a 0 balance to pay if I could I would even put one star!

My experience was great. That is my store for a lot of reasons although s lot of things have changed and pretty much all my children have moved on, there are a few still there.

This is a review of the CSPIRE service. STAY AWAY!!!! They dropped the data usage from 50 to 25gb without warning. I can’t just start paying them half of the bill, so why are they allowed to give me half of what I’m paying for..? I will be finding another cellphone company.

Very helpful service. I was looking for phone service for an elderly relative. Robert the manager suggested a wireless home phone device that is a better value than a land line.

Good service but they should show more appreciation to their customers.

Can pick up anywhere but if they try sell you insurance on your phone not worth it. If they say unlimited just slows down after so many gb dont believe them they cut my phone off. Very disappointed in them.

Charged me for roaming and skyrocketed my bill over 1000 dollars. I had unlimited everything on 4 phones and they lowered my 4g to 2 g in the process

I was having some issues online removing a line from my account, so I visited cspire in person. The cspire crew member was so polite, and she fixed the problem and credited my account immediately.

Ive had cspire for over 10 years. While the service is okay, the customer service in stores is hit or miss. Sometimes its amazing while other times... not so much. Also, theres a lack of consistent information. If you Call you may get one answer but another when you go in. Like I said, hit or miss.

I used to be Verizon but C Spire customer service is far superior and they have better phone deals.

Be aware of them giving you a loaner phone that has been heavily used and charging you $115 for warranty work when you return it. They told me something was wrong with the lcd screen but there was no visible damage when the phone was returned.
