Way too expensive for what you get. I lived here for 6 months before breaking my lease and running. We had a first floor apartment. I could hear the neighbor flush her toilet, take a shower, even run her sink water. Amenities are 0. For the price they could at least have a park or something for the kids. Requesting maintenance was a joke, took forever to get anything fixed and often not right. The patio Screen door didn’t lock, put a request in they changed the door out, but it still didn’t lock! One time the upstairs neighbor must have spilled something and it had leaked on to our ceiling, the maintenance man just came and spray painted the ceiling. Save your money and rent else where.

If I could afford to get out of my lease today I would! Grace, the lead property manager, is disrespectful and rude. I have never been so mistreated by a leasing office and I urge anyone considering this location to RUN the other way! On top of the poor attitudes, appliances persistently fail and the unit was filthy upon move in. I moved in in July and was informed upon arriving with my u-haul truck that there was no AC in my unit and there wouldnt be for two weeks! Then just two days after the brand new unit was installed, I came home after a 14-hour work week to a 90* apartment and a broken AC unit once again. It was 8 hours before someone came to fix it. Leslie and Grace in the office are unaccommodating and provide reprehensible customer service! We are counting down the days until our lease ends.

Dont move into a downstairs apartment if you can help it

I would not recommend any one moving here,

We have a roof leaking 5 months ago was reported as well as service calls Many sent,our ceilings are wet as well as Black growing in them can not get anything done.Roof is full of Bates as well as covered in Bat Droppings so that will also be in the wet ceilings.I have heart damage and do not think this is very healthy for me.Sad this rent is not cheap as well as sewage and water ALOT of money for a place that is as low grade as this place seems to be?
