I wanted to get my front windows tinted to match that of my rear windows on my 4Runner. I did the most logical thing and googled local window tint businesses to see what the public thought. All reviews directed me to DRW. I called and the owner was very professional and was able to immediately bring in my vehicle. (Bonus) The installation time was very reasonable (about 45 min), price was very reasonable, and the waiting room was relaxed so that time seemed even shorter. After it was complete the owner walked me through the car and showed me the results. All of this deserves a 5 star as is but that is not why I rated 5 stars. I failed to realize that tint shades actually followed a golf style scale where the lower the number the darker the tint. Nonetheless my tint wasn’t exactly what I expected. I called the owner and he not only worked with me to correct the issue but also made it a priority in his end. Most other companies would have pushed that issue off to a less busy time. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was was a satisfied customer with a quality product.Highly recommended. I will be coming here for all of my tinting needs. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Don did a superb job of tinting my Mercedes windows. It looks like it came out of the factory tinted. The tint reduces sun heating considerably and Im sure the interior will stay new much longer with UV rays blocked. The military discount was a thoughtful courtesy. I recommend DRW without reservations.

I have had two vehicles tinted at the Chambersburg location. DRW tinted my 2011 Kia soul 9 years ago and it has not faded, turned colors, or peeled. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Service at DRW was excellent. I walked in with a very limited knowledge of window tinting and was a little uneasy because of window tinting horror stories. Donnie thoroughly explained the process and helped me with my selection. Additionally, DRW offers military discounts. I ended up with a product that looks just as good as (if not better than) factory tint. I definitely recommend DRW for window tinting.

Mr. Wilson has been tinting for over 28+yrs. He came from California and started tinting at Doctor Tint in Hagerstown, MD when I first meet him almost 27yrs ago. Hes a master with his trade. Hell give you positive feedback with all the laws for all states along with any other questions you may have. He personally calls you to confirm your appointment leaving his number just in case because there are so many ppl lined up. He needs to leave room for other customers in respect to the conformation call. You can wait in the lobby catch up on any calls or just watch some cable (FYI the couch is very inviting).
