Their in-person customer service is 5 stars because they dont really reply email lol have to come to the store for concern or information. Terrible customer service. I got my windows tinted and it had two immediate scratches/folds. This company says to you that there is no such thing as a perfect tint job. I took my vehicle back on a weekend day to show them the cosmetic concerns I had and I was told that it was absolutely unacceptable. I made an appointment to have it replaced, as stated to me. When I returned to pick it up, it had clearly not been replaced or even fixed to what I feel is acceptable. They did offer for me to make another appointment to get it replaced. I asked what reimbursement I would receive for the fact that I had to do a return trip. I was made aware that they do not do any reimbursement but they would gladly make an appointment to get it done. I then said, that is why I had it there at that very moment and the work was not done as promised. I made an appointment and as I drove off, I decided to stick with what I had since quite honestly they question their own ability to do a perfect tint job. I looked at the vehicle of the gentleman helping me, the professional tinter, and his vehicle tint job was horrible. I definitely should have looked at the vehicles tint jobs that were on site, then I would have immediately turned around and went to a true professional.

They did a good job tinting the front windows and the windshield.

Had a great experience. Came in at 9am and was out by 10am. Ran into a small issue and owner took care of it immediately. Definitely will recommend to friends and family. 100 % will be back to tint my other vehicles.

Highly overpriced.Down in the city charges $160 for a full size sedan to be tinted.This shop charges $199 or so. Highly overpriced!

Quick and acceptable install, not perfect but for the price it was fair. Only complaint was a bait and switch on the price. Online was listed $20 lower than in store, then instead of honoring the online price, they offered a discount. If you want to charge more thats fine, just correct your pricing online to match.

First off I want to say I was scared when I pulled up and saw moisture and streaks under my tint, showed guy and he said it would clear up in a few days, which it has so overall tint job was good. However, the customer service like everyone else has been saying is terrible. The big guy with long hair has no personality and should stick to tinting and let someone else handle the customers. He was dry and sarcastic. In no way should he work the desk. Would go back unless I see that guy then I would turn and burn! Maybe you guys should read your reviews and fix your negatives, if not I can see your star ratings come way down fast. On 5/19 I got my 2014 ford focus done at 12pm, in case you think Im just trolling for no reason. Good luck with your future business, hope you guys really change.

Giving a 4 star because the tint looks great. The shop is also clean and looks professional. However the customer service is where there could be improvements. I could have caught them on a bad day I’m not sure but the guy showed up 20 minutes late and grumbled at me when I said hello. Was very short with me and didn’t give me much info on the tint or service. The tint was also around $50 more than competitors. Only chose this shop because it was the only one open

I recently purchased a new car and was browsing reviews online for tint shops. I ran across reviews for the Lil Tint Shop and was amazed by the amount of five star reviews. I called a few tints shops that day and was very pleased when I spoke with Tom at the Lil Tint Shop. He was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous and was kind enough to extend his work day to tint 2016 Mazda 6 windows the same day I called. When I got to his shop, I was once again welcomed by him and his staff. He explained a few things about tint, the warranty, along with cleaning solutions to keep my tint in tip top shape, etc. In all my 25+ years of getting my windows tinting on various cars, the Lil Tint Shop provided the BEST customer service before, during and after the tint was installed. Tom advised me not to roll my windows down for four days. On the fourth day, I got a voicemail from Tom. He called to follow up and to ensure that the tint was okay. I was totally amazed. I took my short bus there a couple months ago for window tinting. Tom is a great guy, he explained things well and did a super job on the tinting. The bus looks great ! I also purchased some audio equipment from them, and they installed that last night. They actually stayed late to get the job finished. Tom and his team are wonderful. I have a particularly difficult car to tint. The door panels are very tight and they had to tuck the inner seals to get the tint in. I followed the recommendations to wait at least 3 days to roll the windows down. When it came time, the seals would not pop back. I attempted to dig out the seals with a card and royally screwed up both rear side windows. I called and explained my dilemma to the owner. After explaining what Id done, he asked when was convenient to get it back in. To sum it up, I couldnt be more pleased with both the customer service and the work! They peeled off the damaged tint, and had new installed in no time flat. Ive been to the other guys in town for tint and have never had such I high level of workmanship and courteous customer service as I had from the Lil Tint Shop. They use high quality products, and they will treat you right if you treat them right! Highly recommended! Dont even waste your time looking elsewhere!

Very honest people. I brought my car in for a tint, and they tried to do the tint but couldn’t. What I appreciated was that they didn’t waste my time, if they hid the problem, and notice it later, I would have to come back and get it fixed. My car had a very curved glass and they did not force or hide that they could not do the job. A++ for honesty!

I called Lil Tint Shop today inquiring about cost and what products they have so that I could get my windows tinted on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. I was provided with more than enough information. He answered questions that I didnt even know I had regarding the tint and products. I was extremely impressed and I knew that I was going to have my windows tinted here by the end of the conversation. He made me feel so comfortable over the phone that I knew I wanted to go to his shop. He asked me when was I interested in having my windows done. Which I was wanting to have done ASAP. However I wasnt going to be available until 5:30 and his business hours are until 5. Not only did he offer to stay and wait for me to get there, it only took 35 minutes. Ive had my windows done before and its always been a huge inconvenience. Where I have to drop the car off the night before because its usually an all day process not here!!! My car looks wonderful!! The service I received was above phenomenal. If I could grade him at more than 5 stars I would. The name of this shop is Lil Tint Shop but they are doing big things and they know how to treat their customer as well as how to do their job. Completely satisfied and would definitely refer

When I read the reviews of this shop I felt confident in my decision to not go to the usual shop I use. Big mistake. Called the day before my appointment and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone. Left a voicemail...no response. Arrive 15 minutes prior to shop opening at 9 so I woulsnt be late and shockingly...the shop was empty. No lights on. Nobody in sight. Sent a text since the telephone hadnt been a effective method and waited until approx. 9:15 before I decided to leave. If a business can collect my email and phone number at the time of scheduling AND send me text reminders, I cant understand why a business or business owner cant have the common courtesy to call me and say...hey I am running a bit behind this morning but I am on my way. Will never consider this shop again or refer anyone.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday online for today, they let me drop off early, and it was done early, and the final product is awesome. Tint is super nice, they even put a sticker on my window crank so i dont accidentally put the window down before its finished drying. I drove up after work one day just to ask about pricing and scheduling and ended up getting it done there and then. Great folks. Really awesome experience. Great pricing. He even found one or two things messed up in the doors of my car and took it apart and fixed it! I cant say enough for my experience. A little off the beaten path, but its a small personable shop and thats how it should be. I wont go anywhere else for tinting after this experience.

Had my Malibu Tinted here and they did an Awsome job!!! I noticed that they have a machine that cuts out all the film for your car which was surprisingly impressive. My car didnt take long at all to tint. This definitely is the place to go. 5 Stars all day.

I dont know you but Im assuming you came into the Lil Tint Shop after me which my appointment was at 12:00. The credit card processing machine did break, I was the customer that it broke on.
