I came for the first time today and loved it. They took me early, didn’t charge a ridiculous amount, and were nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone getting a gel manicure!!

The owners are rude, don’t say hi when you walk in. I’ve been here 3 times with an appointment and every time I waited 40 minutes before someone started doing my nails. I have very short nail beds and every time the owner called her workers to show them how short my nails were and they would talk among each other. Awful experience.

I have been going here for years. I recently tried another new nail salon and was very unhappy! So of course, I went back to Queen nails. Lee has done my nails most times I go and she is fabulous! All the staff are great.Highly recommended!

I came in with a messy French manicure from a nail salon in Budd Lake and the ladies there fixed them up with no problem. They look perfect and I can function with them at work!

After moving to the hackettstown area 7 years ago I had been searching for a good place and couldnt find any. They treat my boys and me like family. I love them cant wait to see them tomorrow with my boys for their manicure and pedicures

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. When the lady said I was done I pointed out all of the nail polish that was on my fingers she went ahead and tried to cut the nail polish off with the cuticle trimmer... I pulled away after letting her try it once and told her nvm it’s fine. I just wanted to get out of there as soon as i could.

DO NOT GO HERE. UNSANITARY.. I went on Wednesday to get a fill and a red to black ombre.. she was trying to convince me it was mood changing. I finally gave in and got the mood changing, it was nothing like I wanted. They were uneven and I was cut twice with the drill and file. I called to get them fixed with someone else and they were worse.. I left with acrylic all over my fingers. I was BLEEDING and he was still adding product to my nails. When I asked for a refund all they said is that they would take them off. My fingers are raw from their rough filling.

I went to get halloween themed nails and what I wanted was pretty basic. Just a crescent moon outline and a pentagram but 2 out of the 3 nail techs they had couldn’t seem to figure out how to draw a star. Very unpleased with the result. They look nothing like the picture and it looks like a child drew them. Will never be going back.

Great Shop! The staff is friendly and Tony always does a great job on my nails. I usually just get a gel french manicure the prices are fair and the product they use for my nails is outstanding. I have never had to return for a nail repair. Thanks!

Not a fan. Unfortunately they can’t do designs and they are not up on the latest nail trends. I showed the nail tech a picture of a design I wanted ( not anything crazy) and it turned out awful. I didn’t tell him because I didn’t want to offend his “art” but looking back I paid $55.00 and should have spoke up. Days later I went somewhere else and had them re-done. They were uneven and way too thick. I won’t be back.

Very happy with my gel manicure - talk about color choices- theyre endless. i loved the options but not great for a LIBRA like myself who can not make up her mind. I brought my senior citizen Dad for a manicure as well and they were extremely accommodating They are also open on Sundays.

Fantastic! Very friendly atmosphere - good music, jovial staff, bright and clean. Linda did my nails and I am very happy with them. My pedicure was also very well done; the foot massage was phenomenal! I highly recommend Queen nails, and I will certainly be back.

They do a very, very good job, good pricing too. The owner keeps on top of the latest good products and the place is clean... The only reason why I dont give 5 stars is attitude and talking to each other in Vietnamese. When people do that, then giggle and laugh, the consumers feel uncomfortable. You can see it in their faces. However, the quality of the actual nail service is so high, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Queen Nails and I am truly delighted with the customer service and the quality of service I received. It was busy at the time I went and that signified that this is a popular place so the work must be good. I went with my boyfriend and once inside I took a seat and was immediately greeted by the staff. We did pedicures first and the young man who did mine did an amazing job, not one complaint (my feet were in terrible shape lol). After my pedicure another young man by the name of Nick called me over to do my gel full set. Nick by far is the most amazing nail technician Ive ever experienced. He has a nice personality and his work is phenomenal. I wanted long coffin nails and he shaped them perfectly. Overall the entire staff was friendly, the environment was nice and clean and Queen Nails seems to be a loved place. I highly recommend this place! I will continue to use Queen Nails and I will continue to see Nick every 2-3 weeks as needed. Thank you so much Queen Nails!!!!

They were very disrespectful to my mom and her requests. We had made an appointment beforehand, but when we arrived, they said that we never called. That wasnt all, though. We patiently waited for about 30 minutes while my aunt started with her gel nails. I was next. I was getting a mani and pedi, so when I sat down for almost an hour, my mom had just started. Meanwhile, I had not got anyone to start my pedi. My mom asked the woman (I believe she was the owner) why there was no one with me, and she told her that theres too much people here, she will get attended to her soon with a disrespectful tone. Then my mom told her very politely that she should hire more people, but again with the disrespectful attitude from the lady. I was attended to about five minutes later. My mom didnt get her gel nails on correctly, they were crooked and the woman charged extra for almost everything for everything that she asked. They took away one nail polish color that I wanted, told me I couldnt have it. Im not going there anymore, since my sister did warn us of the customer service there. Since this was desperate, we went there, but never again. We paid full costs, but again, overly expensive and definitely not worth the service that was given to us. I dont understand why this is a 4.2 rated salon. Just dont go here.

My daughter was initially in the small room in the back gettting her brows waxed. Kim removed her from the room because her friend had to get her brows and another waxing service done. So my daughter ended up getting her brows waxed in the hallway. Kim also slammed the screen door for privacy as if I was a bother. It is not okay to have poor customer service because you are the bosses daughter. It should be first come, first serve. Thankfully the girl who did wax my daughters eye brows was very sweet. I will not be returning.

Decided to give this place a try... ha! Was rudely spoken to when I asked if someone could do a gel manicure first thing in the morning. Can’t even use the word “greeted” because the girl wouldn’t even pick up her head to acknowledge me until I said hello to her first. She told me “you have to wait “- which was totally fine but continued to speak to me in such a nasty tone for no reason! So I sat down, and called my regular salon who pleasantly told me to come over right now. If that’s how they speak to potential customers I can’t imagine the kind of work they do. Customer service is everything to me and I refuse to support a business who has the audacity to speak to someone- they’ve never seen before- so rudely ! Blessing in disguise... stay away!!

If I could leave a 0... I would. I dont think the workers there are licensed. Its either that or just laziness. Got a gel manicure and not one professional step was taken. Not only did he not let me have the polish color I picked, straight up said no, he used the drill on my very natural not polished nail bed. Didnt even push my cuticles back had me wash my hands and that was it. No lotion or even top coat. The one tip he put on is uneven and slanted. The pedi was done by a what seemed a high school student who didnt want to be there and barely touched my feet. Do not go here, infection waiting to happen.

So my experience here was anything far from pleasant, so first off I told the woman whom was doing my nails I’d like to get a new full aryclic set done which says $40 so once she says okay and starts doing my nails the first thing I notice that was alarming was she wasn’t sizing the aryclics before putting them on my nails, she just slapped them on with glue afterwards I exclaimed to this woman I wanted them a stilletto shape, which she says she understands, while she was filing and shaping my nails I notice she only made them round which I asked for her to make them pointer which she told me “not to worry that she’ll make them pointy once she puts the gel on” so once she puts the gel on I notice that she still doesn’t make them pointy and on top of that she has the gel stuck underneath my nails so she then ASKS A COWORKER to make my nails pointy since she didn’t know what she was doing which blows my mind, after the nice man fixes my nails, she comes back and proceeds to filing my nails to the point where 6 out my 10 nails start to bleed at the tips of my fingers. She then tells me that she will take $5 off my transactions since she cut half my finger tips afterwards when she’s putting the nail polish on she some how gets it all over my hand and leaves streaks on two of my nails, at this point I just wanted it to be over and go home because I was so disappointed in this place. So when it came to me paying her she then tells me I owe her $40 EVEN THOUGH SHE PROMISED TO TAKE $5 FOR CUTTING THE TIPS OF MY FINGERS, so she wouldn’t allow me to give her anything under 40 even though personally the job she did on my nails isn’t worth $40 at all. So to say the least, I am never going back I had the worst experience of my life, I’ve had other nail salons in the past give you what you pay for and I can say with this place it is not the case.

The lady who did my nails did a bad job. A 5 year old could have done better. She almost made my finger bleed, cut my nails badly, and nail polish was all over my skin and cuticles. The best part of the trip was seeing dogs.

Tony is AWSOME at nails he’s very nice and friendly. The owner “Lee” I think that’s her name, sucks at customer service. I recently went there for a gel fill,over the weekend my gel chipped. I went back in for a nail repair and the owner insisted that they were all busy ALL day (Monday). They didn’t look busy to me...She never gave me a time for when I could come back in. She didn’t give Af. This wasn’t the first time I experienced bad customer service with her. I only went to “Queen Nail” because my friend is related to the owner and I was desperate. I knew better. I will forever Go to 3-D in Kenvil! Check them out! They’re ALWAYS friendly.

I should have waited for a day that Lynda was working. My mani pedi was ok, but she does a better job.
