We were visitors in town for our daughters wedding and right after the reception, our truck broke down. We had it towed to Southbridge Auto Care on Saturday evening and we had the truck back on Monday afternoon so we could head back home to Pennsylvania. We cant say enough about Southcare. Everyone from the office support to the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Southbridge Car Care.

Owner is honest, told me straight what was wrong and what he was going to fix and how much. Boom bang done. The downside is hes always busy, but a good mechanic is always busy.

I was on the turnpike and my power steering pump seized up, melting my serpentine belt, leaving me stranded. I decided to give this place a try based on the positive reviews. Brent got me in and back on the road right away while saving me a bunch of money on a new pump. Instead of $500 from the dealer, he found a low mileage salvaged one for $150. Very friendly guy and great service. I only wish I lived closer so I could send all my car repairs to him.

Our car broke down on the Mass Pike traveling from Boston to back home to Canada. Brent was so helpful in fixing our car quickly so that we could get back on the road. He searched for hours to find the correct part for our car. Also very fair price. Went above and beyond. Couldnt thank you enough!

I brought my car to Southbridge Car Care for a drivability issue no one could figure out. Brent spent hours meticulously testing all the components in order to single out the defective sensor.After replacing a $50.00 crankshaft position sensor, the car runs like new again. It is a 12 year old car with 190,000 miles on it.Brent’s knowledge, experience and desire to find and isolate the problem demonstrate the difference between a mechanic and a true automotive technician. He saved me from buying a new car I didn’t need and couldn’t afford.Thanks again so much Brent!!!!

Getting your car repaired is never fun but this was probably the best experience Ive had. Moved to the area recently and had to leave behind my old mechanic who I trusted. This place is even better. They repaired my car for less than the estimates for the repair online. They even stayed open late for me so my car could be towed here. Will be going back here for any car work.I mistakenly left a $300 watch in the car and they kindly put it in the glove compartment for me and locked it. Amazing service.
