I went there on August 13th to do my nail....I ask the girl to do dip, and she did nonsense. The whole of my fingers was so full of the nail powder and looks so dirty . I would have taken pictures but I was so mad that I have to take it out the next day...the name of the girl that did my name was Grace. And the owner saw how dirty my nails looks and still charge me 55 dollars. And the owner was speaking in her language which I dont understand but am sure she was telling her(Grace) that she did a bad job. Pls save your money and time. Look for another salon.

Best gel manicure I’ve ever had!! Paul was so thorough and took his time. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer. I’ve also had pedicures done here and they’ve always been great! Highly recommend

The only place I will go for a mani/ pedi !Linda is fast and still does a perfect gel manicure. Leo does my pedicures and shes awesome. Nice massage and shapes my toenails perfectly. I rarely have ingrown toenails since she started doing my pedi. They use the disposable one time use plastic sheet for the pedicure tubs. Very clean, customers sit far apart with plexiglass between you and whoever is doing your manicure and thick plastic sheets between you and anyone else getting a pedicure. Ive had a few different people in past and they all are great. Jenna does my lashes and they look beautiful! I like them to look thick and dark and the lash extensions that she uses are very lightweight causing much less damage to my natural lashes and they feel soft and look real.In the past you could walk-in and there was a very short wait time. Presently you need an appointment which helps keep customers spaced 6 feet apart.Love this place!! Give it a try.

The lady requested a 20% gratuity which was not disclosed before services were provided which felt forced. This left me completely uncomfortable.

I never am one to write reviews but this warranted a review. My pedicure was great, but my gel manicure was done by the owner. She rushed me, wouldn’t make eye contact or even make a sound, and every nail chipped and then peeled off within 48 hours. Also charged me 35 each for two pedicures and 30 for gel which I questioned but was ignored. Will not be getting a gel manicure here again.

The prices are extreme.

Had a good experience here the first time I came but I havent gone back in a while only because Ive been very busy and very pregnant! I went again today and came very late as a walk-in with a friend of mine. They were very accommodating, kind, and friendly. Hannah did my manicure and she was sweet. Definitely going back. Also, they renovated their space and its much nicer and brighter inside.

I love coming here. It’s very close to my house and the entire staff is so warm and nice. I go to Linda for my nails and my pedicures are done by anyone available but, they always do a great job. Awesome place!

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. It was my first time visiting, I had always overlooked it thinking the building looked older so the salon would be too...I was completely wrong. Studio nails is bright and clean, the staff was friendly, I had to wait but I didnt have an appointment so I was fine with it and it wasnt that long. I just got a pedicure and the girl did a nice job cleaning up my nails that hadnt been done in a long time. Will definitely be back!

Originally we were very pleased, especially with the points being earned at each appointment. Slowly the techs we became familiar with were no longer employed or we would request a specific manicurist only to be told they are not available when we arrived. When attempting to use the numerous points we earned, we were told they could not be redeemed, even though it was on the list. The owner shows a lack of respect to her employees and discusses clients in her native language. Very sad.

Reasonable price!! Nowadays nail place charges ridiculous prices.Went in for mani and pedi. 25 bucks. I gave 5 extra because while my nails were drying, I had a neck massage. ❤

I usually dont go this far away from home but....Nicole was very good. She is very patient and also very funny. Even though they were very busy and I didnt have an appointment they still took me. While I was getting my nails done another customer came back and demanded Nicole look at them right away. She was very patient with this person until Sarah came over to help them find the right color.I dont really like to talk a lot but Nicole made me feel very comfortable and at home.I will be back for sure!Thanks so much for the great nails and eyebrows.!

Awesome. I was frustrated after I had so many other bad experiences at different nail salons in Hackettstown. some were too expensive, some did a bad job. I went to this place and they took me RIGHT away. I got an acrylic fill (French nails) and they massaged my hands and my back. and it wasnt expensive. awesome awesome awesome. I am a happy camper. ask for Sarah.

Be careful going here. They charge you more than other places around for the same average-awful nail work. I went here based on a recommendation from a friend, but my French manicure came out pretty sloppy, so Im going back to Queen nails next time.

Went into this place with my younger sister for 2 sets of acrylics, not only did i pay 70 dollars for each, my nails all started falling off a week later ! I will never again go to this place. if i could give 0 stars i would .

Have been going to Stop Nails for a long time now. I always request Jenny for my manicure. She does the best detail art on my nails. Ask for Jenny when you go, shes fantastic!

Jenny does an awesome job with my nails, gel nails and Lucia does an amazing pedicure. A little more expensive than other salons but you definitely get what you pay for.

The girl there filed the sides of my nails so hard that she made 3 or 4 of my fingers bleed. I also went there with picture in hand and she said she could do it, (it looked pretty simple). I got nothing like what I showed. She was really nice and showed effort so I felt too bad to bring it up. I ended up going home, taking the nail polish off, and repainting them myself. As time goes by, Im finding more and more stuff wrong with the shape and how theyre uneven. I wont be going back.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, I have used this salon many times and never once received bad service. In fact, I have found they are always eager to work you in without an appointment and do an excellent job. I guess it depends what you are looking for. I dont like when they take too long so speed is an asset to me.Update: I am completely changing my review as a formerly satisfied customer. I was just there, and they charged me $60 for a pink and white gel fill. Thats outrageous, the same price as a full gel set. I have been doing my nails off and on for years and never paid this much. The nail technician seemed to be the boss, so when I complained she wasnt budging on the price. A plain fill is $35, I was getting the white filled too, so I was prepared to pay $5 to $10 more but not the price of a full set. I did call to ask before I went, but apparently there was a language barrier or misunderstanding.Updated Again a Year Later: While the former experience was true, I am restoring my review to the five stars I first gave them. I had been to this salon many times before my negative experience and was a satisfied customer. The one bad experience was upsetting, but after taking a break from using that salon for almost a year, I recently decided to give them another shot.I had an appointment with another salon for (I thought) 6:30, but they thought I said 5:30, so they were unable to accommodate me when I arrived. No big deal, but it was the night before I was leaving for vacation so I decided to see if Studio was still open. They were only half an hour from closing and some staff was leaving, but they said they would stay to do a pedicure for me and my friend. They did a nice job and even gifted me some flip flops when I realized I forgot mine. The price was right, the service was good, and they went out of their way to help me even though I didnt have an appointment. I have been back since and will continue to go back.In retrospect, the previous bad experience was just an unfortunate misunderstanding and hopefully wont happen again.

Great place for a mani/pedi

Very unhappy with my experience here. I came for a fill this past weekend and got charged $50. The woman that did my nails did not know how to coffin shape (not to mention my nails were already this shape but she totally screwed them up) and now it’s monday, and all the gel polish is chipping off! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a salon.. and WAY too pricey.

The only one in that facility that deserves any stars is Linda. I had the manager tell me I was wrong when I had my nails falling off two days after I had them done. Isn’t the first time that’s happened either. Went in to get them fixed and she didn’t do anything but file next to my cuticles. There’s holes underneath and expect for them to be falling off shortly.

Ive been loving this place for awhile now, sooo disappointed the price keeps going up, no advance notice, mani/pedi gets finished and bam! Your hit with the increase. Too bad I like the girl that does my mani/pedi, may have to shop for a less expensive place to go.

Needing a simple manicure I stopped into Studio Nails as a first time visitor. When doing my cuticles, the woman cut my one cuticle enough to make it bleed until I got home. I should have gotten up and left, however I gave her the benefit of a doubt and stayed. She kept trying to fix my cut and I told her several times to please leave it alone. During the polish part, the French manicure that I received was not precise and very sloppy. I am severely disappointed with the service I received. The cleanliness aspect of the salon was not satisfactory. As a Long Valley resident, I will not be returning and will be searching elsewhere for superior services. It is a shame that a simple easy manicure was not even satisfactory.

I have just gone 3 times so far. I have found them to be the best for my needs. Nicole does my gel nails and i love how she does them. Im a life long nail biter. I bite acryli s off. These nails are not coming off. They are on until i come back to have them redone. It was 55 for initial set and 45 if you use same color when redone. I am extremely pleased. They do use drills which some people dont like but my nails looked horrible chewed down so i dont mind them using drill. Pedicures are great with awesome massage and hot stones. Only 35 dollars.
