This was my first time coming to this location and they did not disappoint! My nails were previously damaged, not shaped properly and just all different lengths. When coming to pro nails and spa ll, they did an amazing job at correcting my nails and shaping them to perfection. I also came with a complicated design and color, and their team took the time to match the colors and recreate the design I wanted. This place is now my go to!Thank you!

I loved this place at first (I had a full set and 2 fills) but after my second fill, 3 nails broke within 6 days (only 2 pictured-I got one fixed and it broke again 3 days later). I got the first fixed but opted for a new salon once the next 2 broke. I have never had an acrylic nail break until now, and have had acrylics for years.

Please do not go here for a pedicure. My husband went for a spa pedicure and he left with a chunk of his toe missing. Kevin the owner is extremely rude, arrogant, unapologetic and thinks he walks on water. Refused to show me the license of the woman who did my husbands pedicure. Try to school me when I know the Board of Cosmetology laws in NJ. Using a metal cheese grater which is also illegal in NJ. My husband is on antibiotics because of the deep lacerations, had to miss work and cant barely walk. Unacceptable will def be calling the health department of Warren county and filing a complaint with the board. This is serious and can cause life threatening infections do not take it lightly

First time here. Unfortunately the tips of my toes are very sore and the paint on my nails is extremely messy. I would have done a better job.. Maybe the girl I had was new, but she needs A LOT of practice..

First time coming here since I live out of state and I absolutely love it!. Pricing is very affordable. I went for a fill. My nail tech was able to fix the shape of my nails from a previous salon. The color of my nails were absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would come back again.

The receptionist, Lindsey, I believe her name was helped me so much while picking out my colors. She smelled kind of bad but She was too nice for me to tell her. Had a great time overall. 5 stars!!!

Haven’t gotten an acrylic set in a while and wanted to try a new place so I gave them a call, they made me an appointment within the hour, and Alicia really took time and care on my nails. They’re my favorite set I’ve ever gotten. And the price was beyond fair, lower than was i was quoted at! I’m so impressed. Clean beautiful place. Highly recommend.

I have bad luck two months in row I randomly got tve same girl. She is terrible! She is rough and attention span is gone. The first experience was rough she sticks her thumbnail really hard I. Your foot to guide you in the direction she wants she clips skin instead of nail. A d is terrible at FrenchThe second time I got her thought maybe she had bad day the last time. But it was worse. She dug her nails I to me and cut both my big toes with a rolling drill machine. It hurts so much. I tried to tell her but she doesnt understand english. She ignores any reaction. The 2nd time she used a pi k polish that was obviously indirect was thick and blobby. I tried to tell her how horrible and she didnt care.The manager redid them with French as you see in picture.I dont think I will go back the service is not good anymore. They rush and dont give a good message, just trying to turnover the seat for next one

This was the first time I’ve visited Pro Nails & Spa II and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the process from start to finish!I called to get an appointment and was in 2 hours later on the same day for a color gel manicure & pedicure, along with my daughter (who was celebrating her 5th birthday by receiving her first “big-girl” manicure and pedicure). The women who took care of our nails were wonderful, especially when taking care of my daughter(!), the salon was very clean (you can smell the sanitizer-clean), spacious, a pleasant ambiance to match! The employees are kind and welcoming; I highly recommend this establishment and (my daughter and I) will return!Bonus: Technology! You are automatically entered in the system the first time you come; you’re able to quickly reschedule on the phone or online by using a portion of your phone number! I went there again yesterday and had wait a bit but it’s only because I called in last minutes and it’s Saturday (I usually go on weekdays to avoid crowds). I was so happy to be able to book Vivian again despite the last minute appointment. She did a great job as always on my gel manicure and the pedicure OMG was excellent! I love the leg & foot massage! So relaxing! the facility is always clean. I’m definitely going to be the frequent customer here!

This is the second time I had gone to this establishment with an appointment and waited more than 30 mins, which I wasn’t serviced. They were not accommodating and unfortunately I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone.

1st time using Pro Nails & Spa. I was greeted by Toni who was friendly and knowledgable on services and prices. She helped me choose a Spa pedicure using Volcano products. Nancy was my pedicure specialist she did a great job on my tired feet! She took the time to make sure they were looking good. The salon was neat and clean. My new go too.

It’s my second time going to this place and I love Blanca!!! She’s so nice and takes her time makes sure I leave happy.But I do gotta say I got my daughters nails done today with gel polish. And they already chipped off. :(

Went there for gel manicures. The last 2 times, I went to Blanca. DO NOT go to her. Both times, as she was trimming my cuticles, she CUT me in 3 different places! This is now 4 days later and one of those spots is still swollen and red, feels warm to the touch. Basically, she opened me up for infection.Been to another lady whose name I dont remember, she was fine. I called to complain since it happened twice. I got a text message with an apology but nothing else. No call back from the owner, nothing. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. That is not good business ethic. Ill pay the extra $5 and go to a nearby place which is fantastic. Pro nails, youve had your chance. Cannot afford the price of getting an infection in my finger. Ill pay the $35 elsewhere instead!

This place was great until the owner treated a friend of mine very poorly. The work is good but the attitudes are not.

My daughters been going here for a while and because Im immuno compromised Ive had to put it off. But, you can only wait so long to do your toes especially when you cant bend over anymore from a hip replacement. It was an amazing experience. Everybody was extremely nice the place was immaculate, everything in its place sterilized and everything that they use on you is straight out of a package for your individual use only. I left there higher than a kite. I hope to return soon once vaccinations are in place. I highly recommend to anyone. Alicia was amazing to me knowing my situation. Very gentle and made my feet look like I havent seen in over a year. Just go. Call them. You will not be disappointed

Terrible experience. Had an appt at 3, the secretary’s friends came in after me (also with 3:00 appts) and the secretary told the nail people that her friends were here before me. So they took them first. No one took me until 3:30. One lady started my nails and did a nice job, but passed me over to her “boss” halfway through. The “boss” was rude and rushed. He was juggling three clients at the same time and kept leaving me sitting there and waiting. He didn’t even respond to me when I talked and told me he couldn’t do the style of nails I wanted (meanwhile the secretary said they could). The boss didn’t even disinfect his hands or tools while jumping back and forth between clients. Super unorganized and tacky. I didn’t leave until 4:45. My nails are super thick and messy. I am super unhappy and will not ever return here.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This was hands down the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I waited almost an hour even though I had booked an appointment. I guess it was the owner who did my nails, he rushed the gel fill and my nails turned out HORRIBLE. My nails are crooked, they are not smooth whatsoever, and it looks like a 2 year old painted my nails. I am beyond disappointed. I really do not know how people return here to get their nails done. Horrific experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Its small, I hadnt noticed the place before. The service is fast, everything about the place is nice and quiet. What I liked was that there were no obnoxious fumes or smells like the other places Ive been to. I did the dip powder for the first time and it went smoothly and so far I like it!

Made an 9:30 am appointment(opening time ) got there at 9:30 with two other people, we all walked in together. They get asked if they had an appointment they said no, but they still took them- I had an appointment and had to wait till 9:50 to get started, I think they should prefer their appointments first! People got things to do that’s why we make appointments! Not fair to get serve last!

I decided to find a new nail salon when the one I went to originally, switched owners and was not the same. I was recommended by a friend to give Pro Nails and Spa II a try and was not disappointed! Ive gone consistently every 3 weeks for my gel fills and they always do an amazing job! Great prices, very clean and the girls are very nice and efficient! I brought my sister in for a manicure and pedicure, and she was impressed by how nice the salon and staff were. Will continue to do business with them!

This place is amazing! My girlfriend and I have been looking for a new salon to go to since we moved to this area. We’ve been to a few before finding this one. The service is absolutely incredible, the staff are very friendly and attentive, the place is clean and sanitary and the prices are great. I recommend this place to everyone.They also take measures to ensure the safety of customers and workers. They check temperature, keep 6 feet distancing and out barriers between chairs. Nothing is reused, everything is thrown out after it’s used. They take saggy very seriously.

Wanted to like this place . Got a full set. The nails were put on so sloppy, extremely thick, and very crooked. They also had bubbles in the nails. My fiancé was actually laughing at how bad they were. On top of it, they are very pricey . I had to go home and file down the thickness and and repaint them myself . Do not recommend

So I had an appointment at coco nails yesterday I normally look for nail salons with almost 5 stars just because I feel more secure about it but coco nails screwed up my appointment and wanted to charge me $70 for a basic acrylic nail set and to come the next day even though they screwed up anyways I walked out and called this nail salon with little hope I called this place and asked if they could take me right then and there, they said yes! Was a little nervous because as I said prior I like going to salons that are almost 5 stars after leaving here dont understand why they have the ratings they do, they did great on my nails! Careful they are so simple like I wanted but so beautiful and elegant I love this place ! One of the best experiences I have had no complaints if I figure out how to upload a picture of them I would but I am in love this place deserves 5 stars!

I moved to the area a few month’s ago from the Ny. Area... i was looking for a nail salon in this area, I’ve tried several only to be dissatisfied.. I came across pro nails and figured I’d give them a try.. Well I’m so glad i did! Iris did my manicure and pedicure, both were amazing. She is professional and personable and her skill is perfection!!The salon is clean and the staff very friendlyI finally found my spot!!!And they have right next door a spa... how cool is that! The spa also sells Awsome accessories!!!

The workers there are amazing. I NEVER have a problem with my nails they always look amazing when i leave there. I always have trouble on which color to get and i love that the girls there will help you pick out a color. All are very friendly. Kevin is running an amazing place!

I had my nails done yesterday for the first time. My nails are lifting on the edges and there is a lot of extra gel on the sides. It was a pink white gel manicure and I paid $65. I will be going to my salon which has now reopened to get this fixed. I do not recommend this salon.

Pro Nails is fantastic! This was my second visit. The first time I went I walked into it being very busy and they took me right in, barely had to wait. I have had Carmen both times and she is outstanding! Very attentive and gives an amazing foot massage during the pedicure. The place is always clean, fully staffed and very friendly!

Went to Pro Nails today. First time since quarantine! Salon was ready for business with no contact check in and plexiglass dividers between tech and customer. My temperature was taken when I entered everyone was wearing masks. I felt very comfortable with their new protocol. So glad they are back!

Very unprofessional I do not recommend this place at all. Spent 3 hours here and all I accomplished was a pedicure. Had an appointment for a full set with the owner and kept making wait and took clients who walked in after me. Attempted to do a gel mani with one of the other girls and the work was very poor. I made her take everything off and just said forget it. Plus she cut my cuticles pretty bad in a few places. Don’t waste your money or time here.

Made an appointment a day prior For 6pm with a 7pm close time, showed up 20 minutes early yesterday and the employees locked the door and killed the lights! I love it here, they always take me when I walk in whenever I find the time, and with a smile. Loraina (spelling??) is my favorite she does a beautiful job and takes her time. She always tries her best to give me what I’m looking for and does exactly what I ask as far as shape and all that! If I have a problem with the color chipping in the first day or so, I go back and they fix it no problem! I always leave happy!

When the salon first opened, I liked going there but as of late the owners are more interested in their cell phones than their customers. I find it quite rude for the manicurist to be constantly checking his or her phone while in the middle of doing my manicure! What is more important to your business...a paying customer or the latest text to come through your phone?? Lets just say that I will no longer go back there!

Had a very uncomfortable experience here. I went for the first time with a friend for a fill in and was greeted with an attitude from the one guy I’m assuming is Kevin?? Anyway, we both got girls who were super nice, however, never did acrylic fill ins. My fingers were bleeding and my polish is chipping off only days after. My friend’s nail fell off. While we were there they got two phone calls from women that just left saying that their nails completely popped off. So that made me super nervous. Never ever going back. Good luck to whoever steps foot in there.

My appointment was at 3 and they didn’t call me until 3:45. the service was so rushed. 2 different people did my nails. during the process they kept getting up and doing other people’s nails. the first day was texting while doing my nails. the one lady also cut my sister 2 pretty badly.

I have nothing but good things to say about this salon. Whenever Ive been a walk in Ive never had to wait too long and while waiting the receptionist was very accommodating. When I went bowling 2 of my nails came off and they re did them for me with no charge. Also Jessica gives an amazing pedicure. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

I absolutely love their pedicures but every single time I get a full set or fill I have problems not even 4 days later. The nail polish they use is cheap in my opinion and chips every single time. I didnt even have my nails done 2 days and they were lifting and chipped!

My nails fell off after 3 days. And Kevin refused to re do them. I specifically told him gel wouldnt last on me but he kept saying I have 18 years experience they wont fall off. and they did. He did give me my money back. I was kind of mad that he refused to do them again.

Walked in and was greeted politely took me right away . I had some guy start my nails put on my acrylics barely stuck he had to add more glue on top. My nails were cut crooked..then got someone else. Had 3 different nail techs.NONE knew what they were doing . I got my cuticles cut and bleeding. The girls were completly rude. Only one who had any idea what to do was the owner. Please hire new people who know what their doing !!probabley will not go back .expensive for a eh job..

Ive been going to Kevin for 18 yrs. Even when I lived in different states for a few years, I always made sure getting my nails done was part of the trip back home. Always reasonable, accomodating and professional. Never any problems or regrets You want your nails done right, go to him. You wont ever regret it. And to the individual (Joanne Ata) claiming theyre more interested in their cell phones than the person in front of them, I think THAT is a rude comment since I have always seen him interact with his children. Its important for his children to know he is just a text or phone call away. I completely understand this as I grew up with my parents owning a business as well, and my mom and dad picked up the phone ANY time my sister and I called. The customers never gave it a second thought as they also came to know us over the years. Its a shame how selfish people have become over the decades. I find it commendable that he is there for his children. No matter what. Its never taken away from him doing a great job.

After 2 hours of a mix of waiting and having my nails done, I was not pleased. My nails came out thick and lumpy and not even 2 weeks later, 2 have broken off and 1 is cracking and on the way.

I went there without an appointment and was able to get right in for a mani/pedi. Stefany did my nails and I am extremely happy with them. Very nice staff and welcoming atmosphere. I will be using this nail salon in the future.

I went here to take my 3 girls and myself for pedicures. The girl charged me $10 extra to remove my gel nail polish from my toes because I didnt want gel nail polish again in my toes. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. WHAT A RIP OFF SCAM.

If 0 stars were possible thats what I would give it because 1 star is a gift. I went in on Monday since I was off and my regular nail place was closed. The place was clean and I was taken right away (ok so thats where they earned 1 star). I get the dip powder. I chose my color which looked like a rose gold almost. The girl started with my nails and soaking off my previous color. So far so good. She started shaping my nails and fixed two that I broke. When she began to apply the layers the color looked off. She even mentioned they were changing colors. The tip of the nail was a very obvious color change. I wasnt thrilled but hoped theyd go to one color once my hands were dry. I went home and they did settle to one color, the color of the contents of a baby diaper. Upon further inspection (I should have checked while at the salon) 4 of my nails were either bumpy or had divots in them. On Wednesday I called and complained. The man on the phone told me to come right over theyd take care of me. So I went right away. There were 2 people working. One who spoke some English and one that spoke none. They had to translate my complaint, I guess the guy never told them. Neither were clear about what my issue was. So I showed the bumps and divots and pulled the book out and showed how the colors were not the same. Finally the one girl starts to file the top coat off with the dremel. First nail she hit my cutical and I cried out. She did it three more times. With that I stood up and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was gone for the day. Horrible experience. I walked out with my nails a wreck. They running a nail salon with people who are obviously not licensed. Meanwhile my cuticles are cut and I couldnt get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

As a Salon professional I get may nails done consistently every two weeks. I needed a place while in hackettstown and figured I’d give them a try. As I walked in place looked clean but service is horrible. I had a woman take me and not even cut my cuticles for a gel manicure so I asked her to cut them and she said to hold on and walked away after waiting ten minutes a guy had sat down and started to continue. I had my whole cuticle painted over with stuff under the nail polish and I asked him to fix it and he proceeded to say I won’t see it after it was sealed. Came out horrible. I was so unhappy I asked if someone could fix it but instead she just added another coat of polish which made it peel litterally two days later. With Thanksgiving on Wednesday I had to wait fo the weekend with them being closed so called Monday for them to fix the horrible gel manicure and they made me pay for it. I will never go back to this place again. Extremely unprofessional for nail techs who claim they have done Nails for years. Don’t even waste your time or money go across he street to Coco nails!

I went there today and I received a gel manicure. They were rushed and sloppy. When he was filing my nails they filed too much and cut me skin. Most definitely won’t be going there again.
