Jennifer is my favorite Nail Tech. She always does an amazing job. Facility is clean. They are busy so appointments are recommended but no required!

Original set was done 7-14. Came and got a fill in on 7-30. Spent $150 in the salon. The next day while opening a container when cooking my thumb broke and then my pinky broke sometime during the day, I don’t know when but it was broken when I looked down at my hand. This will happen when the nail tech doesn’t put enough acrylic on a coffin shaped nail. Came into the salon Monday when I got off work. Sat for 30 minutes after telling the owner what happened. She tells me my nails were old and I must hit them. Didn’t examine my hands at all immediately told me it was my fault and I had to pay for the fill in at a discount. After spending so much money in one day I would not give them another dollar especially when no apology was given or consideration for my Time and inconvenience. I asked her to take them off for me then since my nails were old or to take all the polish off and she would not do it unless I paid her. I will never come back here. A simple apology and not blaming the customer would have fixed the whole situation.

My daughter and I came here after a not so good experience at another place... le nails did a very good job! My nails turned out beautiful. Plus the energy in this place is very relaxing, they took their time, focused on us and was very friendly. Will be back.

They was really nice and did a good job with my own nails.

I was very upset by how filthy this shop appeared. The plastic barriers between the nail techs and customer were so dirty. All the trays and table tops with supplies were filled with nail and polish dust. The nail tech barely said anything to me. There was staff sitting around looking bored. I am sorry, but I will not be going back to this nail salon.

I went in close to closing and was going to get a manicure and a pedicure if they had time. The owner said “We will make time for you!” And they took very good care of me!!! The salon is beautiful and peaceful inside. They were so nice! I felt SO relaxed and fully enjoyed an amazing manicure and pedicure!!!

I will never go back here! I left after 3 HOURS with poorly shapped nails and no paint or art work because she messed so so bad. Then tried to paint over it to cover up the mistake causing wet paint to bubble up under the dry top layer. She then proceeded to remove all the paint, mostly, and still charge me $50. During the entire time that were talking about me in their language, pointing at me and my nails. Saying that i was the problem because i wanted a simple black tip that she couldnt even out for the life of her. By the time i left, i wasin tears for spending money and leaving with the bare minimum after being insulted, treated badly, disrespected and disregarded.

Went right before Easter to get nails done. He was rough as heck, hurting my nails several times, then toward the end he painted my entire nail this nasty glittery brown. Was never so disappointed in my life. But the worst was yet to come. After 2-3 weeks they were really hurting my fingers and they was not coming off. To make a long story short all 10 of my fingernails are split, broke off, down in the quick, my nails hurt right now I barely even have a nail at all. He ruined me. The guy with the big forehead.

I have been going here for a while. First tech I tried, I didn’t too much care for. The second time Ann did my nails and has been doing them every since. She’s sweet, professional, and takes her time to make sure your happy.

They ruined my natural nails by using dremil to remove polish. My nails were so thin even with gel polish they split and had to be repaired using what they use for tips. Now I have no nails to have a manicure. It will be at least 6 months before my nails start to mend and look. Decent

Do not recommend at all went to get a pedi and manicure. The lady literally took only 10mins on my pedi. Then when she was done with my nails the design I chose was off point. I asked to get them fixed and just to get a solid color since clearly designs wasn’t her forte they made me wait and started taking other customers. How unprofessional is this

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Had gel pedicure and manicure. Chipped after 3 days. Would only repair 1 fingernail not redo complete per my request as more nails were starting to chip. Now they won’t even repair any because it has been a week since original service. The gel has lasted 4-6 weeks for 6 years in Florida where I lived before. Horrible crooked salon and a poor excuse for a business. Being a Realtor I am used to customer service.

Thought it would be good because my friend goes, but she cut my cuticles three times where they bled. She also did gel nails on me, but they chipped within three days.

My friend and I came here for pedicures. This was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had and they didn’t even massage my feet and calves. I basically paid to have my feet washed with a tiny bit of lotion rubbed on and my toenails painted.

I came in for a pedicure and I am a regular. I had a lady I had not had before. She complained about my feet and she scrubbed my feet so hard to they bled. It has been 3 days since I had the pedicure and Im still having issues walking because my feet hurt so bad. On top of that my pedicure was $45 and I left in pain. I will no longer come here for service. Its going to take weeks for my feet to heal.

They take great care to make sure you get what your asking for. They are great with my daughter who is in a wheelchair and has problems moving her left side. Very accommodating.

This is an awesome, welcoming, & relaxing place to go get your nails done at!!!!! I have had 3 different people there do my nails and everyone of them are great at what they do!!!!! Also twice I have showed up close to closing they still took me in and did a wonderful job even though Ik they were ready to go home. Absolutely recommend this place!!!! THANKS YOU GUYS!!!!

Awful service!!!Purposely did the wrong pedicure just so they can upcharge! The nail tech kept acting like she didn’t understand what I was saying, then kept throwing different prices at me! I asked for a full set and she kept trying to give me manicure with just paint. In the end they charged me $61 for a pedicure that looks like it was done by my 3 year old brother!I will never go back! I can’t believe I literally just got ripped off! I tried talking to the manager but that didn’t go well either! She said they charged me $15 for the manicure anyway because the nail tech filed my nails down...

After being a loyal customer for years they lost my business yesterday.

My Mother took my Sister and myself after Christmas to get our nails done. This is my first time ever, the staff were nice but not up for conversation at all! My Sister was the last one to be called out of us three, and the first one to be done. The young lady rushed her way to get done, so my Sister had to get touched up by the young lady my Mother was at. But all in all it ended well and we were happy when we left! But if something does not look right or needs to be fixed...Let Them Know Before You Leave!!

Why do they always rush!!!!! 🙄🙄🙄 Not horrible for how fast she did them, but definitely not my favorite set bc she just couldn’t wait to be finished.

They didn’t show colors said it was 11$ didn’t do the wash and changed it to 21$

Definitely deserves 0 stars from me! I have went here MANY times to give them many chances and every time I REGRET it! They are the definition of RUDE. They never once smile, but always seem to make you feel uncomfortable and feel as if theyre talking about you the whole time! Laughter and conversation with their own people, never once ask how you are doing. I now treat them how they treat me! I am very rude and disrespectful because they treat me that way. Now today, I had a new girl and every one of my nails are a different shape and thats one thing that will PISS anyone off. Have me walking around looking stupid because you want to run your mouth the whole time not worried about my nails. And one last thing, HOW CAN I PICK MY COLOR IF MY HANDS ARE OCCUPIED BY THE PERSON DOING THEM. SO DONT ASK ME, BECAUSE HOW DID I HAVE ANY TIME TO CHOSE. Only 2 workers there are very nice and polite, but they do not do nails. Theyre always doing pedicures which I do not get often. POOR SERVICE not worth 40$ every visit.

My lady did not ask if I wanted dip for my nails or not and then she kept on hitting my actual finger when she was filing it down and the end result is that now I have bubbles in my gel nails that I did not want I wanted dip. If I could I would give them no stars but that isn’t an option.

I had a great experience the 1st time. This time some young girl must have been ready to go. If I do decide to go back she will not be the one to go to. I drove over an hour just to go to this one. I wish the guy who I had the 1st time was there. I just wanted to enjoy some me time but how when her attitude was so rude?

Don’t go when they are about to close. I paid $65 for gel polish and medium length nails that they consider long & $15 for toe polish. Definitely over priced for the work. Will not go back!!!

Awful, the tech chipped two of nails and refused to fix them, use the wrong dip color on my nails. also my manicure was not done correctly, no soap in my water, my toenails were not cleaned and i did not get my 10 min massage, that i was charged for . will never go back . the worst nail salon ive ever been to

I came in on 8-7-2020 The nail tech asked what service was I getting I told her a fill in overlay with acrylic with clear polish so I sat down she started on my nails asked me if I wanted gel and what color keep in mind Ive already told her what I wanted.. So I told her again she asks me if I want my nails cut down I told her that was fine so she started working on my nails she told me it would cost $30 I asked her why?? I just got my first overlay 2 wks ago and was charged $28 keep in mind im getting a fill in .. Good customer service intels good communication and listening to the customer since it was a price discrepancy it wouldve been nice to see a price list I ended up paying $25 I wont be back.. It cost less to get fake nails then a overlay even the fill in for fake nails are cheaper doesnt make sense

The service here is horrible and my girlfriend waited 2 or 3 months the get acrylic nails done because she loves them and she looks good with them but everytime the do them they end up causing her a lot of pain and doing a bad job of removing them and the most recent time she went they did an awful horrible job and since she got them done she has been wanting them removed but every time they do it they do a bad job and she is in a lot of pain during and after the process and she is removing them herself and they were talking about her in another and being very rude because they think everyone is perfect but no one is and we will never go here again I hope they go out of business and go bankrupt and everyone losses their job and cant do it ever again

I go with my girlfriend to hang out with her while she gets her nails done. Very clean place and very helpful. Nancy always does a great job and is really nice every time we are there. Very busy place. You can make an appointment or just walk in.

Was not concerned if i was comfortable r happy. Close to closing time they were ready to go and rushing they didnt do a good job, i needed a pedi 3 days later. Minimal scrapping of dead skin, 0 to no massages.

I went here with my coworker to get my nails done for my wedding. When I say they goofed, I mean they MESSED my nails up. I spent $50 to get them done only to go home and fix them myself. I felt terrible for my coworker, who’s nails looked like blue blobs because the nail tech didn’t ask either one of us what length we wanted, they just cut them short and laughed when I got upset. It was also an issue to ask to be seated next to each other... I feel like they messed up my nails on purpose. I decided to give them a try again after the last time I went. I regret making that decision and wish I took my services somewhere else!

I would not recommend going here to get acrylic nails!!! I went there on Friday and got my old nails removed and a new set put on. The woman that did it could barely speak English so it was hard to tell her what I wanted. I asked for French tips with cotton candy on them. She made my thumb bleed while removing the old nail. After I left I realized that the nails didnt look very good and a couple had bubbles in them. So I went back the next day and told the manager. He had a different woman work on them. The woman that had put them on came up there and they preceeded to carry on a conversation in their language and Im pretty sure they were talking bad about me. When she went to put the cotton candy on she was like are you sure this is what you want? She implied that I had asked the other woman for something different and then changed my mind. She did fix them and they didnt charge me but they acted like I was a pain to them. Then two days later, one of my nails came off and I didnt do anything that should have caused that (I dont think ). So I went back to get it fixed. I asked the woman how much to fix it and she said no charge because I had just been there two days before that. So a guy came up and fixed it. He did fine but as usual there (with the exception one one guy there that does pedicures), he was unfriendly and they talked a lot in their language while he was doing it. After he finished, he said it would be $5.00. I told him that the woman said she wouldnt charge me and he said, you broke it! So I paid the money and walked out. I have been there several times and there is a nice guy named Andrew that does pedicures and he can actually communicate with you but I do not plan on going back for fingernails!!! Then 3 days after I got the nail put back on it bubbled up under the polish. Im not bothering to go back to get it fixed though because they would probably just charge me more money. My nails only lasted about a week and a half

Nancy is amazing. Shes the ONLY one that does all my services here. She always does a great job. But just now found out that Nancy doesnt work here anymore. Does anyone know where she works now? I need to know asap.

I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but after seeing Nancys name mentioned a few times I decided to call ahead and make an appointment with her. She is very friendly, does exactly what you ask and does a great job at that! Will definitely make appointments with her going forward!

I’m never going back. My grandfather has dementia(you think like a kid). My grandmother told the women not to paint his nails and she did anyways and laughed at him. Not only that a few days later my nails popped of while bleeding. I’m never going back.

I am normally satisfied with the quality of the services here but I do not appreciate it when the employees try to trick you into paying more. But you get that at all salons. And its difficult to communicate with them what I want when they do not speak very much English. But as long as you are assertive enough to ask the right questions and get your point across, the pedicures are a great experience.

If I could have posted this review with 0 stars I definitely would have!! Horrible attitudes, subpar work, rushed service. Nobody speaks clear English until they are asked to fix a problem or they ask you to pay half way through your service!! There are so many other salons in Greer!! Dont waste your time or money here!

They say they are giving you gel nails when they are giving you acrylics. I ask for gel and paid gel price but I got the acrylics powder instead of gel. They have GEL written on the acrylic container which is not deceptive but flat out lying to customers. My nails don’t even look good at all after paying 50$. Not only that but my nail tech talked in a different language laughing with another nail tech the whole time making me feel uncomfortable.

This was my First, and last visit. I paid $26. +tip. I think my 15 y/o teenage boy maybe had done a better work. The lady was very nice but the pedicure was so wrong done. Unhappy customer.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now and I love it. The shop is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Nancy has done my nails many times and in my opinion she is one of the best techs there. I have had no major problems since I began going to Le Nails.

I will never be back.. Not only did i pay an arm an a leg to have my nails and toes done i am not happy with the end result. The lady tore my cuticles to pieces and the manicure looked like junk. The color i picked was a light pink and instead i got white... I wouldnt have been so mad about the price if the work was good, but it was not. at all. This place is NOT worth the price you pay. Im sure you could get a beautiful manicure done by professional in New York City for the same price this junk manicure cost me.

My old lady got her nails and eyebrows done here. Her nails were not up to par. Shes always got her nails done here but this isnt the first time the nails didnt last or look good. We brought our little girls in to get their nails painted for the first time and they were coming off and melting off before the night was over. Pretty ridiculous. Will be looking for another nail salon.

Im extremely disappointed in Le Nails and Spa today. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. Today however they decided to rip me off for $7... I got a fill in of my short nails with acrylic and there was no repair to any of my nails. The charge should have been $15. I also paid for my for my daughter to get a full set (very short) regular polish which should be a charge of $23. Thats only a total of $35 for the both of us. The nail tech purposely over charged us both. Not to mention I always tip my nail tech. This nail salon is over charging their clients. I do not recommend this nail salon any longer. Why would they risk losing a customer of 10 years for $7? Because they are greedy thats why and I will never let them have my business again.LeNails of Greer, SC is bad business!!!

Ive been going to this nail spa for years, Im always pleased with there work, I got my eyelashes done last week and have received so many compliments not one of my lashes came out so far.

I have always went here but the last few times they were very unprofessional and did a very bad job. I had my nails filled today and they are awful good thing I can fix it myself. My nails were jagged and are very rough it is suppose to be smooth everywhere. It sad I tipped the last time before I noticed the problems well I watched everything she did today she skipped things I had to stop her from painting them so she could fix a nail she just completely skipped and another that she just left jagged. If I wanted my nails to look like I did them myself I would have done them myself. So I will be going elsewhere from now on.

The absolute worst nail salon i have ever visited.please do not waste your time considering getting service the prices are higher than others and the store owners walk around as if they are the only nail place in the area without competion.. Trust and believe there are others and with your treatment to customers your buisness wont last

I got a full set pedicure few days later broke one went back for 1 nail the girl didnt even look at my others before cutting the new nail needless to say it looks horrible and is way too short. She will not be touching my nails again

Experience awful from start to finish, lady was so rude, to the extent another employee saw my face and said something to her, heres the sad humiliating part, I have MS and cant move my ankles or toes. She kept fussing until I cried! I have never been more humiliated in my life! Left in tears! Cant really help my disability didnt work for her

Honestly one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I asked for the deluxe pedicure and what I got was a basic pedicure that was less than 15 min. The lady I had kept cutting into my cuticles and paid me no attention as I was saying ouch that hurts. She didnt spend any time scrubbing my feet, I got no foot massage and my nails were cut crooked in the end! I absolutely hated it. I will never go there again!

They are missing the Hospitality Component..I.e. That offer drinks to include wine, chardonnay, merlot, coffee bar; & less crowding & speaking over patrons etc.......Angela is who you should ask for
