I had a deep tissue massage tonight. Maggie was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing. The whole appointment was nothing, but laughs and relaxing. She is so friendly and very good at her job. I would recommend her to anyone.

What a wonderful experience I had at MG’s Grand Day Spa. The staff is so nice and professional. I was getting a facial and a massage, so they were kind enough to have me do all my treatments in one room. The massage table was so comfortable that it felt like a bed. It was also heated. Maggie was an excellent massage therapist. Her technique made it very easy to relax. The treatment room was beautiful and had speakers in the ceiling playing relaxing music. I couldn’t even hear the bad storm that was going on outside. Highly recommend this Day Spa. Only thing I missed was having a locker & a robe & slippers to be able to lounge around in, but maybe those things are not currently being used because of Covid.

I just had my first hair appointment at MGs Grand Day Spa. I am new to the area and had not found a place that I felt was following protocol with Covid. I read their statement on Website what guidelines they are following, plus were voted best in the Upstate, so I decided to go with them.Danielle was so nice and particular with cutting my hair since was first visit. I love how she cut my hair. She did exactly as I requested. Alreadyhave another appointment. And will use some of their other services as well in future.In conclusion, I highly recommend this Spa as it was very clean, placedclean sheet on chair in waiting room for you to sit on, cleaned your creditcard after use, I could go on and on.5 stars!

My son gave me a gift for Mothers Day to get a luxury mani pedi, facial and massage. I had been in lockdown for months so was very excited to get some spa time. The spa is very upscale, very clean and all the employees were keeping to the guidelines. As I had been vaccinated nail tech was kind enough to give me the option to wear a mask. I got lots of pampering and Tasha really took her time. My massage was great and wished I had booked extra time with Bradley. I came away very relaxed. I will definitely go back!

I am in town for the day and wanted to have a spa manicure. My hands and nails were in truly terrible condition due to previous services at another spa in my home city and the amount of hand washing that I do. Camielle was so professional and did a great job with my treatment. I had the Caviar & Pearl Hand Treatment/Manicure and it was completely worth it! If I lived here I would be a repeat customer for sure! Thank you Camielle for the way you answered all of my questions and explained what you were doing. I appreciated it!

I was having an issue with purchasing and printing a gift certificate for my mom. I was in Michigan and she is on S. Carolina. The owner called me from his personal phone and walked me through it. He even sent me a pdf. File so that I could print it off. They went over and above.

Favorite spa in Greenville. Super clean and relaxing. My only critique is that my appointment has never started on time (I have been there 10-12 times over the years). Usually it’s just 5 minutes, but has been up to 15. They provided delicious drinks, so has never bothered me too much! The staff seems to come and go, so I don’t have a go-to person, but have always been a fan of all of them!

LOVE coming here. My husband got me a spa package for my birthday. It included a manicure, pedicure, 30 minute massage and a 30 minute facial. Camielle (nail tech), Margaret (massage therapist) and Katie (esthetician) were all SO wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. The woman at the front desk (I forget her name!) was also very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back!

I loved the care that Patricia offered. Each service was exceptional. Loved how smooth she transitioned from one section to the next...seamless. The piece de resistance was when a hot towel was carefully applied and removed...awesome!! I highly recommend this day spa and Patricia for swedish massage and facial!!

This is honestly the best salon and spa I have ever been too! They take such pride of their facility and always make sure that their clients are taken care of. As a mom, its nice to have a place like this to go and just be able to relax for a few minutes!! I visited the first time with my best friend for a pedicure and we had the best time! I bought gift certificates from MG Grand Day Spa in Greer over Black Friday and Cyber Monday. I did see an unusual footnote something like”....the gift certificate purchased can not purchase certain products and tips...”on Black Friday web site but not on Cyber Monday site. The footnote was not specific enough for the customers buying the gift certificates to understand this kind of UNHEARD restriction. This afternoon I went to MG Grand Day Spa and try to purchase a holiday gift package. I was rejected to use the gift certificates I purchased over Black Friday and Cyber Monday.BE ALERT!!

Got a facial today from Katie and she is AMAZING. Was running a few minutes late due to traffic and it was not a problem. She was ready when I arrived 2-3 minutes late :) The facial felt so wonderful and relaxing and included massage to my temples, shoulders, upper back and FEET! I could not believe it. She is such a beautiful soul and I am about to log off now and book my next appointment.

Facility was really nice and the staff really really took care of us well. We had massages and they experience was so delightful that we went back two days later for another couples massage. The welcoming staff was delightful and helpful in determining the right package for us. The massage therapist were amazing. Maya and Michelle were their names. The facilities were very clean and very organized. Having our names in the lockers was an excellent touch also. We will most definitely be returning guest.

The best spa experiences Ive ever had! Very professional (but not snooty) staff, and VERY talented in the different areas of expertise one needs to possess for happy return clients. Ive had massages and a facial done, and from the desk check-in to the other services who are moving from one area to another in the establishment, everyone is calm, friendly, and truly gives the best service one could ask for at a spa. I have been going for years, and have never had a bad experience.

Pretty good experience. Clean, neat and quaint. Two things: 1) I would recommend this place if you simply want to get in, receive a particular service, and get out. I am more of a hang out at a spa all day and be lazy type of person. This is not that type of facility (no saunas, hot tubs, etc.). 2) I am very pleased with the outcome of my body wrap! -- smooth, tingly skin. I must caution, however. Do not get the body wrap if youre used to laying still and being rubbed for 60-90 mins. You will have to run in the shower mid-service to wash off the treatment. And I mean run quickly, cause its cold!

Ronda Muxlow is the best hair stylist I have ever had. I have challenging hair and she never fails to work her magic and make it look beautiful. Her cut and color techniques are worth their weight in gold. I highly recommend her to you!!

I can’t say enough good things about this spa. I’ve had facials, massages, pedicures, salt scrubs, hydrotherapy bath, nail treatments, hair and makeup applications and they were all fantastic. Manisay, Maggie and Dariia are amazing. I go back at least 2 times a year and have never been disappointed. It’s clean, the staff is educated and kind and the atmosphere is a delight.

I have been multiple times and was generally really happy with my experience. However, at my last experience, I book a 90 minute massage and did not receive it. They did allow me to pay for the time I did get instead of the full time, but they blamed it in the clocks in the room. I would have appreciated honesty rather than excuses.

So Im not from here and it was my girlfriend Birthday Jessica helped me out and set me up with a great idea me and my girlfriend had a 60 min messages each in which we both feel asleep on my gf said she might of been snoring it felt so good, once we walked out they had a table set for a dinner for two which I had picked our appetizers and entreee items a week prior they had rose pedals, candles, balloons, wine, mimosas the whole nine the ambiance it was so beautiful my gf was fighting her tears back, the smile on her face was permanent for the rest of the day she loved it the staff and everybody went above and beyond they were so nice. We will be coming back and trying out their body wraps it wasnt a arm and a leg and you will have a good time it was worth every penny

I went here to get my hair done by Kristin. She is amazing. I have been driving 40 mins to have her do my hair for almost 3years now and she never disappoints. Always explaining what she is doin and why. She is very professional and great At anything that has to do with hair. The facility is also very clean and nice. The owner is super sweet!! MG Grand Spa took care of all of my bridesmaids, myself and my mother on my wedding day. I received a facial the day of the wedding which was a much needed break from the wedding stress and allowed me to unwind, my skinned glowed afterwards! I took care to choose my dress, jewelry, veil etc and the staff at MG Grand Spa made everything come together with the makeup and hair. I honestly can say I couldnt have been happier with the way I looked on my wedding day. My girls looked amazing and my mom never looked more beautiful. I have returned for massage, wax services and facial again since. Everytime I do I cant wait to go back. The staff is professional, the spa is beautiful and they are fantastic at what they do. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a bride for her wedding day or for anyone who wants to find a relaxing spa. This place is one of a kind in Greenville and I cant wait to visit again to experience more of their services.
