I hope your car doesnt go there when it gets towed. Dont let cops have your car towed there if you get in an accident. These people are in the business to take your vehicle.

Was in a bad accident. Rushed to the hospital. No chance to get belongings. Next day, they wanted to charge over $350 for 1 night. I said hell no keep the car. Let me get my belongings… they claim I had to pay first. I refused. Scammers and thieves.

My insurance dispatched them for a locksmith and after telling me it would take an hour to get here it took them 2 hours. I had to call them several times to follow up just for them to be rude to me over the phone because I kept having to follow up with them as if it was my fault that they were late. Apparently they only have ONE driver. Very unprofessional and unreliable and I do not recommend this company. If your insurance requests this company for you kindly tell them to request a different company.

Geico dispatched Roadway Towing to assist us with roadside assistance at 13:07.At 14:26 we received a text from this company stating Service followup question and a link. The link then said Your service is complete.So then I call Roadway Towing to tell them our service was not complete and no one has shown up, and am told they do not have our vehicle on their list to be serviced and told me I need to call Geico. This tells me they are lying to me because I didnt mention that Geico had contracted them to assist us at that point.We call Geico, they reach out to Roadway Towing, and am told Roadway Towing will not service our area, and they never notified Geico of this. Just cancelled us over an hour later, when it was time for them to arrive.Thanks for letting us know Roadway Towing, you could have told us from the beginning so we are not still waiting for roadside service and having to start all over again!

I used my insurance to get a tow company for my car. The address I put turns out to not be able to do services my car needed. Theyve help me get to a better place for further assistance. Im so grateful. All I could think to do to show that is write this review.

People need to learn proper education and respect when someone needs info. This company has kindergarten level of education

I’m in homestead visiting from Va and my rental car locked itself WITH my 1 year old in the car!!! I called the rental company (Budget) and it was a 2 hour wait going through them! I called Roadway Towing and within 15 mins my car was unlocked and I was able to get to my child....and before any douchebags comment on why I didn’t break my own window out to get to her, she was asleep in her car seat under the shade with the AC on full blast! Thank you for the kindness and getting my car unlocked as fast as you did!! 5 stars. Polite, understanding and prompt service. Thank you from Virginia.

This man didnt give me the option to take my vehicle home and was charging a ridiculous amount just to drop my vehicle. After the man basically took my car to a yard with keys and belongings in it, very rude and unprofessional..

Total robbery! This company has no compassion for people in need. Charged me 390.00 after canceling my call only 2 minutes after giving my payment info. I begged to please cut me a break. The original total bill was gonna be 585 for the actual service. They did not give me any kind of service except talk to me on the phone and take my information and charged me 390.00. I will never give these people my business again and you shouldnt either.

The people were very kind in assisting us in locating our vehicle that had been towed thank you so much for your help.

They took my car and pound it and within 8 days they tried to charge me 1280 to get my car

THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! They charged me twice because they towed to their yard my Pickup Truck with my husband’s trailer attached. $358 each for approximately 9 miles from the scene of the accident to their yard. They wanted to charge me twice again for the cleaning of the street($358) and $52 dollars each for the miles?! They told my husband they were open 24/7 even though you can’t go to pick up your car after 6 like we did the same day. I had to call the police to make them give me the vehicle and the trailer even AFTER i pay them a total of $1204 for LESS THAN 24 HOURS, just because we had the dispute for the price so they would not give me my property because they were mad?! I’m filling a Better Business Bureau complain against this place, it needs to get shutdown.

Towed away my car due to me loaning it to a friend who had a suspended license which i didnt know about.Called to find out how much and the requirement2 to get it out.They refused to give me any info at all not even the price which is against the law.Any issues with this company please call dade county consumer department they regulate tow trucks in south florida.Calling bbb will not get you results only the consumer dept. Will they can be fined and lose their towing license

I have roadway 1 star but they get 0 they tell you your trailer and truck need to be under same company and owner name I showed both truck and trailer have same owner name they tried to say 2 trucks towed my equipment so they can charge me double by Florida Turnpike law it is not illegal for a tow truck to tow both truck and trailer together so they have no excuse to tow seperate only to charge you double I threatened to take legal action and they only charged for truck calling Tallahassee and bbb to stop the robery. Very unprofessional staff that should say the truth from the beginning instead of making you come three days in a row. Liars and thieves.....SCAMMERS!!

If you want to get screwed by a Tow CompanyRoadway Towing is the one.MDPD should get commission for towing your car by them once you get involved in an accident.My car was there for only one damn night and they handed me a bill of damn $300+ Dollars.If I could give them negative or Minus 1 star review I would do that.Please SAY “NO” to Roadway Towing.They do Robbery in towing.
