First time here and it most likely will be my last. I got a set of acrylic nails and I saw that they were uneven and crooked after I was done. The process itself was often rough and occasionally painful which was the exact opposite from the other place I got my nails done. Not to mention possible health risks due to COVID as there was a nail tech who kept coughing loudly and frequently. I just didnt feel all that welcomed or comfortable. Only upside is that the color itself on my nails was applied well and is very vibrant.

I came here with a friend and we were trying to acrylics and pedicures. We made the appointment to get saying that we wanted both. First they all seemed confused and thought that we were only getting pedicures but when we made the appointment we did say acrylics. I’m a guy and yes I also wanted acrylics but the woman and men that worked there seemed really uncomfortable about doing acrylics on me and kept saying “just manicure.” I honestly just don’t understand why in 2021 it’s still a problem for men to have there nails painted or for men that have acrylics. The manager specially said to my friend when I left because I was uncomfortable that’s “men don’t do men’s nails.”

Amazing pedicure. Spent quality time on massage and the service was excellent.

I called them on the spur of the moment just short of July 4th. She said sure, come on now. Andy was my nail tech. He did a great job. Took his time and my nails looked wonderful and a good price too! The salon was so very clean and HIS RADIO was the music! So very soothing, just a very good place! I would definitely recommend 😘❤️

I love this place! Techs are pleasant and their attention to detail is wonderful. Prices are reasonable. They take walk-in or appointments. Friday and Saturday tend to be busy, but Tuesday thru Thursday not so much. Ive been coming here for a couple years now and theyve earned my loyalty.

Don’t go here :( My mom and I had been going here for awhile and given them the benefit of the doubt (wait time etc) because we really like Andy. However, we made an appointment early in the week for 10 today (Saturday) for 2 gel manicures. After 30 minutes, they finally started my moms nails but after an hour I still had not gotten my nails done or even acknowledged by the other techs. At this point, they realized my frustration and ONLY then did they even try to provide any sort of customer service. I was never rude but they did not even seem to care that they were going to lose two customers now and in the future. This place is POORLY MANAGED and I would not go here, go somewhere else even if it is a bit more - you will get better customer service and less frustration.

That is the only place i go for a pedicure. They always do a fabulous job!

I was very happy here, but after going a few times they started to rush. I made an appointment for my husband, for a pedicure. He showed up right at his appointment time and 25 minutes later they still had not taken him, so he left. If only they realized if they take care of repeat customers they will keep coming. They just lost two customers, we will not be back.

I love the tech that I go to. The only issue I have is the hours. Dont post that you open at 9:00am when nobody is there at 9:15!

I have been going to Michael and Kim for 20 years even followed them from Spartanburg when they were working in another nail salon. I love these two they do the best job I have ever had on both nails and toes. Sweet family and always work very hard to please you. Cant beat the prices.

Very long wait to be seen, I got a gel polish manicure and he cut too deeply multiple times and had me bleeding... It wasnt very clean. My fiancé had a pedicure and she cut too deeply on his big toenail causing pain for two weeks afterward. The whole place reeks of chemicals and was overwhelming to be in. Overall they did an okay job but I wont be going back due to being cut multiple times.

Bought a gift certificate for my wife, theyre always friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience there! They are very friendly and did an excellent job on my eyebrows and nails. I will definitley go back and bring a friend!

I waited over an hour to get just my nails painted. They werent very friendly and after only 2 hour the paint is already chipping. I felt really rushed. I will never be back. Should have stuck to my normal nail salon.

My mom and I have been going here for 7 years. Kim is our technician and she is great.

My daughter and I went in and had an ok experience, nothing to brag about. Paid with credit card and left. The next day my bank statement had a different amount than what I had signed for. Went back up there and they said they had forgotten to charge for a service so the changed the price.After explaining to them that that was their fault and it was a criminal offense to change a credit card transaction after the customer has sign and left and requesting my money back, they gave me the run around. Took me two hours to get my $25 refund. And I had to threaten to call the police if they wouldn’t comply. #dontmesswithmyfundsWill never return. I urge you to use cash only if you desire to patron here.

I love this place! always do a great job and have great prices. only complaint is that they can be a little slow sometimes. I wait to go until I have an afternoon with nothing else to do in case it takes a while. one time it took 3 hours for a mani pedi, but they were super busy and I came in late in the day. I had another time where they started over because it didnt come out just right the first time. They take pride in doing good work and their prices are the best I have found for the area. They are also doing a loyalty card where you get $5 off every 5th visit.

Apparently appointments don’t matter here. Called to make an appointment on 2 accounts and have had to wait, one time over 30 mins. They don’t even pretend to care as if my time isn’t valuable. Will never go or call again.

Waited a while for pedicure and then the man who did my pedicure rushed through it.the lady that did my daughters toenails put too much polish that wasnt dry after an hour and rubbed off immediately.i wont return to this shop.

Today was my first time going & I was not impress. I was waiting for 20 minutes to get my eyebrows wax. Other salons, I wouldn’t wait no more than 2 minutes to get my eyebrows wax. At the end, didn’t get my eyebrows done, cause it was close to closing.
