I came to Rose Nails for a manicure four years ago and I haven’t been to another nail salon since. They offer fast, professional, and friendly service every single time. Rose and her girls truly care about their customers and make it a point to remember the details we talk about during our visits. The salon is clean and they sanitize carefully after every customer. I recommend making an appointment ahead of time because they get busy. No wonder, though, since they’re the best nail salon in Greer!

I have been going to Rose Nail for well over a year and get my nails done consistently every two weeks. From the very first time I got my nails done here they have always been extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I am rough on my hands and my nails ever since starting to go to Rose Nail have not cracked or even chipped. I also get trendy designs each time and they have been able to artistically do what I have requested every single time. You absolutely will not find a better nail salon in Greer.

Walked in to this nail salon. I was immediately stereotyped and mishandled. They couldn’t do the dip Design that I asked for. They placed my hands in a filthy bowl of acetone to soak off my old dip. Left me there with no interaction. Put everyone who walked in the door ahead of me. After soaking for 25mins with no interaction, I WALKED OUT! Nobody tried to stop me. Poor customer service!

BEST nail salon. I have been going to Rose nails for 25+ years. I have watched her children grow up to wonderful young women. They are absolutely fantastic. Always friendly and very professional. Very clean salon. I always fell so welcome when I enter the salon. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a hello. Always enjoy getting my nails done. They are like my family ❤️❤️

I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now, I am very picky when it comes to my nails and have never had any issues. The staff is also very kind and when you make an appointment, they’re punctual. They do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. I’ve never been a walk in customer here because you never know how busy a nail salon can be and I like to be in and out so I make an appointment.If you are a walk in customer kind of person, be patient and you will not regret it, they do an awesome job!

I highly recommend Rose Nails. I am VERY particular about my nails, and I have had them done at a bunch of different nail salons. Rose Nails is the absolute best out of all of them! Roses professionalism, attention to detail, and meticulousness is second to none. I can count on Rose Nails to do a wonderful job every time. In addition to doing a great job with my nails, Rose herself is a warm and friendly person who will make you feel right at home. Hers is a family-owned business, and her daughters also work in her salon, all of whom also do a wonderful job. I cant recommend her highly enough!

A customer gave us a 2 star rating claiming her nails fell off a day later… when she just got them done today (8/13/2021)? Acrylics do not fall off six hours later so I’m a little confused as to why you said they fell off already. I’m not sure why you felt the need to lie and said I was rude when I was trying my best to be friendly to you. Additionally, I’m confused on what you meant by you had to wait 45minutes? I shortened my lunch break to do your toes, so that they could dry to put your shoes on after your nails. But according to you that was rude of me to do so, next time if there’s an issue about wait time, consider making an appointment. If there was something you weren’t satisfied with you should have stated it before you left instead of lying about what happened and leaving a poor review. Have a great day Ky.

They were very rude and super unprofessional, i didn’t get the nails i wanted he rushed them and two fell off a day later. the girl who did my toes did very good but very rude. i will never go back to them, they were very unclean and made me wait 45 min just to paint my toes.

I have been going to Rose Nails for years now. It is by far the BEST nail salon in town! I love how they don’t make me feel like just another customer like all other salons. They know my name, take their time with you, and always do the best work! An, Alena, and Rose are the best!

Ladies be careful I do not recommend this place at all, first they started with a price for me and the Nails where to my daughter then they tried to charge to her more money so I have to call them and ask them to explain me why, then they said they are going to keep the same price they told me first, then the acrylic nails were a mess completely a mess...then the gel color my daughter picked wasn’t the one they use and they didn’t want to fix it....also they man and the lady in charge were really rude, so I won’t use this place anymore....We went to Lily’s nails just half a mile ahead and they fixed and did A great job. So Lily’s nails is the place you want to go DO NOT VISIT ROSE NAILS worst place ever

I made an appointment before I went but it did not matter. The woman who did my nails was in such a rush she had me done in 30 minutes. I had no fingernails when I went in so she applied acrylic nails and polish. Horrible job. Half hour and $55 poorer...the picture was taken the same day! Do not use this establishment.

So, I called and asked if they accepted walk-ins, and they said it depends on how busy they are (totally understandable!). I came in, and I was telling one of the ladies what I wanted (new set of ACRYLIC nails, ALL BLACK besides the RING FINGER, and i wanted the ring finger orange, to have simple Halloween looking nails. Well, she traded me off to a different lady, and i tried telling her the same thing. She asked if I wanted gel or dip powder, I said dip.She never used acrylic, she put some white looking powder on first, then put the black ONLY on my ring fingers, which isnt what I asked for, then the orange. I didnt stop her because I thought it would still look cute having the orange and black. She didnt trim my nails down, and decided to only use my ACTUAL nails, when I asked for ACRYLIC! After the color podwer dried on my nails, she had me wash my hands (which I thought was weird because usually, at other places at least, they would have me wash my hands at the end.) So I thought I was done. A different lady had to tell me that she still was wanting to put a top coat on. So I was like oh okay! Well, half way through the top coating process, the lady who was doing my nails was trying to get me to pay. I went ahead and did, but thought it was weird that she didnt wait until I was fully finished. She then put a couple more top coats, filed my nails, etc. At the end she told me to wait 5 minutes. She went to the back, grabbed her things, and then quickly left. Maybe it was her time to get off? But she never told me if I was good to go or not. My left hand nails are ROUGH on the surface, and at least 3 of my nails look bubbly at the top. To me, overall everything was unprofessional, and I definitely didnt get anything I asked for. It wasnt work $48.

Rose is THE BEST. I have never come to anyone consistently until I found Rose, and now I won’t go anywhere else. She is professional, kind, and accommodating. My nails always look great, and she always makes sure that I’m happy with what I’m getting. I’m thankful that I’ve found such a great place and great people!

Very nice people but couldn’t do the SIMPLE design I wanted so I settled for what he could do... which turned out terrible. Very sloppy, could see through the polish and the acrylic was on my skin. Will not be going back unfortunately

Amazing staff everytime I have gone, I don’t know why I haven’t gone here the last 9 years! They do exactly what you ask for and are NICE unlike other nail salons I’ve been to. I use to go to Le Nail in Greer but Rose Nails put that salon to the ground. I’m very happy Everytime I leave. I got a new nail design today a ombré blue with white for my daughter birthday party (Frozen) and she did an amazing job like always! I would post a pic if I new how to, they are gorgeous. This is a amazing place to get your nails done, you will never go anywhere else once you experience how genuine, and nice the ladies are in here.

I have been going to Rose Nails for years and I have always been extremely pleased with their services. I was present when this customer, Alejandra Escoto, who gave their business a one star rating. The customer was rude, screaming, and very inappropriate. The owner, Rose, offered to fix this customer’s problem, to which this customer began screaming that she did not have time (but according to her review she had time to go elsewhere.) Rose was nothing but professional when this lady was berating her outside on the front sidewalk. The entire staff here has offered me services to which I have always been pleased. Rose Nails is nothing less than a 5 star facility and I recommend them to everyone.

I went to Roses Nails today for my first pedicure. They were busy and I had to wait, but it was well worth it. Rose daughter did my pedi and she was awesome. She was so nice and friendly. And Rose herself kept apologizing for the wait. I will be back. Im hooked now

The same day my wife had her nails done with gel polish it started peeling off like it is kid polish, it dyed her fingers, our towel, sheets, wash cloth, and tub.. All of those it wont come off of, but wont stay on your fingernails.

I always went here to get my nails done and the man always did an excellent job. I went on Saturday before Christmas to get my nails done and they looked horrible, somebody else attended me and I was not satisfied at all. My nails looked thick and not squared at all, I went back so the lady who did them can fix them on Monday (Christmas Eve) only thing she did was put another layer of nail polish on top.

They are great at what they do. But when i came here the first time ever i payed 35$ to get my nails taken off and redone well he took them off and cut a hole in my real nail that didnt heal for over 3 months... He didnt even offer to come back for free or half price nothing.. He said come back when it heals to get that nail redone..

I have came in to get my nails done and left highly disappointed. To begin with I asked the lady to do my nails oval and she didn’t even care to make them right instead they look square with rounded edges. A few of my nails are crooked and you can see where part of my nails was not covered with the gel and broke off within a week. You can see the dust and air bubbles inside the gel. On a few nails one side is way thicker than the other and is very noticeable. The only good thing about this was the design and it still looks like it was done half way. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this place

After reading the reviews I definitely expected better. I selected the most expensive pedicure and was not impressed as the “massage” was minimal but within the description was all the rave and the reason for the higher price. When I walked out of the salon, polish on one of my toes was jumbled up. I will be finding a different nail salon option. Really disappointed.

Terrible. I dont think they like black people. I went in she told me it would be an hour I can go run errands this was after I told her what I needed. I said thats fine I will wait. About twenty minutes later some older white ladies came in and they were told it would be an hour, immediately after they were told this a guy stops what he was doing gets up asks me what I needed. I told him the same thing I told the first woman, he told me they cant do it they would have to take my set off and do a whole new one. I walked out, I went to Lilly Nails down the street and got exactly what I asked for with less than a ten minute wait. Needless to say I will never go back to Rose Nails.

Extremely disappointing. I had gel nails done on a Tuesday by Friday the polish started to peel off from my cuticle up. It then began to chip away. At my earliest convenience I made it back to Rose on Monday right before 630 and no one was there. They close at 7 but you have to be there by 630. So, I called Tuesday to make sure they knew about the problem. My work schedule runs late and I finally made it there today on Thursday. They wanted to say the reason for my problem was that I wash my hands too much. I dont. The real reason for my problem was because there wasnt enough polish applied to my nails. When I held my hands to the light you could see spots with polish and spots without. Needless to say they took 20 mins of their time to fill in my nails. At no charge to me but, I will have to get them done again within the next week because there are cracks in some, the polish isnt even sticking on others and my nails are rough, jagged and without polish near the cuticle.If your time and dime are valuble to you, take your business elsewhere.
