QT nail salon is not for me. Dod not find the place very clean. Im getting a pedicure in the cleanest place possible. The pedicure wasnt good either. Smudged and not smooth. I got another pedicure at another place I know is good and absolutely sparkling clean.

I walked in for a pedicure and the lady said to wait for 15 minutes and they could start the pedicure. 25 minutes later they get me seated and said someone will be right with me. Well, I had my doubts as only two people were working. They were slow playing me so I wouldnt leave and go to any of their competition! I sat for another 20 mins and left because the two workers werent close to being finished. Had they been honest and told me it would be 45 minutes, I could have run some errands and come back. This is the second bad experience I have had there and they wont get a third chance! Not to mention, it was very hot inside to the point it was uncomfortable. Never again!!

Love this place, the owner and employees! Exceptional and prompt! They offer various manicures, pedicures and healthy acrylic options also. Ive been a patron for over a year and they keeps my natural nails healthy and strong.

I just moved to Greer, saw this place to get a pedi and a mani. I told the girl that is what I wanted, the place has no ambience, he had his iPad watching a show, he turned off the jets in the water before my pedi was done, the people working in there were not very friendly, it was the worst polish ever, and they never even offered to do the mani...and there was no one else in the place. I will not go back.

I love QT Nail Spa Salon! The staff is very kind and do a great job! They clean and sanitize their tools and the pedi spa is clean and santized after each customer! They are truly my favorite Nail Spa! I highly recommend them!

I have had a manicure and gel polish applied here four times now. The first two times were okay. A few chips before my next appointment but not bad. The third time the polish was on my skin so of course they polish was soon peeling up. This last time I went on the weekend and a very nice guy did my nails. He was super nice but my nails were peeling after two days, he did not cap the ends of my nails and the polish is thinner than ever before. The past three times it was thick and my nails would not bend at all. This time, my nails are so flexible and one has completely broken. I wont be going back.

Very disappointed! I just had my toes polished on Tuesday 4/30 and as of today Wednesday 5/8 I’m had to get them redone. I will never return and will never recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was nice but my water got cold in the foot bath by the time someone started working on me. My toenails turned out good and the leg massage was long.

My mom wanted to try this place instead of the usual place i go to and it was a mistake. The lady was very unprofessional. She turned on her ipad and proceeded to watch a tv show the entire time while doing my nails. I wanted a design done and she wasnt able to do it so when i said never mind she got upset had an attitude the remainder of the time doing my nails. Was very rough with my hands..and treated like i was an annoyance to her day. My mom also said that her pedicure was very rough and the water was cold. I spent $70.00 here including a 5$ tip out of courtesy, bc it definitely was not earned. I would not recommend going here! Will never be back.

My daughter had her nails done. She was not satisfied with the way they looked when she came home. They fixed them at no charge.

Owners wife is very rude. She had an attitude the entire time doing my nails. Was very rough with my hands. When I asked questions about the charms put on my nails instead of giving me information she asked if I wanted them or not then jerked my hand. I spent over $70.00 here and got poor service.

I only like two people doing my nails an one person doing my eyebrows, the girl I think is the owner an then the tall man with glasses and there such cheap good prices for good quality nails!!

Didnt care that I was getting a mani-pedi and while I was doing the foot spa,bmy nails were being done in the same chair. I prefer to go to the nail station not be at the pedicure station.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone they have poor customer service ... they rude every time i go in there they act very rude ....they made me a appointment over the phone to come in at 11 and i get there at 11 and they said it’s a hour and a half wait like how if i got a appointment ? They nails not all of that and they start slacking on my eyelashes they was falling off the next day . The owner hangs up in my face

I have been getting my nails done since high school and this was hands down the WROST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I let the male mail tech do my nails and I had 7 nails break before it was time time for another fill in. I decided to let the lady nail tech do my nails the sec time around and she was completely disrespectful. I told her to make my nails a lil thick or do something different from the last guy because it was unbelievable how my nails keep breaking. When I told her my nails were a lil too thick she smushed my hand and stop doing my nails to pick a fight with me. I have never been so mistreated in a place of business like this before. I had to call the police on her for her assaulting me. PLEASE PEOPLE THERE ARE TOO MANY NAIL SALONS AROUND HERE TO BE GOING TO THIS PLACE AND BE MISTREATED! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

The owners wife has a very bad attitude. The last time me and my mom went she yelled at my mother over a misunderstanding. The owner himself does not know how to do nails whatsoever, I had to file the sides of my nails when I got home cause they were so ragged. And that was not the first time Ive had to do it cause he did my nails.
