I loved it there, they had me wash my hands first which I get why. I got my nails done as a full set and it was amazing. The lady that had me was very nice she even said I was very cute. :) It was amazing but expensive, they said it was 70 dollars which was worth it. They didnt really glue the nail on the right spot but it was close enough. Me and the worker there had a good conversation that my mom gave them 200 dollars. I recommend this place. :)

I called 2 days before my appointment and asked if there was availability for 2 people for a dip manicure and pedicure, they said yes and I proceed with the schedule. When I came in all the nail techs were busy so I decide to do a dip manicure only. I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my dip soaked off. Whats the point of an appointment if you cant keep the timeframe? It took an hour and half to get the dip done and the nail tech didnt even do a manicure. The nail salon is nice and very clean but not impressed.

Excellent service, make you feel more special. Plan to visit again. Business, handle facial, 💅 and pedicure other services extremely nice. I will attend again!

Not only did I have to wait an hour after my appointment, but I didn’t even get the services I requested. Manicures we’re also $30! If you want sparkly nail polish it’s $40. The manicure looks terrible. I usually go to Sally’s nails in Plainfield and Phil is the best! So much cheaper and always perfect!

My first time in Indiana. I was visiting family. I had a nail to break so I visited this establishment. I had a small child with me. When I arrived to the nail shop I wasn’t aware of the policies do to COVID-19. I WAS TREATED RUDELY. If I had to give the a review it would be (O). Don’t always assume that people know your policies I didn’t see anyone of color in there shop, so that could be way.

Always leave this place happy. Samantha is a gem! Cannot express enough how happy I was with the time and attention she showed me. It’s no wonder she has a line waiting out the door. Clean and pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I went & got our nails done before our vacation & they definitely gained two more clients!

I got this manicure on Friday and one finger has already lost its polish by Saturday afternoon. Not worth the price.

The shop is really lovely but the service is NOT!.

Came in after calling. They told us maybe 30 mins. It’s been 45 mins and we’re still waiting. There is Litterally no one in here. There are two workers rearrange polish and one on her cell phone. No one has greeted us and seem super agitated because I asked how much longer.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. I just left there and will never go back. I walked in and asked the girl immediately if I’d have to wait. She said no, pick out a color and then she put me in a chair to soak my feet. I sat there and waited with cold water for 42 minutes and no one came to do my pedicure. Wasted time. Yes they had a couple appointments but I did see many people walk in without appointments and they went before me. Will not be returning.

This place is terrible and needs to be shut down! The best nail tech they had was Tracy and they were so jealous of her and ran her out of there. They are unprofessional, poor quality, and Rude!

Wonderful experience! Very clean and professional. Well-lit, with nice ambience and comfortable massaging chairs. They didn’t force a lot of conversation, but I prefer it that way. Quick and quality service, I have no complaints!

My cousin and I both went here ask for the regular $30 pedicure. We waited two hours many others were done before us who came in after us. Put in chairs one of which was broken had to be switched and sit and wait for new water. My toe nail was bleeding after she was done also. Then my cousin had left her card in the car and when she tried to go out the said they wanted her phone in exchange and then stood in front of the door. So I had to pay for both and I swore she had said $65. I get the receipt and it says $90! Then when we saw and asked for a refund and complained they told us we could call the police. Beyond ridiculous and unprofessional and extremely rude.

I was looking for a last minute place to get a soak off of my acrylic set. But browsed their website and it shows acrylic fills starting at $20, so I gave them a call to see if they had an appointment and wanted to confirm just a basic fill was 20 - and the girl that answered the phone with me was short and said “fills start at at least $35.” Which, hey, that’s fine - just not what the website said. I asked her about soak off price and she said $10, so I went ahead and set up an appointment 20 minutes from then because I was up the road. I got there and she asked if I had one and I let her know and she told me to go wash my hands. I asked her where the sink was because I had never been there before and she seemed super annoyed and just pointed behind her. So I did and I came back up to her because I didn’t know where she wanted me to sit or if I was going to have to wait. She showed me where to sit and then the girl came and started my soak off. While I was soaking I noticed the receptionist girl was kinda rude and stand offish to everyone that came in. Giving 3 stars simply because the lady that did my soak off was really nice and did a good job trimming me up - but honestly I won’t ever go back simply because of the prices being advertised used wrong in the website and the rude front desk girl.

Very pretty place. Went there and did not have an appointment. If u go make sure u do have an appointment because they will tell u they can work u in but u could wait 1 hr or like me when I went there i waited 1hr 40ish minutes just sitting in the pedicure chair :( im glad they worked me in but if I would’ve known it was that long of a wait I would’ve not stayed.

The only reason this place gets a 4 is because of Samantha. Everyone else I encountered was rude.

They gave me a menu after sitting for over an hour waiting and I picked a service for me and my daughter and then after having said service done while they talked amongst themselves and laughing and not engaging us as customers at all they over charged us each $20 dollars because gel costs $20 more here. It was our responsibility as customers to ask that because we should have known prices listed in menu are only for regular polish. I get and accept an up charge for gel or powder but list that in your menu that you show customers because we didn’t even pick basic services. I find it funny that as new customers we were supposed to know that when it is not posted anywhere

Horrible customer service! Not to mention your nails will chip within a day of getting them done. Have an appointment? Doesn’t mean anything! You’ll still sit there for 30+ minutes then get charged for services when you’ve never been charged for them there before. Stay away from this scam of a place!

Such a beautiful place. Today was my first time visiting and I will definitely be recommending others go here. I just love the environment and the staff is so friendly.

The manicurist was constantly on his phone, making the appointment take longer. I left with thick, uneven nails and literally drove somewhere else to have them fixed. Awful experience.

I’ve been literally been sitting here for an hour and my daughters still haven’t gotten their nails done. Nothing has been said about the time of wait and they had an appointment. This is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They are extra rude. I will take my children elsewhere.

Gel Manicure was rushed and rough. Manicure was only 15 minutes and $25. Zero speaking or questions asked. Cut my long nails super short without even so much as consulting or asking. Would NOT recommend at all.

Worst experience ever! Wish I would have read the reviews first. Right off the bat as she was using the drill to take my polish off, she realized it was regular, not gel, she said to me, No one ever uses that anymore! As she laughed (Just because she wants to make more money off of me). I dont like gel no matter what it cost, I think it looks too thick. Then when it came time to pay she tried to overcharge me, little did she know I had called ahead and found out the real amount! She said because the girl didnt know that I had long nails that the amount was different! Really? My nails arent extreme by any means and Isnt that the purpose of having acrylic nails put on? Arent your nails always a little bit longer when you go in for a fill? Not to mention I had to wait 30 minutes, when I had an appointment!Regal Nails at Wal-Mart on 31 is only $18 for a fill and they are MUCH nicer! ( and by the way when I asked her how much, she paused for quite some time and came up with $25, I was quoted $20 for a fill over the phone! Nice try! Youre not ripping me off! Oh, it just dawned on me, they dont have any prices listed on the wall like most salons do, I guess its just lets see how much we can soak them for?!?Shame on you Shirley!

Not impressed by the guy who did my nails. Came in for Dip on the 25th. It’s been a week, they’re chipping off, one nail is completely off. I liked them the first few times around but won’t be going back.

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years. I’ve been to Top Nails twice now. Both times were great. Last night I had Shirley do my nails. She by far did the best job that I have ever had on my nails. I highly recommend them!!

Ive been going here for about six months and for the most part have had a good experience. However, whenever I come in, I am always paired with a woman who seems to be more focused on her phone rather than doing my nails. Theyve always done a really good job, but having my nail tech distracted by her phone throughout my appointment quickly becomes annoying.

Polite, friendly and great service - I got a pedicure and picked the middle of the price range. Hot waxed my feet, massage my legs with hot rocks, felt like a King. Sandy took care of me. I highly recommend them. Best pedicure I’ve had in Indiana - I will be back👍

I went to get a fill in to try a new place never again she was on the phone most of the time while doing my nails and my nails are bumpy and were cracking a day after I got them done I got a appointment and she was trying to deal with my nails and someone else at the same time don’t recommend.

I will never ever let Houng do my nails again. I’m sad about my nails. They are not shaped well and she put too many coats of gel polish 😩. She’s not very friendly, rushes, and doesn’t care what you want. Only Kimmy or Tracy if I ever come back here.

I got a full set and the girl doing my nails literally rushed so much, she was done in 15 minutes, also she was using the sanding drill and literally cut almost every one of my fingers. My fingers hurt sooooo bad after this. She then proceeded to blame me for her cutting my hand about 10 times. Its been about 10 hours of having these nails on and my hands still hurt bad. she cut me deep in so many spots

Sign says closed on Sundays, yet your sign is on saying open. And you have customers. Could of least put appointment only and turned off sign. Thats is misleading and lost a customer.

Over priced not quality work. Broke 2 nails in the first day. Definitely do not recommend. Pedicures are rushed and not worth the price. Very unprofessional sloppy work.

I took my three nieces for pedicures. We got right in without an appointment. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. We all loved the Onsen treatment and our nails look great. The shop was beautiful with high ceilings with clouds and crystal chandeliers. We will definitely be going back!

Apparently appointments don’t mean anything here. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Then I proceeded to watch 6 people who arrived after me (who all had appointments at the same time as me) be taken back. I was still waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time when she came up to grab another couple of girls who were together to take them back. That’s when I decided I had enough and left. Stay away if you want an on time appointment!

Ive been going here for about a year and usually have a good experience, but not today. I called to see if they had openings and was told to come right away. I got there and nobody was available for me, but waiting is alright. However when they got to me, the girl rushed the entire time and I had to ask for my nails to be fixed. Im home a couple hours later now and the top coat is all cracked. Not happy.

It was a beautiful salon but THEY made me an appt at 630 (it closes at 730)....I then had to wait 30 mins before I got my pedicure...I paid for the spa pedicure...it DEFINITELY wasnt that...she rushed through, broke one of my nails, instead of fixing it, said it would grow out....didnt do the top coat on a couple of my nails (I paid extra for gel too)....then when she did my nails, she rushed, told me she was tired, piled the acrylic on (I have short nails so they look like marshmallows now)...they werent even or fully painted...I will NEVER be back...

No appointment just walked in was greeted and seated for service within 10 minutes. Took time and care to make sure my nails looked great!

My girlfriend comes here everytime to get her nails done fingers and toes and gets the gel polish it always looks amazing dont listen to these bad reviews yes you have to wait sometimes to get what you want. (since when is that new? You have been taught to wait in line since pre school lol) Anyways TopNails are the best nails enough said!

Gorgeous Place!! Staff very friendly... a lady was cleaning, sweeping, dusting, moping the entire time I was there while my daughter and I getting Mani’s & Pedi’s. A lil pricey.... but I had my mani with Gel Polish 4 weeks ago. It’s lasted, just now getting ready to make another appt. Definitely recommend to my peeps!! Just wished they were open Sunday since they aren’t open very late they the week.
