The prices are up and the quality is poor! The owner is rude and unprofessional! Dont waste your time going there.

I had an awful experience at Titi’s Nails in Greenwood, SC. The owner did not do my nails (which I’ve heard she does good work) it was another woman. My nails had not had a proper manicure since the COVID shutdown which means they had no polish on them and were very healthy. Why the nail technician decided to use the drummel on my nail beds (you know the tool they use to get off gel polish) I will never know. Plus she was kind of crotchety to both me and my friend The manicure looked like a third grader did it which - no big deal I can live with. What I can’t live with is my healthy nails now have ridges and deep grooves making them paper thin. It will take a solid three months to grow them out. My husband did ask why I allowed her to grind away at my nails which I have to admit I should have - sometimes I’m too polite and I thought maybe this is a new technique they are using. I would not recommend this salon.

A waste of time and money. One person did my gel pedicure, another person did gel polish on my fingernails. BOTH my toenails and fingernails are crooked from being clipped off slanted or poor filing. I got some round nails and some square nails. Theres gel everywhere but properly on the nail.

Nails wasnt done good and the nail technician didnt clean up around my nails where polish had dripped.... Wasnt pleased at all...

I have been to Titi nails twice.First time I only got pedicures by Ella.2nd time I got both powder dip mani and regular pedi. Both times I received a unfulfilled paint job on my toes. And the mani lady was very rough and rude when filing my nails. Then questioned me on my form of pay as if I would lie to her. Don’t recommend and won’t be going back

My daughter had her nails painted for a pageant. She got basic French tips. The tips look off-white. The white is swirled into the lower part of her nails. There are places they completely missed. She charged me $15 over the posted price. When I told her it was not right, she said it was “close enough.” AWFUL!!! Literally going home to take it off!

They do not take take their time. They didnt even let me go wash my hands after they filed them down, all they did was brush my nails off and they still had dust on them and they missed spots on my nails on several of my nails. I will not be going back there to get my nails done.

Titi Nails is the best! The chairs are very comfortable, the atmosphere delightful and the salonist did a great job. I Especially loved my cat eye nails

Pedicure was fine. I asked for a glitter nail and that was left out... Fine whatever. I asked for my feet and hands to be done. Pedicure wasnt misunderstood but manicure was. She came while I was still getting polish and filed my nails very poorly. She painted my nails and left dead skin all around them and I was charged $75. The board says and up next to each price basically saying they will charge what they want for each client. I gave her the opportunity to make it right and she refused and didnt care to look at the job she done. She didnt care that i was unhappy she said it was miscommunication and left it at that.

My mother in law came.in for full set and pedicure. but she wrote on the paper manicure and pedicure not knowing what she was asking for. They charged her for the mis communication (manicure) dude to the language barrier on both sides. They could have at least took $15.00 off the manicure but instead she had to pay for the mistake and what she originally went in for. $96.00 later and my mind is blow. Dont think we will be back.

Personal attention to details is what a good manicure/Pedicure is all about, while being as Covid safe as possible, and they earned every star!

Twice Ive gone....both times the shape wasnt right. 2nd time gel paint chipped before the end of the 1st day with little activity. Customer service great.

Love this place! Me and my friend were greeted nicely by everyone and the energy in the salon was amazing. Everyone was so nice and happy to help with anything. I will definitely only be going to Titis from now on!

Very nice nail techs. Perfect job on nails and didnt get mad when you ask them to fix something. Helps with time and know what they are doing. Over all great service and I will be going back.

I had an appointment for French tips. It still took the techs 45 minutes to get to me. For $40, I expect a well rounded professional pedicure, not some jenked up hack job. Will never go back. The ladies were very rude and didn’t care whether they were professional or not.

The best nail salon in Greenwood. Titi is VERY good, highly recommend her. CLEAN SALON.

Loved this place. The serve food and beverages to you while you get pampered. The wine was great and the service excellent.

Over priced and charges $10 extra for shaping nails. Its been 24 hours and one of my nails are already lifting. The nails are blocky and lumpy. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Me and my friend went to Titi nails and we both got the same length nails in relatively the same polish except my friend got her eyebrows waxed which was 15 extra dollars but it started out as 45 for the nails and in the end it ended up as mine being 60 and hers being 85 and both of our nails are not good. My nails are all different sizes I have to fix them when I get home I was my second time getting my nails done and I didn’t know what to say but my nails are crooked and lumpy.
