I set an appointment 6:20 pm, I was called and asked if I could come earlier, I said yes, but the earliest I could get there was 5:30 pm, I was called at 5:15 and asked where was I, I told him again The earliest I could there was at 5:30, which I did. I left at 6:15 because he had done a pedicure on someone else and still had to do her nails. He thought it was funny! Doesnt value their customers time!!!

I tried to go there three times since theyve opened this business and each time theyre closed when theyre supposed to be open. Who does this?

I absolutely love going into this salon. They are clean, friendly, and the work last. Lets not forget Henry will thank you for your business several times. They are all around wonderful people and down to earth.

Shirley did my daughters nails she was very sweet to her, made sure she was comfortable during the process. We will definitely be returning. Also the wait wasn’t bad at all. Thank you Shirley.

I went here with my mom to get a nail refill (my mom got gel nails). I called to schedule an appointment and while on the phone was asked if I am nice...which was weird but I decided to go anyways. A man worked on my nails and did a very quick, sloppy job. Nails werent even, the acrylic was put on so poorly that a lot of it was on my skin, and my little brother could have done a better paint job. The man was clearly in a rush to get to other customers, which find very frustrating considering I called ahead of time and was still being rushed like an assembly line. Luckily, a woman did my moms gel nails and they were very pretty. If you want a job well done, save your money and go somewhere else.

Shirley and Henry do great work and make it fun to be there! I visited the first time today for a pedi and mani and will definitely return! It will be a 30 minute drive, but it will be worth it. The salon was very clean. They treat every customer like family.

My mom and I love Henry and Shirley. Ive never been disappointed. The pedicures are amazing, and the massage chairs are a great addition!

This place give great quality manicures and pedicures. My only complaint and why I am rating 3 instead of 5 stars is that they open late and sometimes are closed in the middle of the day without explanation or an estimated time of return. I had to go to a different salon to get my mani/pedi before an important event not only was it super expensive but it was also lower quality. I was very disappointed but I will definitely keep trying to go to Pure Nails.

Not the best pedicure, barely touched the cuticles, but he was the only one here on a saturday and had to keep asking people to come back later. He was trying to over do it and it felt like it was cut short

This is a family owned and operated shop they are wonderful and treat their customers like family this is not your regular nail salon but they do a great job at a great price !

Owner is really nice and does a fantastic job for a good price. Baby girl loved her French tips and they looked fantastic for the wedding.

Called first thing in the AM to schedule an appt but was told walking in would be fine, then after rushing there after work I am told there is not another appointment for an hour
