I like this nail salon. I moved from out of state and finding a new nail place is hard. This was not my first place to try but once I did I have not went elsewhere. I like the cleanliness of the place. The staff is super friendly.

Update recently went the beginning of June 2021 and for $60 I’m highly disappointed 😒the guy that did my nails listened to nothing I asked just what he wanted my nails were cute for a fill in for a set he didn’t do but I asked for them to be cut and my feet look so bad

The facility is beautiful & the staff was very kind. I only had my brows done, but will definitely go back for additional services...and my brows look amazing!

This salon is very affordable and very high quality. I got a full set of long acrylics for much cheaper than any other salon in Greenwood or Indianapolis, and they look so beautiful. Rosie is so talented and very sweet to talk to. She kept pleasant conversation going and I really enjoyed my time. They really pay attention to detail and make sure your nails are perfect. You can always call in to schedule an appointment and they’ll have a time for you with minimal wait time. The salon was really clean and I loved the decorations. They look really luxurious and royal :) I’m definitely going to be coming back and becoming a regular!!

I had acrylic nails done for a wedding. I needed to remove them after several weeks due to growth and work purposes. I was a walk in To Royal Spa & Nails and was hopeful to get help for my novice self. I did not want to finish out with roughed up nails so I opted for a manicure of sorts and polish. What I received as far as the removal was concerned I found sufficient But my polish I could have done myself for under $5. !0 minutes drying time under an air table by the entrance/exit door I was to be set, that was my understanding. My person wasn’t around so after my timer went off I was like okay time to go. After 35 minutes of drying/setting time this is my final result see picture. So for $45.00 that includes a righteous tip I arrived home with what you see in the pictures. Yay

I would not recommend, upset that i spent my money here.The child they had doing my nails messed my toes up right before vacation. He had no clue what he was doing, unacceptable.

This was my first time trying this salon and it was great! Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

I went to get a manicure done at this salon for a wedding I was in. The employee came to get me for my manicure and didnt ask me what shape I wanted my nails, he just started filing. He was on the phone for most of the manicure, and did not communicate with me. He did not paint my entire finger nails, and part of it remained unfinished. I was not happy with the end result, and he never asked if I liked it. This was one of the worst $40 I spent. I would not go here again or recommend it to anyone else.

The salon was remodeled and redecorated recently and it looks really nice! The staff are all pleasant and friendly. Today, I got a pedicure from Dan and it was exceptional. He took his time and really made sure I was happy with my service. I also get my brows waxed here and Tim always does a wonderful job.

Went here with my mom and sister while I was in town for Christmas for mani & pedi. No appointment and was seen immediately. Nails look good. No complaints.

I make the trip from new Palestine to Greenwood because this is probably the best nail salon I have found. Van did an incredible job on my pedicure and my manicure with my gel polish. I have never had gel polish last longer than 10-12days but she did such a great job that it lasted just over two weeks. Love this place!

Ok but daughters nails was not what she wanted and wrong color. It was already passed closing time and they wouldnt redo them. Nails were misshapen and colors were not transitioned well. Maybe next time they will do better

I scheduled a 6:30 pm appointment knowing they closed at 7:30. I got a powder dip on my fingernails and they looked beautiful. The lady put a top coat on and I immediately messed up one finger. She took time to fix it and ended up leaving about 7:45. I felt awful, but they were so nice and understanding. I will definitely be back.

Showed the nail tech a picture of the nails I wanted as soon as I walked in and he said he could do that no problem. He got halfway through doing my nails and said oops I actually can’t do that. So I said okay i guess I’ll choose another color then and he acted like i was the one being difficult and it was my fault. And he is the owner. Then he took a personal call on his cell phone rather than working on my nails. Spent 2 hours in the salon & $60 to leave with something I did not even want.

I have gotten my nails done a few times here (dip manicure) and it has been perfect everytime. They listen to what you want and are quick but not sloppy. They have always treated me awesome and I am so excited to come back.

Had manicure and pedicure in Polish very pleasant atmosphere

I have been going here for 3 years and referring others. As usual, they told me to go pick my color. On my way back up to the front I accidentally dropped bottle. It was 1/3 full. I apologized several times. After my nails were done and I went to pay, they tell me I have to pay full price for an almost empty bottle of polish. I feel they should have told me this before the service was done. If they had I wouldn’t have stayed. There are too many other places to go, I won’t be back.

I took my daughter here to get her nails done because it was the only place open at the time. Tim did her nails and he did a great job! He took his time and made them look so good even though they were about to close. We will be going here from now on.

Definitely coming back! The lady that did my nails was polite and gentle, she blew me away with how good my nails looked!

Does a great job at a fair price

Me and my daughters went there for pedicures. One of my daughters toenails were cut way to short. My other daughters toes got messed up and they didn’t fox it or offer and changed her nail color. Mine chose a different color and told me I couldn’t have the color I wanted. This was all after I was greeted with “what are you doing here....We will not return. $100 wasted!

Ive been trying to find the perfect nail salon for years and I really 100% recommend. Everyone was so welcoming, perfect atmosphere. I was completely astounded by the interior itself, really allowed me to enjoy my experience. Ive been to places who try to just go underneath the acrylic nail and pull it off, but this place made it so stress free and absolutely painless. Great prices as well. I love this place.

So, I procrastinated until 5:30pm on a Sunday to get my nails done for a job interview Monday at noon. I had originally tried to get in at the mall, but they turned me away since they were closing at 6 (I didnt realize that most, if not all but very few nail salons close around 6pm on Sundays). I am actually grateful that I got turned away because I was able to find this amazing salon! I called to make sure I could get in and with no hesitation, the gentleman said I could do a walk in and he would be ready for me within 20 minutes. When I arrived, he was spot on and just finishing up a customer, and by the time I finished picking out my nails polish, Tim was ready for me!! He was very kind and gave me exactly what I wanted/asked for. I received quality results for a cheaper price than I anticipated, so I was even happier for that!! I was very impressed and pleased with my entire experience, start to finish!! I will definitely be going here anytime I need my nails done and I would absolutely recommend this salon and Tim to anyone. Thank you so much, Tim, you were absolutely amazing and I look forward to seeing you next time!!!

I was a little panicked as one of my nails broke in half around 6pm. Thankfully Royal Spoil had some later hours this evening and got me in! Not only did they fix my broken nail but they made the rest of them look so pretty. I loved that they played such good music as opposed to having news playing. The place was clean and the people were all so nice. I will definitely be a return customer.

Received a really good pedicure today from Tiffany. Very polite and professional. Ask for her great leg massage.

Good luck getting into this salon, they never have more than a couple employees working so be prepared to wait FOREVER to be seen as a walk in. The salon itself is in need of a deep cleaning it’s always dusty and moderately dirty in there as well. Just don’t waste your time and money with Royal Spoil unless you want to be disappointed

Love this place!

I soaked for thirty minutes before being seen. The pedicure was quick and the effort halfhearted. Polish peeled in less than a week and both big too nails slanted badly and were different lengths. Not pleased with the service of the English speaking person providing the service.

Katie is awesome but apparently very popular so I rarely get her when I go in. The last time I was there, I waited 45 mins for a pedicure & after that was done, I sat in the chair for at least another 30 mins. The young lady doing my pedicure stated that Katies brother was going to do my nails. I finally got up & asked how much longer it would be, Tim came to me & wouldnt give me any idea how much longer it would be so I told him (respectfully, not rude) that I had already been there well over 2 hrs & he seemed irritated but took me to his table & started my french manicure. He was done in like 15 mins! He did a terrible job on my nails & only put one top coat on. Within 3 days my french manicure (clear with white tips) were yellow!! My nails looked horrible. I will never go back to this salon.

Understaffed. I’ve waited for 30 minutes without someone speaking to me. A staff cut my cuticles too short and made them bleed in several areas and proceeded to wipe the blood with her un-gloved fingers. I was mortified. I trust one person here to do a good job, but they are rarely available.

I called to make an appointment they made one for 5 when I got there they told me they couldn’t take anybody even after telling I made an appointment

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Staff is rude, especially the OWNER Tim. He told me he would not fix my nails that one of the employees messed up because its too much work!

Terrible. Came in and stood at the receptionist counter and no one acknowledged me even being there for about 5 minutes and then I asked how long it would be for a fill and was told 15-20 minutes so I waited. And then waited so more. After almost an hour of not being seen I just got up and left. Oh and not to mention the 4 or so flys buzzing around my head .... eww

So the place I normally go to religiously is unfortunately closed on Sundays and my daughter (6) and I needed our toes done for an event so I searched for nail salons in greenwood that were open on Sundays and has at least 4 stars or better in rating, I cameAcross this place. Upon entering I noticed it was very cluttered with random decor and not very clean. I also noticed we werent greeted and had to walk up to someone as they were working, which I hate doing as it interrupts someone elses experience. We then went to get our pedicures and they didnt accommodate my daughters height at all in the chair and made her wait forever while mine were done even though I said I was happy to wait for two people to open up. Then after I told my nail tech to be gentle with the top of my foot she wasnt and I lost my water proof bandage, I didnt have an open cut but a painful little sunburnt area that would have been fine if left u scrubbed . We go to move to the dryers and they didnt even help my daughter out of her chair . We get to the dryer and the sandals he gave her were too big and they touched her big toe and messed up her polish and he got allMad about it as if it were her fault he didnt accommodate her size as they do at our normal salon. So she felt horrible and embarrassed while he fixed it. He then took allOf the sandlas and toe separators off her foot and I had to help her scoot back up towards the dryer . Then a person waiting dropped a polish and it shattered and no one hurried over to make sure she wasnt cut or clean it up, she had to go ask for help. This place is a joke and Ill never be back.
