Salon is really nice inside. Very spacious. Huge color selection. My manicurist made sure my nails were perfect. I also needed old gel removal and wasn’t charged extra for it.

My bridal party and I went here yesterday to get our nails done for my wedding this weekend and we could not have been more happy with the results! The service was great and the staff was really accommodating. I will definitely be returning to get my nails done here in the future!!

I had an appt at 1:45pm and just as my tips were glued on he left me for a walk-in. I waited about 15 min for another tech to come start the dip process. I had asked for and was assured they could do fine line tips instead of chunky tips. I still received chunky tips and you can see the shadow of the glued on tips. They are thick and don’t look as natural as normal. I’ll never go back unless I have an appt with Connie. She’s the only one that can do my nails right.

I really like this place. Tracy has been doing my nails forever and if she was ever out, I would go to any of them.. They all do an amazing job! I really like the environment. It’s always so calm, cool and relaxed. Be sure to book your appointment and have just a little extra time and patience when you arrive. They will take care of you and I’m sure you’re going to love the outcome..

Hanah did my nails and she did great! I was specific and picky, I feel bad now.. but she didn’t mind at all. She was so kind. I do think this nail salon is a little pricey, but I genuinely believe it’s because they’re the best and they have quality work when it comes to nails. I highly recommend this place for nails. I would leave 10 stars if I could.I also got a pedicure and it was a bit rushed and I had to ask the guy to get the calluses off of my feet, because at first he didn’t. But when I asked for it he did do it with no complaints.Overall I had a good experience and I’ll definitely be back!

The first time I went here my gel manicure lasted 48 hours because the guy was so rushed and my nails were not dried properly. The second time I went here the guy who did my pedicure was so rough with the pumice stone that he actually cut the side of my foot by my big toe from scraping so hard on skin that wasnt rough. I feel like this place is more concerned about how many people they can get in and out of their salon than they are the quality. Im sure if the manager reads this he will ban me from the store like he did another customer while I was there the last time... right in front of everybody he yelled make sure she doesnt come back. So unprofessional. This really was just a short summary of what I experienced here.

Very unclean, on the sides you can see my real nail, but all of them are the same shape, very bumpy, very rough and rushed. would not recommend.

This was my first time trying this nail salon and it was very clean and the staff was nice. They said they couldnt provide a design on my toe because I didnt get gel and I have never had that said at any salon. I get my toe designs the same every time regardless of regular polish or gel. Also 2 days after getting dip on my nails the polish is peeling and chipping away after I have spent over $100

I had an acrylic fill with gel and French. It was $53 which was expensive for the care and quality given. The nail tech seemed rushed the entire appointment which made the experience pretty bad. There was no social distancing, the salon was super packed. Also, the bathroom was really dirty with hair and dust all over the place like it hadn’t been cleaned in months.I left an honest review for other good paying customers and the salon decided to reply with a sarcastic response. If you want a pleasant review and pleased customers don’t reply in a hateful way and don’t run a sweatshop pretending to be a high end nail salon.

Love this place, I get my nails done by TNT because I love his attention to detail. My nails ALWAYS come out beautiful and even. Hannah also has great attention to detail. Tracy has done my nails twice and she also did a great job, I just think I stressed her out a little because I worry a lot about my nails not coming out right lololol but she never let me down. I just like TNT cuz he knows exactly what I like, and my nails always come out perfect so I never have anxiety with him. I was referred to this salon by a friend who is suuuuper picky about her nails, shes an expensive female lol so if she liked it I knew I would. Not saying this place is expensive, rather that it is high quality. Also, this place actually cares about the health of your nails. The shop is bright and beautiful. Ill continue going here as long as theyre here.

This place is horrendous. This is my weirdest nail experience ever. He stayed on his phone the entire time. My nail art a simple side flower was painted incorrectly. The guy was so busy working on multiple other peoples nails he didnt finish my nails!! I left and was showing people my nails!! Three people told me my nails looked messed up!! I called the shop!! I sent him pictures of my nails. He immediately starts saying that I should have noticed before leaving they were messed up. While making super weird comments, unprofessional comments comparing nails to being a doctor. When I asked for a refund they started insinuating that I wanted free nails. I blocked the number after a long unnecessary argument. I posted a review on the booksy app about my terrible experience and the shop started sending me 50+ messages saying I will not want free nails anymore. Please do not subject yourself to this place. I read many other reviews similar to this, I should have listened!!!

I had an appointment scheduled for 4:15 and was told to wait in the waiting area. Finally, about 4:35 someone asked me to come to a chair. They sat me in a tub of lukewarm water and walked away. No explanation or anything. The lady next to me was finished and they walked her over to a chair. Thinking it was my turn, I got relieved because by this point it was 4:45. The person walked over to finish someone else. At no point during this entire time did a single worker ask how I was doing, explain they were running behind, or even apologize. Finally, at 4:55 after sitting in a tub of cold water and still being ignored, I got up and quietly walked out. And still...not a single person acknowledged me. Not one person even looked up. Very disrespectful of my time and money.Also, they were not practicing social distancing at all. There were about 8 stations and instead of sitting people at every-other, they used the first 4 stations.Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be going here again.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Tons of polish, dip powders, etc to choose from for nail art. They are very talented! Every time I have been in there with an idea or picture, they always make sure to do what I want and make sure I am happy. My pedicures have been great as well. I do martial arts; which is hard on my feet, and they have to work to get them looking good! I love that I can book on line and have a text line as well.

Orchid Nails has been my go-to nail salon for a few years, they’re wonderful! They have a convenient text line to book an appointment and they’re super quick to respond. Prices are reasonable and the salon is beautiful, especially after the remodel. I’ve always loved the look and quality of manicures and pedicures I’ve gotten. I’ll be using them for my upcoming wedding too. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

They work very hard to have the best products, customer care, fancy and classy for ladies as well as gentlemen. Tony, Zing among others are the best on pedicures. I refuse to go anywhere else! I’ve tried them all and haven’t found a better location. I feel safe and that is a bonus on top of the best, most professional nail and skin care shop around!

I spoke with someone about what I wanted and what it would cost and I was told $50 four times, I made sure to ask multiple times so there wouldn’t be any surprises. But after my nails were done and I went up to pay I was told $80 which is insane, tried to tell me it was because I got two colors.. even though in the messages I was told only $50. I even pulled my phone out to show him the messages and I was then told it was more expensive because I had my previous nails removed and got new ones even though the night before I was told twice if I was removing dip and getting them redone with dip you weren’t charged any extra. The nails are okay, they’re not bad quality but definitely not worth the money. Also I had an appointment and I sat there for almost 40 minutes before anyone did my nails.Above is the review I left on the salons Facebook page, and they messaged me right away trying to give me more excuses as to why my nails were so expensive, after I explain I didn’t receive any of the things she was saying I was charged extra for she said that the nails I got should have only been $65 and that they would refund me what I was over charged AND THEN BLOCKED ME.

This place is amazing at nails but they are so unprofessional. I went here about 3 times and each time i was there i spent about 3 hours there each time. last time i was there they lost my color multiple times because 4 different people were working on my nails. they ended up cutting my finger pretty bad and they didn’t even say sorry and when i pointed out my nail was bleeding pretty bad they just shrugged it off. if you go here you will get the nails you want but you’ll most likely be there for 3+ hours because it’s so packed in there and they aren’t professional about it. the price is also very high for basic nails. i paid $80 just for acrylics.

I tried this place for the first time recently and got acrylics done. They did a great job! I went back to get a fill and it turned out very well too. They didnt rush even though they were busy. They are a bit pricier than other places but I think its worth it for good quality and service. Everyone there has been very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this place!

I dont go do things like this normally because I feel very self-conscious about putting myself out there and having attention put on me. To me it is a very personal experience to have somebody help you feel beautiful.However I can say that they made me feel so welcome when I came into this spa. I was able to relax from getting my pedicure and not feel tense and judged. The lady who did my pedicure multiple times made sure that I was comfortable and she was not causing any discomfort . I opened up and chatted a little bit with the amazing person who did my nails. For anybody who wants a place that they can feel comfortable and welcome in I would highly recommend coming here.

I had an appointment set for 4/20 for a fill in with my nail tech Tracy and they canceled my appointment hrs before my appointment. When I called them unprofessional whoever does the text message went back and forth with me after I had ignored them texting me after I called them unprofessional because I called them unprofessional. I wasn’t even going to leave a bad review but when I went to set my next nail appointment they have me blocked from even making an appointment. Which proves them being unprofessional again.I never got mad btw at the cancellation of the appointment.I just called them unprofessional because this was the second time they canceled my appointment out of nowhere and they gave me a different excuse as to why they were canceling never said she was sick so not only are they unprofessional they lie as well but got mad an kept texting me because I called them unprofessional but I liked my nail tech and how she did my nails is why I would’ve came back even though her place of business is unprofessional, but I’ve found a more professional nail tech so I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else because I didn’t have these issues at the other place she worked at.

Higher cost definitely doesn’t mean higher quality in this case. My daughter and I recently got a full set with Gel polish. This was our first time going to Orchid Nails. My set was $50 and my daughters was $57 not including the tip. Less than 4 days after I got them done one popped off. This happened on a Sunday. Since they’re closed Sunday and Monday I sent them a message on Facebook asking if I could come in to get it fixed on when they open. Whoever messaged me back asked me “did you grab something with excess force?” Seriously?! I went to get it fixed today and it looks horrible. There is a lot of excess acrylic around my cuticle and the polish looks awful.The lady who did my daughters nails did a GREAT job, which is why I gave them 2 stars. I just can’t see paying that much for nails when other salons cost less, the nails look nicer (apparently depending on who does your nails) and they don’t fall off in less than 4 days.*edited to add a photo and also note that ANOTHER one of my nails is lifting.

They keep it peaceful and relaxing from beginning to end. We always feel FABULOUS when we leave this place. Orchid Nails is OUTSTANDING! My favorite nail place thus far. These folks are the best in town. Their newly renovated salon is beautiful, spotlessly clean and new. All of the employees have two goals: 1) your beauty best and 2) your total satisfaction. They actually LISTEN to your requests, concerns and wants. They REMEMBER you and your particular wishes. They are personable and want you to relax and enjoy yourself when you are in their care. They can usually get me in quickly and communicate with me very well. I have been to 3 or 4 other salons and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. They are a 10 -- the rest are 4 or 3. I like that they make suggestions without being pushy and are just content to do whatever makes you happy. One big difference with them is that they take pains to be very detailed and precise. They do not rush you just so they can get to the next customer. Thats impressive!! I so appreciate them taking me on as a customer.

They have great customer service and nice shop. But job was a little rushed I looked like I needed a fill in leaving the store and my nail polish was fading and coming off so I had to repaint myself within a few days of getting them done. Only lasted a week. I feel they are very over priced too.. Very friendly tho and made you feel at home

A couple of weeks ago I came in and had the best pedicure ever with the best massage. Today I stopped in she asked if I work with the same lady (sadly I didn’t remember her name.) today’s pedicure was easily the biggest waste of $37. The gentleman didn’t cute my cuticles, scrub my feet, & barely gave any massage. I don’t we easily in and out in 30 minutes or so even with drying time. Super disappointed.Since it doesn’t allow me to reply back to the comment. Had I been asked about my service I would have spoken up. I was not. So I opted to leave a review. Walk in or appointment I should have a received a full pedicure or been offered an appt for a later time or date.

Omg!!! Thomas and hannah were absolutely amazing and the best team ive ever seen. Thomas slayed laying the acrylic and hannah slayed the design... I will NOT go anywhere else!! I definatly recommend them.

This had to be the fastest pedicure I have ever experienced in all my life. The whole 20 minutes his focus was on every thing else around us. When I told the owner I would not be booking another appt. She in turn said she didnt know why...but didnt even take the time to find out why..ahe just continued to walk away herself. Very sad because I have made 4 appts at this place and never really had an appt with anyone when I walk in. Wont be back...

Quality and cleanliness. I always love coming here and I’m so thankful to have found this salon after trying so many. They have several nail techs who are always polite, friendly, and funny. There’s enough employees to always have availability when scheduling an appointment. I’ve noticed they keep up on nail trends too, so any request I’ve had- they always do a great job at carrying it out even better than a picture and/or ideas I’ve come in with. They do a good job at listening to what you want done too. Never any cut corners here.

Orchid has been a consistently great salon over the years I have been going. The owners, Tommy and Hana, go above and beyond for their customers. They provide high-end service without breaking your back. They even recently redid the salon. It is an absolutely stunning and relaxing remodel. My amazing nail tech, Zing, is extremely detailed oriented and always makes sure you get what you are paying for. The salon has such a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, and when you become a client, you feel like part of a family. Its very common for conversations to happen betwen multiple techs and customers, which I always enjoy. Very thankful for everything that they all do to help pamper me and improve my nail health!

I was a new customer to Orchid just this past week. I received a full acrylic set w/gel and a gel pedicure. Tony took care of my pedicure and did a FANTASTIC job. Katie did my nails absolutely perfectly! Next up...Microblading and shading! Wish I would have discovered this gem sooner. The salon is newly remodeled, clean and beautiful. Plus I had great conversation and lots of laughs during my appointment. Highly recommend!

I have been going to this nail salon since it first opened back over 7 years ago. I personally know the owners & they are phenomenal. Tommy and his wife are always there and are always making sure each and every single customer is well taken care of. Whether it is getting someone water, or even helping them out with choosing colors. They truly take their time on getting to know all of the customers and making each experience amazing. They take pride in their work by also taking pictures & posting them on their Facebook page, where they always message you back in a timely manner. This nail salon has and will always be my go-to place. I couldn’t pick a better place where I want to relax & have some fun with their amazing team!

I will never visit this place again! I was told via the phone prior to my visit that it would be $10 for an 8 year old to have her toenails trimmed at her toenails and fingers polished. When I went to pay, they told me it was $18 for toenail trim and fingernail and toenail polish. They would not honor what they told me it would be on the phone. I have advised other friends and family that are regulars at this business to avoid visiting this place in the future.

I recently overcame my hesitation and had my brows done by Hannah. I can only say I’m sorry I waited so long! She did a fantastic job, her skills are amazing! She was able to make my brows look natural and full again! I love them! Thank you Hannah!

They did a really good job and had great attention to detail. Did not appreciate being asked how far along I am because I’m not pregnant. Do better next time. Don’t ask women how far along they are. You never know if they just had a miscarriage, if they can’t have a baby at all, etc. it’s not a nice question.

The people that run this place are the sweetest! I did a walk-in with 3 week old black, acrylics square tipped, I needed help. The lady talked with me, and was so helpful (and friendly) and I walked out with oval, gel French tips. It was lovely as a walk-in experience and I will definitely be going back! This spa wasnt super busy and it was more comfortable than my usual walk-in experience.
