Got a technician out for maybe 15 minutes, he cut our hard line and left told his team he was done but told us he would be right back. Never came back customer service was absolutely no help on hold for more than a hour 4 different times and they would randomly hang up, no call back nothing then tried charging for someone to come out 2 days later, waited a month mind you for the first guy to come and screw up everything. Horrible company dont know if the internet is any good because we never got the issue resolved. Horrible just Horrible wouldnt even give them one star.
