Not very good experience. Have consistent problems where the wifi would lose connection and would stay that way for days until someone could come out and fix it. I have decided to disconnect my service and get a refund due to this issue and being a college student and having many zoom meetings this is something I face with connect. I believe cost to pay for this wifi should drop because it’s always an issue with the connection
I got this wifi because I was told it was the only service i could get in my new apt. Thank goodness i looked into other services & at&t services my area because this is THE WORSE wifi company!! The person who came to install didnt even enusre it was working before leaving and it was not working. currently waiting on my refund now don’t waste your time! On a good note Kim the representative that helped me was super nice and empathetic!
Horrible service couldn’t ever use the internet i was paying for because the connection was never stable.
Horrible service, tech can only come out one day of the week and thats Fridays smh gotta go one and half week of bad internet because of their one day a week tech visits,unfortunately where I live this is the only internet provider
The gentleman who came to set up our modem was very nice. But the internet is horrible. Do not waste your money.
Makes 0 sense that they would only offer services to 1 apartment complex and no other homes or communities they are definitely missing out on money doing business that way
Internet isn’t working and no website to try to see if it’s down or not? I shouldn’t have to call when it’s the middle of the night and I’m trying to work and family is sleeping.
