Rate increased from phone call previous day to office visit. Was told no models available nor available for viewing when empty because new tenant approved. Wont rent before viewing. Only online model online to view?

The dog barking nonstop in the back building has driven me so bonkers that I’ve been compelled to leave a bad review. How is someone allowed to leave a dog outside of an apartment ALL. DAY. LONG. 😑

You call to have things done or to ask to have the property manager call. This is the 2nd time with no return call. Been waiting over a week. They need to bust up the click in the office and really evaluate the person who is the leader. As someone in a management role this is completely unacceptable.

I have lived at Park Madison for almost three years I LOVE my apartment..everyone that comes to visit always compliments on the space and the great home feel . With a very high ceiling it feels spacious and feels like you are in a single person home vs apartment living. The office staff is AMAZING along with maintenance who come out every time I call, within the same day! Clean..never had any kind of insect or rodent issue! I will be living here until I buy my own home :) HIGHLY recommend!!!

Maintenance has been awesome. The apartment is nice and the staff is great.

Lived here for 4 years when I first moved in I love it. But with in the last year management has changed. They fee you for every little thing. I just recently moved out an they are charging me the carpet replacement fee an never in my 13 years of apartment living have I ever been charged a fee for that. The last year when we need it Maintenance service no one ever came out until after the 3rd or 4th call to the office. With how much the rent is o highly suggest you look els where to live.
