I absolutely LOVE living here at Barrington! The neighborhood is picturesque making you feel happy to be home. I cant say enough about how great our maintenance staff is. They are on top of everything and you can tell how dedicated they are as soon as you get here. I highly recommend Barrington!

Not only do they fix anything we call about, the maintenance guys seem to keep a lookout on their own for potential problems. Everyone has been friendly and helpful.

My son has now been at this property for 3 months. He is a college student and reports that all experiences have been pretty good. His only complaint has been the repeated dog feces near his unit. He has reported this a time or two but it continues to be an issue. He does not have any pets. This property participates in the poop DNA, therefore, Id love to see some fines given to folks not cleaning up after their pets. Other than the poop, he reports that he has had no issues. Big thanks to Dawn, the office manager for assisting us with the move in process.

No where to park!!! We need assigned parking for all we pay here! Thank you for the Quick response! The parking has improved and we have more parking! And mrs. DAWN IS AWESOME!

These are some of the niceset places to live in greenwood. The maintenance upkeep is top notch, the design plan of the homes will easily fit a small family or a single individual that just needs some extra room.

Very nice place to live, the apartments are great and pretty much sound proof, Dawn is very helpful and goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable.The only drawback is the parking which I know their working on, but I wish they had assigned parking just would make things more convenient in that department otherwise great place to liveJuly 13thStill problems with the parkingBut the problem is some do not pay attention to the parking rules but overall a great place to live

Nice condominium homes! Quite! A pool and fitness center would be nice for the price you pay per month!
