Emerald Lakes is the best! Caitlin, Kenny, and Josh are amazing at handling all the maintenance around the community! They get the job done FAST! You really feel like family around here! They really care about their residents!

Kenny, Caitlin & Josh were quick to respond to my maintenance call and completed all repairs in less than 20 minutes. They explained the issues and how they were repaired, which I truly appreciate! Thanks!

Josh, Kenny, and Caitlin are da bomb! Talk about going above and beyond! I haven’t been in an apartment in over 20 yrs and was a little apprehensive but Emerald Lakes is the best! Large apartments, friendly community and easy access to most everything Greenwood has to offer.

This apartment complex is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The maintenance team, huge shoutout to Kenny, Josh & Caitlin, for ALWAYS coming and making sure everything is working and running smoothly in our homes. They also make sure that the roads are clean, the grass and flowers are always gorgeous. This neighborhood is more like a family. The management office is always delightful, holds our packages for us & always super helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Emerald Lakes Apartments. If you’re looking for the best place to live, look no further!

So I spoke with Jessica today and set up an appointment at 5:15, after I got off work, to see an apartment, she took my contact info, and I was excited, I left work early to get there early to see the apartment, when I got there at 5:00 the office was closed, Jessica never bothered to contact me, I guess they really dont care about their new residents, very sad!!

Service was fast and Kenny is always so pleasant and nice

I came home from work to find my cat stuck behind the water heater, I called the emergency line for maintenance and Kenny and Josh were quick to come and help. My cat was free in a few minutes and they are going to move the heater so it doesn’t happen again! Can’t thank them enough!

Friendly, helpful and responsive maintenance staff + monthly social events + Clean community + Nice backyard + Mostly long term tenants. I was extremely happy with this place and would always go back if I had to stay in Greenwood, IN.

I have been living here for the last 18 months and have nothing but good things to say about the whole staff and maintenance members! The apartments are very nice, the community is very clean. They host events very often for everyone to get together. The pool is very nice in the summer! This is also a great location for anywhere you may need to go, easy access to I65! Love Emerald Lakes. I lived in a lot of apartments and this one is the best so far!

My wife and I have been living at Emerald Lakes for almost 4 months now and it has been great! The location is perfect, you are so close to downtown Indy, and downtown Greenwood. You feel like your in a small town and a big city at the same time. The maintenance and grounds keeping team responds very quickly to any problem we have! Lastly, the leasing office staff is so kind and they really make this apartment community feel like home! I would recommend living here to everyone I know!Update:We are still happy living at Emerald Lakes. We are going to resign our lease because we have liked the apartment that much. Like I said previously, the maintenance team is awesome! I put in a work order around 10:30 pm for our A/C because it was not working. I did not call emergency or even put it as urgent on the request, and they had it fixed by 10 the next morning! The only place we though about moving to was a different apartment in Emerald Lakes.

Have been Living here for the past 7.5 months. Iam Single and I do not have pets.Pros:*Amazing Staff members*More than Adequate Space for the price,*Closeness to the highway I65 - You hit downtown in 20min*Professional Maintenance Technicians*Serene*Not Noisy neighboursCons:Not sure what happened with the bathtub, the paint kept coming off. Other than that I really dont have anything to complain. The maintenance Technicians did fix it (they are always there for help)

I don’t know if this could help, but I am staying in emerald lakes apartments in Greenwood(1 bedroom apartment) and I pay around 930$ a month. The apartment is so clean and thier facility team is respectful. The apartment has building gates that you cannot access until u have a key. People who stay have doorbells as well allow them to unlock the gate for visitors. Please feel free to ask questions

Emerald Lakes is a great place to live. Although the rent is higher than most places, Emerald Lakes offers a very safe and professional living environment. I have currently lived at this complex going on four years and it has been a great experience.I have heard or read complaints on service issues or maintenance issues with being poor service or being ignored completely. I have had several minor issues and the staff are always very helpful and very quick acting. Although the staff is a constant turnover(which is sad for tenants like us that have lived here for a long time) all staff members are very professional and courteous and respectful of tenants needs and issues.They are constantly holding monthly gathering, events or community drawings or something of some sort so that is very exciting. The office and amenities are in tip top shape as they just redone the office building,very nicely done.I would recommend and have recommended this complex to several people as I highly enjoy living here. Please stop in before getting freaked out over reviews or price of rent and check it out. I have lived in two separate building units and have had an awesome time here.Enjoy

Emerald Lakes is the best in the area when considering an apartment community. The grounds are lovely with ponds, flowers, shrubbery, and mature trees. The staff are courteous, friendly and know you by name. The Clubhouse truly does feel like someplace you can go to relax and just watch TV, work on the computer, or exercise in the work-out room. All of the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home, answer questions, and help with whatever they can. The management and maintenance team go the extra mile to make community gatherings such as Thanksgiving Dinner, summer cook outs, pool parties & the like are fun for everyone.Kenny, Troy, and Josh of the Maintenance Team are always very friendly, courteous helpful, and prompt with maintenance requests, and even though they don’t have to, they really go the extra mile for single or elderly residents who may need additional maintenance assistance. They always wear a smile, and really want to help each of us.If you are looking for a place to live, there is no other place in the area that can compare to Emerald Lakes!

We are renewing our lease with Emerald Lakes Apartments for the 2nd time. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and great at their jobs. When we had a couple of emergencies, Kenny, Josh, or Troy were there within 10 minutes or less! The apartments, grounds, and amenities are well maintained and frequently upgraded. We loved the options for upgrading our apartment, washer/dryer rental and attached garage rental. The location is superb also, close to downtown Greenwood, lots of restaurants and shopping and a quick drive to all that Indianapolis offers. It is definitely pet-friendly. I highly recommend this apartment community!

My family has lived here 4 and 1/2 years. Great place to live, convenient and great staff. All maintenance requests were handled timely. Occasioally there may have been a problem obtaining a part. Greenwood is a great place to live. Schools are great.

Pros. Professional staff, good maintenance of all areas. Great location. Club house, laundry and all facilities are nice and clean.Cons no carport options only garage, no microwave or w/d included.

Rent is way to high for a 2bedroom +bonus room. Burners on stove wouldnt work called 2 work orders in and never got it fixed. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dont feel safe here. A pit bull or similar dog does not belong in an apartment complex.
