I have been doing business with this company for over 25 years. I was skeptical first about the yearly rate and service but I was given a guarantee that if an issue arises they will address it with no charge. Over the years I have only had to call back only twice and one of those because of a new young technician who didn’t allocate enough time at my residence but I called the office and they sent a senior technician and did a complete redo at no charge. I contacted Compass Pest Management a few months ago and requested a quote for pest control services. Dale offered to come out and do a complete inspection of our home free of charge. An appointment was made and he showed up exactly on time and spent an hour doing a complete evaluation of our home and property. I was given recommendations along with estimates. I scheduled a pest control service, moisture barrier and a mosquito treatment. All the work was done very professionally and timely. Each time Compass came to my residence, they were very punctual and professional. I am especially happy with the mosquito treatment. I feel like the guys spent extra time and extra product in order to get our problem under control. We have used Compass Pest Control in Greenville for the past 7 years. The first hurdle was my wife being comfortable with someone in our home with her while I was at work. She called when the technician was here and was very thankful for the choice we made. Over the years we have battled ants, spiders and bees. Each time Compass dispatched a tech within a day or 2 if not the same day to help us fight the battle at no extra charge. We had an issue with mice and Compass helped with a plan to evict them and executed it as promised. From the office administrators to the techs in the field, Compass has been helpful, friendly and supportive of us when we needed them. I reccomend the service but more the staff that makes it all work. Thank you

I liked that you paid for service yearly. If you have any problems, they come back free of charge. They were excellent with roaches and other pests, however they were never able to make a dent with my ant problem.
