Rob was great! He worked quickly and was thorough with spraying my house and eradicating my back porch of spider webs that had been building up for weeks. Plus he was friendly to talk to and provided a great customer service experience!

We’ve used Pest Guard for about a year for quarterly pest treatment (management and prevention). We’ve had a rocky start with different techs not communicating well. Tyler, the owner, has always tried to correct any customer service problems. It’s obvious from conversations he’s a stand up guy and a great local business to support, so we’ve tried to work through the problems (mainly from a growing business). Rob was sent to our house for treatment today and provided great service! Hands down the best service we’ve experienced with pest treatment. He took the time to educate us on the expectations of the appointment, what was found, what was done, how to identify proper treatment, gave us a timeline of what should be expected for future care (the dead bugs we would see, possibly where, safety of pets, how long for things to dry, etc.), made requested changes to our account, and made sure we took any necessary precautions (even made sure we were aware of potential dead wasps to avoid our dogs getting hurt). I’m sure I’m forgetting more. He spent at least 45 minutes at our house completing the quarterly treatment and a good 10 minutes talking with us. He arrived within the agreed upon time window, was friendly, and provided great service. There are plenty of pest solutions out there, and I’m happy to stay with Pest Guard because of the excellent care provided by Rob.

I called this company on Monday the day after my dogs were stung when they accidentally came upon a yellow jacket nest. Tyler at pest guard answered the phone first thing in the morning and assured me that he would get me on the schedule for the next day. The previous pest company that I had used told me that they couldnt help me for at least a week which is what led me to Tyler. As promised Tyler had his man Brian here at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday and Brian did a fantastic job of both locating the nest which was underground and completely destroying it. Brian also took plenty of time to explain and answer all my questions about what I can expect in the next couple of days and even into the next spring and summer season. The company also gave me a 30-day warranty for free treatment just in case it wasnt completely resolved. It was a pleasure dealing with this company at every contact point from Tyler and the scheduling to Brian and the treatment. I unreservedly recommend pest guard solutions for any of your pest control needs. I am going to sign up with them for annual regular maintenance service. Being new to South Carolina it gives me a lot of comfort to know that a group of experts will be doing the things necessary to control the pests that I am not familiar with but now obviously are part of my life!! Unfortunately we have had service through PestGuard provided by our landlords for the past year or so. I don’t remember a time that the service person has shown up when they said they were going to. It is a constant battle to reschedule, and we’ve only had to do so because they have not notified us when they are coming and then no one is home when they arrive. Weeks after a treatment we notice pests inside the house and call for a re-treatment and can’t get anyone on the phone. Beyond that, we had an urgent rodent issue about 8 months ago, and they would not send someone out to help when we called. We ended up having to spend nearly $300 with another company that quickly (within an hour) responded to our need and was at our house to help get rid of the animal. If you’re looking for simple, convenient, and seamless pest control, do NOT call PestGuard.

I want to first say Tyler with Pest Guard Solutions was very well mannered and was on time and even answered the phone after hours. I had a issues in my Crawlspace that was flooding and not one company in the upstate would even answer the phone or they wanted me to pay upfront for them to come out because it was after hours. Tyler got here around 11:30 Pm Folks again that was 11:30 at night when he showed up at my house. My crawlspace was completely flooded. I used another company here in the upstate and they installed the Sump pump wrong lets just say I will never use this company again.Tyler fixed the issue with 20 minutes and surprising he already had a sump pump in his truck without even knowing mine was burned out due to improper installation. Pest Guard company is the company I will use and tell others to use. With this being said I also went with Pest Guard to do my Termite Bond and Pest control I just cant say enough how communication with this company has been the best and the Techs that came to my house were on time and made sure I was happy before they left.
