My (our) 83 year old mother had bedbugs show up in her home and we had no idea how. She was miserable and my sister and I were heartbroken for what she had endured before we suspected it was bugs and then overwhelmed to realize they were bedbugs. They were great! We were so impressed, relieved and thankful for their level of service (myself & my sister & our Mom) that we moved her tri-annual service from Terminix, that she had had for many years, to Spencer’s Pest Control. Excellent response from business and prompt service from tech. Chance was friendly and knowledgeable. My home was treated the same day and havent seen a palmetto bug inside since.

We were having problems with snakes in the backyard. Turns out we had a mouse problem in our crawl space and that was bringing the snakes. Dave came out the next day and examined the crawl space and both attics and gave his recommendation. He was great and I felt very comfortable with him and he explained everything. Reid came out the next day and set traps. He also sealed up any spaces where mice could get in. He was great also he worked by himself for hours in 90 degree heat. Someone came out to check the traps this morning and removed three mice. Very satisfied and would definitely use them again and would highly recommend Spencer.

We saw Bobby arrive at our home yesterday to take care of a spider issue weve had. He was, unequivocablly, the best pest technician weve ever had. Extremely friendly and professional, and took extra time to help educate me on where spiders live and the procedures they use. Could not recommend them enough!

Chris Orr came out and did an inspection and installed termite traps. Chris was very professional and thorough. He showed up early after calling ahead to make sure that would be ok. Christopher Orr serviced my home. To say his service was impressive is truly a poor choice of words. His service extended beyond the experiences I’ve had in the finest steak house I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. He engaged in uplifting conversation all while continuing his service, even saying “let’s walk and talk.” He brought me to all areas he was servicing, explained the service, assisted in checking out problems I had questions about that I didn’t know if they handled, and consistently left me feeling listened to, understood, and valued. I told him at one point, you still have the chance at a successful counseling career. The time I had the pleasure of spending with him was really the highlight of my month. He circled back after the service to ask thru text if I had other concerns, questions, of requests. The team supporting him obviously brings out the best in each other. I would give him a perfect score, but that’s underwhelming. I would say 11/10, they delivered on every level.

We called to establish service on Monday and they were very responsive and came on Tuesday. Our service technician Chris Orr was prompt in the time frame we were given. He asked tons of questions on issues we were having and was very professional. He took his time and we feel did and outstanding job.

Spencer Pest Control has done our termite inspection for over 15 years. 2 years ago they noted high moisture readings. I accepted their proposal for upgrades to my crawl space, to fix the problem.This was a big mistake.Now, $3500 later, I still have high moisture readings. Spencer tells me I need more work, including a dehumidifier, for another $3600.Why didnt they do that in the first place?See attached pics of their work ... a new crawl space door, chimney vents in the front of my house, and hanging insulation they were supposed to remove and replace ... and none of this work solved the issue.My recommendation to you - use Spencer for termite inspection if you want - that seems to be their core competency. But do NOT use their services for crawl space and moisture control.Bart Thompson
