Jeremy Denney conducted our annual termite inspection and we could not be more pleased. He was very knowledgeable and through with the inspection. He took the time to answer our questions and give us suggestions as home owners on how we could help keep termites out of our home. Very professional and i feel he went over and beyond what was normally done.

I had two techs perform service at my new house. The first tech was here to take care of seasonal mosquito service. He did a great explaining how the service worked and what he was going to do. The second tech was out for the quarterly house service. This tech asked what my concerns were and focused on the spiders I complained about. I appreciated both techs taking the time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns.

I saw a rat in my house early in the morning and had a hard time finding someone to come that same day to help get rid of it. I called Gregory Pest Control and they were able to send someone that same afternoon. The people I talked to on the phone were extremely helpful and were willing to get me the help I needed right away. They were right on time. The technician looked around my house for any signs of more rats, put out traps, and told me he didnt think the rat was still in the house. He was very professional, kind, and answered all of my questions patiently. If you need pest control in the Upstate I would recommend calling them for help.

They have always done a good job for me . Coming for years now . Less bugs are coming in from the great outdoors than there were in the beginning . One summer I had an invasion of sugar ants (AAARRRGGGH) Within two visits, they were banished ! I will continue to keep Gregory coming to my house . They do a great job .

This review is in regard to the Termite division for this company. I have been using them for 3 years. Every year, including this year they have showed up at my house WITHOUT scheduling an appointment. Every year I have complained. I spoke with a new supervisor this year that I am hoping will resolve the communication problems and that he felt like he knew who was failing to schedule the appointments/communicate.In addition, the bill I sent was for $180. When I went online my account showed a charge of $187. I contacted the company to complain about this and request a credit of more than just $7 for my stress and trouble but they only credited $7. Also Tim Freeman responded to my email stating that they had tried to contact me, which, THEY DID NOT, which led me to write this review. If you can’t take ownership for your companies problems, they likely will not be resolved.Very disappointing.If it wasn’t costly to switch termite companies, I would’ve already done it.Buyer beware.

My technician Damon is the best technician I have had, since dealing with Gregory Pest. He is very thorough and takes pride in not only what he does to treat my home, but how he is when he enters my home. Always respectful, and careful not to drag anything in from the outside. I consider myself extremely lucky to be on Damons route.

We have had Gregory’s for the last 13 years and have definitely seen some changes in the company. We started out very pleased then they started changing things. Instead of coming out every quarter they only come out once a year. They have increased the prices a few times over the years. Last year we weren’t home when they came out to do the inspection and in previous years they just left our yearly review in the door. We never even knew they came out until I called to ask about it. Yesterday they came out and we were home we thought when he was done he would come by and speak to us or give us some kind of indication of what he might have seen but he must have just gotten back in his truck and left. He knew we were home because I spoke to him when he first got here. I feel like I am paying someone for something and have no idea if the work is even being preformed. At least email us a copy of the yearlyInspection so it looks like you have done something for the money we are paying.

Gregory Pest Solutions has been servicing our company for some time, before I came to work here. The representative is very friendly, takes the time to let you know what he is doing, results from inspection and answer any questions. He comes in every month like clockwork and covers both inside and outside. This is a large facility and I have not seen one mouse, rat, cockroach or other pest since I been here.

Yes I have called and requested over and over again to have the service on my day off so I can have service in my home. I keep my gates locked due to my dogs so I know the mice boxed are not getting checked. Several years ago I would receive a hang tag letting me know some one was here. This has not happened in well over a year. My contract expired and you continue to come and charge for services I am not receiving!

The CL100 inspection went fine. PLEASE READ REMAINDER! I, the seller of the home, paid for the inspection. Gregorys later RE billed the buyer of the home. She paid it, thinking she needed to. We have tried now for 3.5 months to be refunded for the duplicate payment. Without using last names, we have talked to and emailed Paula, Krista, Ashley and Jennny BECAUSE they all passed ua on to someone else. Only, to blame it on the fact they were bought out by TERMINIX.. Still no refund and now they are saying they resent the check and it has gone to the wrong person and the wrong address. USE ANOTHER PEST SOLUTIONS, because Gregroys has yet to FIND THE SOLUTION.

Jason Bushnell far exceeded my expectations in helping me address a pest issue with one of our rentals. These days, great customer service isnt the norm yet Jason managed to go above and beyond in not only meeting them but far surpassing those expectations. He was thorough, friendly, and kept me updated with his process of trying to locate a tech who could help our tenant quickly. Chris was our tech on site who also far exceeded our expectations. Chris was on time, extremely thorough with his applications, using different methods to cover all possibilities. He patiently listened and explained his process and what we can expect. My technician was amazing he was very professional and kind..His name was Chris he explained everything to me and he told me what to expect and I was very pleased with him☺️I paid on the day of service then Gregory’s decided to take an additional payment out of my account unauthorized and yes they said they reversed the payment but I haven’t received it yet and yes I know it takes time but two weeks later I called to see what was going on with the process. The billing department was sooo rude like I had done something wrong I asked if they could verify and make sure they entered the right card number on the reversal and she was so rude saying “Ma’am the card number is correct “but she never checked..I was pleased with my service but I am canceling my contract🙁

Have been using Gregory for 3 years and are VERY pleased. We are starting their fire ant yard treatment this year. I know I will be as pleased with this service as I am with my home and my yard service. Gregory is by far the most professional and customer oriented service I have ever dealt with. Their technicians and their office staff number one goal is to please the customer.

I signed up for service in May of 2019. I was charged the monthly fee right away. A technician for my initial service came out, and was great. It was raining that day. She stated she could not perform the outdoor service due to the rain. I was told the office would follow up to schedule that service. I’m still waiting on that follow up.After being charged 3-4 months in a row for the monthly fee, I had never been followed up with nor had I receive a single “monthly visit”.I began charging back these transactions with my credit card company. Gregory has now sent me a bill for over $100 dollars. This is borderline scam territory. I signed up for monthly service. I received half of the initial service and have been charged for service every month since then. They have called and left voicemails several times for the bill. They certainly don’t have a problem following up for their money. However it seems they forgot they have to provide a product or service first.It is outrageously laughable to think I owe them $100 for 1/2 of a service in a 7 month period. I cannot recommend a company any less than Gregory.

So sad that Gregory Pest has not lived up to the standard we knew them to be for the past year. Have always had a positive experience with them all the years we used them, but not sure why, but their customer service has been pathetic. We no longer will be using them.

I was very disappointed in every possible way by the quality of service we received for last summers mosquito treatments. The technicians that came out were kind and professional, but they spent so little time on their work and to such little effect it was a total waste of money.

I learned that my home had termites in March of this year. I did my normal due diligence and looked at several companys, big and small. I chose Gregory, they came into my home at 117 Landau Place Simpsonville and did the complete job. All the company reps. that I dealt with were very professional, communicated well and delivered high customer service. Now it is July and I am selling that home and buying another and had you guys come over for an inspection, which was great again. I will always use Gregory and refer them to friends and family. I asked my rep(Todd) yesterday if Mr. Gregory spends time in the new office building off I385. I would like to stop in some day to introduce myself, thank him for what his team has provided and admire the company he has built. I spent 32 yrs. in corporate America and worked with some Fortune 50 Companys. I truly know what great Customer Service is and Gregorys got it! Thanks again!

We have been living in our house since 1981. Gregory’s has been taking care of us since the beginning. The service is top notch. They always come at the appointed time. The service men are always friendly and courteous. Once we had an invasion of crickets; the service man took care of the problem and showed us where they were getting in and how to plug the opening.
