Although Ted Nichols has been inspecting and treating my house for years, I never met him until I slipped into semi-retirement a few years ago. Ted might be the companys best ambassador. The only positive thing was the employee was early, came home to the sheets we were told to bag up completely thrown across the floor and furniture moved but not put back, I’m disabled and unable to breathe so this made it hard on me having to come home and put all my personal belongings back and finding my clean sheets strown all Over a floor. Not sure why they tell you to bag them if they intend on taking them out and throwing them on the floor. 1,500.00 job to come home to a destroyed home.

I have been a custom for 20 years. They do termite and do insect spraying and check for mice in basement. They are always on time . Always very friendly and do a great job. Once I had a bird that managed to get into the hood vent over my stove and they got it out and put bird netting into the vent so I would not have the problem again.

This is our third year with Mack Pest Control and they have done a great job. We have them service two places of business and our home. Since weve been using them we have not had any pest problems. I would highly recommend this company. Great customer service.

Did not do any good. Bugs are worse now than before they sprayed?

Weve been using Mack for our outdoor mosquito spray for two summers now, theyre great!! We used to not even be able to step out the door without being bombarded by mosquitoes, and now I dont even own any bug spray! They are really good too about working around the weather, and coming back if you see any around. Cost effective too! Weve had great results with Mack!

Mack has had our contract for years. Our building is always well taken care of. They provide excellent service, are prompt when an issue arises, and have good efficient billing and bookkeeping. We wouldnt think of going elsewhere.

Used them for 12 years, but they have really gone down hill in the last year. They encouraged me to try mosquito service this summer - it doesnt work and you cannot get anyone out to re-treat. The service guarantee is a joke.Ive been calling for 2.5 weeks and Im continually told, were working on the schedule, well call you back. Wait a few days, call them, they say, were still working on the schedule. They told me if I lived closer to the office they could fit me in easier. But THEY solicited my business.The interior service is also not good in my area any more. The current technician sprayed around my walls and floor with the outside sprayer on his back. I havent had bugs inside but that is absolutely not the standard in pest control. It is a LOT of chemicals and my walls and floor were sopping wet. Please do yourself a favor and call another company. They could not PAY me to let them near my house again. Apparently they are so busy they dont care about their customers anymore.

When I moved from my 4000 sq. ft. house on the lake with many extermination issues to a much smaller townhome with minimal exterior space, I was still charged the same price. When I asked to have service every two months instead of monthly because I didnt have any bug issues and I needed to save money, I was charged double. I will find another exterminator.

Wow, looking at former reviews from EMPLOYEES, I see why I am still having the same pest problem Ive been having. My apartment complex uses this company and I just moved in a month ago.... And I come to find out that my unit has a roach problem. Mack Pest Control has been to my apartment three times in a month and I still see a roach about once a week. I barely cook in my apt and I clean everything after I use it because I have this problem. Employees from this company are claiming they are using the incorrect equipment and I believe it. If your living space actually has a problem... These are NOT the people to call.
