I attempted to use Cleggs. They were late to my initial quote/inspection by a lot. During this inspection, I wasnt impressed by how the gentleman was. He seemed to be in a rush and ready to leave. Keeping in mind they were already late by more than 2 hours.I was given a date and time for my first treatment, and they never showed up. I never received a call telling me they were late or couldnt make it. I ended up telling them to cancel, and I wouldnt be using their service.

Great service from first phone call to day of service. The tech gave a service time and was prompt and professional. No hard-sells after the service, I hate those. I would definitely recommend.

Not a great experience, I was sold an inspection opening and told if they could not get access to everywhere they needed then I may have to add another access panel. After the opening was cut they refused to service my home. I was not aware that they would refuse service to me. I still need the home to be protected and have to look for another company now. In addition I have to pay for a hole in my foundation that doesnt help me accomplish the treatment I need to accomplish. Said differently, I was sold a product that doesnt benefit me. Definitely disappointed I did not get helped.

They are awesome! Called and they were able to come 2 hours later to spray for fleas. I would recommend Cleggs to anyone.

The first time they come out things were good. The second time they come out unannounced I was not home. At that point they told me I needed a working phone number. I called him back and explain that its the same phone number I had when I had set up services. They did nothing because they only treated the outside of the home. Due to the fact I was not home and they could not get underneath to treat for rodents. Upon my calling to inform them that my phone was working I was told they did not know if I would be able to get Services this time because I was not home for the planned visit. I reminded them that it was not a planned visit because I did not know they were attending. I was told they would try and arrange a second visit but I have heard nothing in five days. Also in the beginning I had left several messages requesting a call back and never received a call back

I wasn’t present when the tech arrived. Literally have the guy on video doing nothing (Stayed in his truck for his allotted time and drove off) and I still got charged for the service. Refused to pay, so they sent my account to collections. Needless to say, I won’t be calling them back. Would 10000% NOT recommend Cleggs. They’re better pest control services in the area.

They took up my cable line from my dish that ran to my house and did not put it back in place, just left on the ground exposed

I paid $800 for a termite treatment plan on one of my rental properties. The contract states the warranty was for 5 years. My tenant found termites today within the 5 year period and Cleggs stated they WILL NOT cover an additional treatment or help remedy the situation in any way. Instead, they offered to charge me $1,200 for another treatment. The termite treatment was obviously not done correctly the first time and there is no way I would give them my business again. Cleggs has lost out on my personal business and my rental property business as well. I would avoid this pest company and go with another more reputable pest company in Greenville.

Catherine is a very pleasant & GREAT employee. This is the 2nd time she has been to my home for service. Due to CV-19 I ask that she only service outside and the storage room off of the carport...she does a great job & I see her cleaning the outside window frames too. No bugs inside & I dont see any evidence outside. She represents your company well and is most pleasant!!! I am thankful for her service & Cleggs Pest Control here in Greenville, NC. MBoard

Cleggs performs preventive extermination our home inside and out every quarter. I have used their service for years. After a hurricane, we had an outbreak of palmetto bugs in our yard and I called cleggs in a panic. They immediately came to my home and took care of the issue. Also, I have cats and Cleggs uses pet-friendly insecticide and we are happy with the service!

After reviving a phone call from the branch manager I am pleased with his professionalism and willingness to make it right. When I need service again I’ll be giving it another chance

Started a monthly treatment for water bugs. Tech did a great job! He is new and went in every attic space and all around the house.

Initial termite crew arrived early, took one break and finished almost 3 hrs later. Initial pest crew arrived and worked in all three of our out buildings. Very professional. Richard Harrelson supervisor, about 930 next morning arrived and said crew would be back to do some quality control. David and the crew worked under house for about 2 hrs. I have not been so impressed as this group from Gleggs has been very professional and courteous. I would recommend them highly.

Received visit, inspection, quote and sale from Matt; overall a great experience and great honest guy to work with. He took numerous calls from me as I prepared for the Bed-Bug chemical treatment. Next up was Chris the person who actually did the treatment, re-inspection, and final work. Chris was tremendous, he suggested things to do as he has quite a few years getting rid of Bed-Bugs (man was he right); I believe we defeated those bugs! Thanks to all the Team members at Cleggs Greenville site as they really helped and guided us through the process of getting rid of those Bed-Bugs. Thanks so very much guys!!!

Unfortunately during a termite preventative treatment, they destroyed nearly every bed around my house while trenching. Landscape fabric was pulled way back and torn, dirt everywhere in the pine straw, plants knocked over, etc. Nothing was put back or repaired. I hate to write off a company completely based on the actions of two guys, but when I called for them to clean it up they just said they would talk to them to make sure it wouldnt happen again. Needless to say, we wont be using them again in the future.

I just had the most odd interaction with the Ayden representative who came to quote me. I asked for a specific treatment and it was like he was in la la land. He spent most of his time on the phone talking to i assume someone who knew what they were doing. Basic questions alluded him. Finally i agreed to treatment and price and the man went and spent 20 minutes sitting in his car. I already felt like he was just a salesman but to then just go sit in a car for 20 min while i just stand there waiting. Finally i went over and said sir can yall just write it up and schedule and call me, and he acted like i invaded his 6 foot space rule. Finally he comes out of his car and gives me a date 7 days later as earliest. No thank you. Worst/Oddest interaction Ive ever had with a bug guy. Man i just wanted my rv and grass sprayed for bugs. thats it. It wasnt rocket science.

This is the sorriest service I have ever had with any pest control service!! If you want to throw your money out the window, then this is the ones you hire!! It took 4 minutes to spray an 1100 square foot home and one can plus another can with rust all over it!! He sprayed one shot beside washer and the laundry room was done! Then brings me a bill saying I owe $100 dollars!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!!!
