Isaiah is very friendly and extremely helpful. Willing to answer many questions. Offered free services in response to my concerns. Put on booties before entering house. Spent extra time to do additional treatments. Encouraged me to call with any other concerns.
Service is very expensive. The quality of service is poor. But, I will say that the guys that come out are always nice but just being nice is not going to cut it when you are paying hundreds of dollars for a service. Each time they come out we always still see so many ants,spiders, and other critters sometimes more than before they came out.They are suppose to get down any spider webs but most time they do not. They just look up in one area and say we dont have any. Our rodent box on the outside is never checked. I always mention it but I guess they always forget.Why pay so much for a service and they do half quality work I also do not like that they do not call or schedule with me before coming out, they just show up. I like to be present in the case that I have a problem I can tell them ahead of time.
Massey Services strength as a pest prevention company.... is the service value combined with customer responsiveness & care. They use effective inspection, treatment & prevention practices with every service and you cannot ask for more experienced industry professionals than the guys out of Greenville, SC!!!

I have been using this service for about a year and I am paying $110 a month and at no point has my problem gotten better. If anything I have more ants and spiders then when I started. If you are thinking about using this service to get rid of a pest problem do not go here. You will be closer to solving your problem by doing nothing about the problem.and you will be up $110 a month to.
I have been using this service for almost a year paying $110 a month and they keep saying just give it another month and it should work. It has never worked if anything the problem has gotten worse with a record number of spiders and so many ants that even when you smash over a few hundred a day every day they will tell you oh you just have not given it enough time. Never again will I use this scam company. What are you even using to help get rid of the ants suger. Even when I try closing my account they will still try and come to your house and charge your account after you tell them not to. Watch out.
Whoever the door-to-door salesman that has been at Shoals Crossing Subdivision today (06/09/2021) is very rude and highly UNprofessional. There is a NO SOLICITATION sign at the entrance, yet he has been very aggressive and borderline harassing myself and my neighbors! Hes followed people into their yards and when asked to stop/leave he states that he has a 4th Amendment right to do what he is doing. First of all, sir (whoever you are), the 4th Amendment protects against unreasonable searches and seizures! Secondly, if he is seen in the neighborhood again, law enforcement will be called and he will be placed on No Trespass.ETA: We now know that the employees name is Reese Coley because he has attempted to continue his harassment online, by trying to join our private neighborhood Facebook group. I certainly hope that his harassment does not escalate to stalking and that he is promptly and adequately dealt with. If Mr Coley continues to be a problem we must remind him that we have rights under the 2nd Amendment.2nd edit: Apparently Mr. Coley is the supervisor of Spencer Knight, who was the actual salesman in the neighborhood. Everything else still stands.
I would not give business to a company with the unprofessional sales practices. The salesperson has been harassing the people of our neighborhood all day. Multiple residents have shared accounts of refusal to accept no or please leave as an acceptable answer. Personally I was trying to leave and he came up my driveway. I immediately told him I wasnt interested and I know he has been pushy with others in the area. Instead of just saying sorry about that and leaving he began telling me that the courts always side with door to door salespeople because its their 4th amendment right (wrong amendment btw). I said that doesnt include refusing to leave when asked on private property...he said Im leaving and continues to talk. I start to get in my vehicle and he finally leaves. I shouldnt be harassed in my own driveway by a salesman after telling him I wasnt interested. Poor business practices and definitely makes me not trust the company overall.
The tech’s are always very nice and accommodating to not only my availability but my preferences.
The door to door salesmen was very rude. Everyone in our neighborhood FB group complained about him. When people told him there was a no soliciting sign at the front and at many peoples front doors he mentioned to call the police and they will side with him bc the 4th amendment. Can only imagine what the business is like if they are that rude to people they see as potential clients.
I HATE bugs. They keep them away.
Our subdivision is posted at both entrances no solicitation and your door to door sales people refused to leave our neighborhood after being asked twice over two days.
Their service did not work for us. We have used their service since last November. We let them know we were not satisfied. They came back a second time after the last quarters service, and we were still not satified. They have a money back guarantee. Two different people I talked with said I would get the $105 refund. The lady in the office told me to expect it to take 2 weeks to show up in the account the money had come from. After over 2 weeks, I emailed her to see why it hadnt shown up. Another person with Massey emailed me back and said they would not give me the refund. He had not bothered to let me know this whenever that decision was made, but it had to be before the lady was going to issue the refund (she had emailed me to confirm my account, so I felt sure I would receive the refund at that point). I feel like they lied to me, went back on their word, and the services they performed were not nearly as thorough as we were led to believe they would be when we had the initial estimate/consultation. I have been using MASSEY since they were Wolf Pest Control in 2013. I have been EXTREMELY PLEASED with their Customer Service and Services for the entire time ...I have both Pest Control & Termite Control with them as doe my neighbor Sarah Lark). One example is the Amazing Care and Customer Service of Pest Control Specialist TONYwho is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very kind to go out of his way to assist me repeatedly. Nothing is ever an issue with or for him. Also when I call in for anything everyone that has ever answered has been nothing less than polite, caring and professional. I have recommended and praised them to my other neighbors as their prices are market reasonable and their Customer Service Excellent.
Did not use too expensive and they would not so what advertise.

If I could give them 0 I would. Representative was incredibly rude, we followed their protocol which wasn’t good enough. The rep was condescending and awful, told us several times we weren’t ready even though we did everything they told us to. Would NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!!Follow up: I emailed the email address given by Massey and never heard back. They still get a 0 from me.
Their treatments are effective. All I could ask for.
