The people are so rude and lack customer service skills. I wanted to treat my 11 year old neice to a girls spa day. My neice wanted a basic manicure, they only offer gel nails, so we decided to not use the service. I was in the pedicure seat for two minutes and they wanted me to pay $5 for the service plus an additional $1 credit card fee. When I refused to pay the fee because my feet hadnt been touched by a technician, they were extremely rude. I would avoid this place and the unprofessional services provided and go somewhere else. They are rude and unprofessional.
