I had the best pedicure the lady gave me the best foot massage all the ladies here are really nice and my nails came out just the way I want them to 👍

My experience wasn’t terrible until I got home and really looked at my nails. They are super thick and lumpy. She didn’t clean up my hang nails at all or clean my nails. And worst of all there is a hair “baked” into the polish. I can’t get it out at all. You can see the glue on the nails. I think she did the best she could but I wish she would’ve taken more time and really tried on my nails especially for the price I paid.

I have been a customer at Kims for about 4 years now. All of her staff does amazing mani/pedi work, prices are exactly as they appear on the board & Kim waxes eyebrows like no other! I love this place and I recommend it to everyone!!!!

I love this Nail Salon. I always come here for my pedicure and fill in on my nails. The massage time for pedicures won’t get it anywhere else! They always do such a great job on my nails as well. I’m very picky with my nails shape and they never disappoint. I don’t go anywhere else but here.

Kim is always friendly and her pedicure was FABULOUS. ALWAYS get the deluxe, you wont regret it. Great color selection and good prices.

Over priced and outdated salon. I got a basic manicure and pedicure and the cheap or expired polish they use is turning purple. It’s only been 5 days. I don’t recommend.

I believe the owner is who did my pedicure, she did an amazing job, I’m pregnant and haven’t had my feet done in a while, but when I tell you I feel great my feet are soft, and it was an amazing massage! Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back.

Ive been going to Kims Nails since shortly after it opened in 09. I moved and now drive 45 minutes because I cannot find anyone else I like as well. Incredibly clean and their sanitizer habits are among the best Ive ever seen!! New sealed set of tools and everything for every patron! Every. Time. Family funday Mom Dad and Little Toes getting pampered.

Never again...I went here for a pedicure and manicure and a week later my feet were cracking at the back very painful...and all of my nails ripped my real finger nails off!! I BET YOU THEY WONT GET MY MONEY EVER AGAIN!!!

Consistent professional nail technicians who operate by appointment only, gives hands down, the best massage with pedicures in the Upstate. They never overbook and make customers wait. The salon is clean, well organized and they are meticulous about sanitation. Ive tried a few other nail salons and will only go to Kims Nail.

Terrible. $17 for a polish change and my toes look horrific.

I called Kim at 1:30 for an appointment. Kim told me to be there at 2pm. I got there at 1:55pm was told to wait in the car due to only 2 people allowed in at a time for the moment. My thing is, why would you tell me to come at 2 when you were NOT close to finishing with the 2 ladies you already had... So, Me and my friend waited in the car for 45 min to an hour. Another lady walked in and took our spot while waiting and she knew we were out there in the car. I called her on the phone and she did not seem to care. I been going to her for a while to get my nails done. That was so wrong of her to do us like that. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN!!!

I feel like the lady rushed my pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure and didn’t even get a massage. The final toe nail design was just “ok”....A man beside me came in for a pedicure after me and he finished before I did, so yeah they rush on your pedicure which I like to enjoy mine. I got there right when they opened and was the first customer so there was no need to rush.

Return visit from Avl, NC. I was in town today. Sat @ 10am was empty. Sat after Thanksgiving. Lucky for me. I had a manicure, no polish and pedicure. Best hand, forearms & calf, leg & foot massaged while hitting all the reflex points. Ingrown is Happy again. Their so gentle and speak English to you. See pic. Kim & staff are Fabulous. Other than my lady back at Veda Nail Salon in Charleston SC. (Ms.Sally). This place in Greenville SC (Kim Nails) is by far the best. The pedicure is out of this world. Highly Recommended in my books.

Im tired of my gel polish looking like garbage everytime I get it done. The same girl never evens it out when she does it, and she doesnt speak much English to tell her I hate it. Then my last visit, Kim tried to refuse me of gel clear top coat, I always get gel on my nails no matter if they did a regular polish design on top of gel polish. She tried to make me sound stupid in front of other customers. That was my last chance with them. Im taking my business elsewhere, and yes i know one customer doesnt make a difference to a lot of companies. But i shouldnt be paying $110 for bad service and a bad job. These were my birthday nails and they have so many imperfections. And Kim didnt even massage my hands after since she had an attitude because I was right.

Ive had more pedicures at more places than I can remember. Kim is the best. Im a stickler for the massage portion of the pedicure. She applies great pressure and is very detailed.

They are professional and the environment is relaxing.

Horrible experience got ny nails done saturday two nails broke the same day from me leaving. Come back today and the owner kim trys to accuse me of my nails breaking. When i called back Saturday to let her know about my nail not only was she supposed to fix both my nails but she was supposed to repolish all of them but this heffa had the nerve to just polish the two she fixed...when i say this place is horrible i mean it and i will never go back!

Service was good. Nails comes off in a week.

My nails look horrible it took her 45 minutes just to take my gel polish off you can tell she was new and she couldn’t understand english. I went to get a fill in with gel polish and she didn’t even put acrylic on my nails!!! My nails are lumpy and I am not pleased!!! I didn’t get to talk to the manager because I was in a hurry after she took 2 hours to do my nails!
