Len and Cindy are truly the best. They are super detailed and just awesome!!! I’ve been to another place recently and it’s just not the same standard. At Pedi Spa I get detailed attention and a lengthy leg massage! The other places I’ve been rush and barely massage and they are supposed to be a high quality place. They may look fancy with the lighting and amount of chairs but they do not compare. Look no further. Make an appointment here and you will not be disappointed!

I love this place! They massage your legs and feet for soooo long! They cut nails properly so you don’t get ingrown nails, they are very clean and very friendly! I highly recommend! They do take their time to do an excellent job so if you do come, plan on spending a while in the chair. But the chairs are very comfortable, and the people are so nice! They remember me by name and treat me like family! 11 out of 10!

Loan (pronounced Long) took her time to do my pedicure w/ gel polish; and, Loan did the same for my tips/powder dipped, pink & white full set. My first time here and I believe I finally found a professional/very competent nail salon. Great work, Loan!Ill write an update- pending how long this quality pedicure/nail job lasts.

Cindy is super sweet. I could tell she cared and payed attention to detail and took her time to make sure my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows were perfect! First time and would make the drive to come back and see her.

I love the people who work here! They do a great job on manicures and pedicures and they are very friendly. I messed up my toenails and they laughed and fixed it without any complaints. Love this place!!

Ive always enjoyed my experience here at Pedispa. I feel pampered when I get the opportunity to treat myself to a signature pedicure. I have even had great experience and love the result with eyebrow waxing. The staff is always friendly. Every time I go, I leave feeling relaxed and my toes keep the polish for a few weeks.

Ridiculous to pay for nail polish removal. I will not return for services!

A friend took me there for my first ever pedicure. Loved every minute of it. Also had my brows waxed. Very friendly staff, clean environment, and loved the results. Highly recommend!

Shockingly bad!! Gel pedicure every nail peeled off in one piece within an hour, obviously wasn’t cured properly and looked terrible anyway! Total waste of my time and money will he asking for a refund! So disgusted.

I dont go anywhere else but here! They, Ben, does a great job. He is thoughtful and caring about what I want and delivers. My pedicure stays longer than any other place I have gone. This is my place I and many of my friends have gone to for YEARS! Love them!!

Very relaxing environment. My tech was very thorough and my feet feels great. Reasonably priced. This was my 1st visit being that I am an out-of-towner. I will definitely visit again when in town.

Ive never been there to have my nails done but have always gotten my eyebrows done there (for years). I went in today and when they asked what i was there for I said To get my eyebrows done. With a room full of people staring at me she said We dont do eyebrows. I said dont do eyebrows anymore? She said back to me, Weve never done eyebrows, but maybe try back in a couple of months. What a way to make you feel like youve gone crazy! So just for those of you out there... Pedispa has not and will not do eyebrows. Ended up going a couple of doors down to the nail salon next to the UPS store.. they were so sweet and gentle and took me back immediately. Really makes a difference when you are nice to your return customers!

GREAT service, they take their time and get the job done the right way, and my polish lasts! Not one of those places. They go out of their way to make sure youre happy. My sister introduced my mother and I to this place and none of us will go anywhere else now. I drive from Easley to go there. Absolutely would recommend it!

Do not go here for any services. My fiance went in for a manicure and pedicure and walked our insulted with a cut on her hand. Terrible service by questionably legal workers. When calling in to speak to a manager I was first told they were not in and on vacation for a long time. When I persisted they tapped the phone and then tried to pretend to be a manager. When I called her out on it she said call back later and promptly hung up. Trashy service with no training.

Atmosphere is nice and friendly, they get to know their clients and make sure you are happy with your service!

I went with my daughter today and the customer service is so poor. My daughter had acrylics done and the lady that did the nails was so rough and unpleasant. Never did she smiled once and she seemed she hated her life. Pretty bad. My manicure was also very mediocre.

Beautiful, restful experience with lovely professionals.

Booked an appointment a day ahead for 2 pedicures. We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time. They were busy so I knew that it was going to be a few minutes. One of the ladies directed us almost immediately to two of the pedi station chairs. Then nothing. Seriously. We sat there for about 10 minutes before someone came over to fill our tubs. After 20 minutes of bubbling in now tepid water, an available worker came over to start on my husband. A few minutes later my pedi started.Throughout the whole process the only words spoken to me and I quote You want nails cut down? Thats it. I will admit that sometimes conversation is awkward with language barriers but we muddle through. Just thought maybe a hi, how ya doing? or hows the weather? ....something, anything. Crickets chirping. She filed each nail across the top with 3-5 swipes of the emory board and thats it. Didnt touch the corners to smooth them out. I didnt point it out because at this point I was unhappy with the whole deal and was just wanting it to be over.My husband has thicker nails (30 years of wearing work boots) and they didnt even try to file any thickness down.Very little time was spent with exfoliation or callous removal (less than 10 seconds each foot, seriously).I think it was just us that was being treated this way because the other pedi customers were there before we arrived and were still there after we were done.Not sure what was going on because were NICE PEOPLE!!! Lol, no clue.Anyway, below par pedicure with no friendliness whatsoever.Our first and last visit there.

Awesome $38 pedicure

I was ripped off at this place. Paid $55 for a full set, went back 2 weeks later, charged $55 for a fill on the same set of nails and $30 for a TOENAIL POLISH. They wont ever get another dime from me. Theyre con artists. On top of that, their work is mediocre at best.
