Love this place. Very friendly. Pedi was very relaxing.

I came in today and they had two people call out but that didnt slow down the ladies who were there. The pedicure was absolutely amazing. The lady that did my nails did an amazing job. I got an ombre dip set.they are simply beautiful and I feel so refreshed!

They did great on my toes, but the leg massage was way too hard of a rub, I had asked her to be lighter and she either did not understand or did not hear. She also rubbed my knees weird and now, a day later my left knee is hurting.

I just left here after coming for the first time and seriously had the best nail experience Ive ever had! I will 100% be coming back ...and bringing friends.

After trying several places around the area, this is the place I always go back to and now I don’t go anywhere else. They do a very good job with usually minimal wait times if any, and it is only $25 for a set of acrylics which is not bad at all! Very clean as well, definitely one of the best affordable nail salons around.

I’ve always had really good experiences here. I won’t go anywhere else! Nails are always done well, with patience & precision. I got my eyebrows done here for the first time today & she is SO good at it! She is very particular & gets them perfect— and somehow it hurts less than most places I’ve gone to! She’s great. If there was even a slight thing to complain about (and really it’s not a huge deal), the older, really small woman doesn’t speak English at all & I felt like it was just hard to convey what I wanted with the language barrier. BUT she is incredible at massages & very attention to detail & sweet! I really do like her. This place is simply excellent! 5 out of 5 from me— and I’ve been upwards of 20+ times.

Visited Kat Nails for the 1st time today based off others reviews for a pedicure. I asked for a higher end service ($40 option, highest of the basic pedicures). Staring out the water bath was tepid at best, not the end of the world. The process of the pedicure was all over the place, back & forth & inconsistent between left & right foot, cuticles only trimmed on one of my big toes, other foot not even looked at. The kicker....NOT ONE NAIL WAS TRIMMED, FILED OR BUFFED!!! NOT ONE! And with the haphazard method of the while thing I was never sure what was coming next. Before I even realized it he was painting the nails. I just gave up at that point... 2 stars because the massage I did receive was nice with comfortable pressure, even though he took a couple of calls during, lol. Paint application is patchy with spots that only got 1 coat, which I can see straight through, but since Im going to need to trim all the nails anyway its basically irrelevant. I paid for my service & left without complaining to avoid causing any trouble, but sadly (since the staff was friendly & the facility was clean and I WANTED to love it!!) I wont be back.

I’ve been going there for months and each time I’m unsatisfied but I still always give it a chance... it’s not a good place, people there don’t seem to be so professional at what they do. I always leave with ingrown nails and my cuticles still bad. And my nails don’t last longer that 2 weeks max. I would not recommend!

Terrible experience. Im from out of town so I was looking for a decent place to get my eyebrows done at. I read pretty good reviews for this place so I thought it would be safe to go here. I told the lady specifically how I wanted my eyebrows because I have a scar above my left eyebrow and I would like to have them not too thin but not too thick either. Basically a quick clean up. She hands me the mirror to show me what shes done, and it looked a mess. She waxed my eyebrows right at the point where my scar started so now theyre super short, and on top of that theyre uneven. When I told her thats not what I asked for she tried to argue with me and says she had to do it that way because of the scar. Out of all the nail salons Ive been to, this one was the only one who couldnt do a simple eyebrow wax properly. So, I went into the bathroom to see how bad my eyebrows looked and when I came out i see her unbothered working on the next client. Would NOT reccomend..

The salon is nice however the people that work there are a bit rude. They dont offer a friendly greeting when you walk in then they start speaking to each other in Vietnamese as if they are trying to decide who should take you. I totally understand using another language however it comes across rude when you are servicing English speaking customers. My nail services have been really good but pedicures are not to my expectations for the cost. Time to find another salon.

Took my daughter n myself there to get acrylic n dipped nails n pedis for her 12th birthday n we had such a good time! They treated her like the princess that she is n we were both very pleased with our nails! That says a lot for me as I am a cosmetologist who is very picky! All of the people in there r very sweet n keep their place very clean! Def will be going back today for my fill!

Had such a bad experience do not use Tina. I have been there in the past and they were very good. She did not use tool from a sealed sterile bag!!! She did not understand English when I asked her not to use the dirty tool on me.

I hated this place and I’m never going again, the dude didn’t even ask what nail shop I wanted and just did whatever, the gel nail turned out really chubby and thick which wasn’t nice to look at. Also, the price for my nails was VERY overpriced wasn’t satisfied at all.
