I will never go there again. I got a regular pedicure which was $25 I picked gel for my color and the price went to $45! The gel paint was discolored and streaky. They didnt shape my toes correct. Very disappointed.

I went in to get my eye brows waxed lip and chin (thanks to pcos) any way 1st she did my lip and yes everything was grown out where if done properly would have came off.. she left hair on my lip messed up my eyebrows after I asked them to be thin she left them thick and my chin was horrible it was like she just didn’t want to mess with it.. as someone who is always waxing and getting my nails done you would think this place wouldn’t have charged me for the piss poor service they did on my but they sure did and charged a Sanitation fee for each service umm your a Solon aren’t you suppose to do that anyway.. I will never ever come back and have advised friends and family not to ever go here on the other hand later that day I went to nail gallery in farmersville tx and they made me feel really good and at home and she fixed everything the lady at us messed up

I had to go back in to get my nails fixed after one of the tech completely messed them up. Then they was goin to charge me to fix them. I will next go back into that place again. I didnt even let her finish my nails. I was so mad. Never again.

I have came to this nail salon for the past 8 years..it is nothing like it used to be.. the staff are all rude!! I went in, since Sally does not work for them anymore I dont have much preference on who helps me..Anyways!! They sat me down with an older lady in had never seen.. I told her I wanted a manicure with gel polish.. specifically told her I did not want my nails trimmed. And guess what she did??!!! SHE TRIMMED THEM!!! I know there is a language barrier so I remained calmed, and let her do her work.. after she got done with my nails it looked like a 5 year old had painted my nails!!! I paid but told the manager I would be right back to talk about my nails as soon as I got my kids from school... long story short they refused to give me my money back.. they did re-do my nails. I WILL NEVER COME BACK, TIME TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE!!!

I have been coming up here since about 2005 and the service was always great and fast because I have a busy schedule cant spend 3 hours just to get a pedicure, manicure and waxed eyebrows. I got here at 3 it is now 4 and I am still waiting and for about the last year it has been like that. They only have 4 people it is a Saturday you have to have more people working than that. Three weeks ago I walked out and went somewhere else and after today I wont be back here. I hate change but I cant be waiting like this every time I go to have my pedicures done and it has become the norm here.

I went to this place Monday and the lady I got when she was doing my nails broke the nail then packed with the dip which was okay because she fixed it. Some of my nails are not even nor are they smooth on top. But when I went to pay out my price was $35 and I handed her $40 and she goes Thank you, have a great say. You dont assume that the rest of someones money is your tip. Thats rude. I wont be going back. Next time Ill drive the hour to Paris.

Horrible. Horrible. Worst service I’ve ever had. I just needed ONE nail fixed. They told me it would be 30 min wait. I tried to be patient for 2 and 1/2 hours. And still no one has helped me yet. DONT GO HERE

We were visiting my sister-in-law in Greenville and I needed to get my nails done. She has gone to Us Nails and said it was a good place. I had a manicure and French Tips done. Wonderful job. Very friendly staff and very clean salon.

They refuses to serve the Deaf people. I called thru Video phone and made an appointment for a Wednesday at 9:30 am. I showed up around 9:15 and I waited for an hour. I noticed they ignored me so I yelled saying Hey... how come yall let other ladies go before me even they didnt have an appointment. Then one co worker was telling me to make an appointment and I told her I did. She said No appointments needed and I lost it. They were so RUDE. Their names were Lisa and Vickie. I called the BBB.

They do a good job, they just go up on their prices and dont inform you of the price increase... not a small increase a big one. I use to pay $25 for a solar refill, then it went to $27 and last time it was $33..... Not sure I will go back.

Ive been to a lot of places and got my nails done but Sally the way that works here is one of the best professional manicure so I ever had she is awesome

I have also been to many other places around Greenville and this one is the best by far, I always recommend this one to new people. I do have to say if you have ever heard the saying Good things come to those who wait Well thats exactly what this place is everything is excellent but you do have to wait,and sometimes it takes a very long time, My suggestion to people who dont have the time to wait make an appointment!

WORST experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting my nails done for five years at different places. I was home for the holidays and went here in hopes to get my nails done for the holidays... waited OVER AN HOUR with only 5 customers in the shop when I arrived. No one checked on me no one started the water for a pedicure no one did their job. Don’t recommend to anyone.

They took longer than I thought it would do to a pedicure and a fill on tips, but they did a very good job! I will be going back.

Not very friendly. Not very organized. Had a bad experience once before but wanted to try again... no better this time. My nails aren’t even the same color, I got the dip powder and 3 of my nails are much lighter than the others like they were filed too much. Which my nails were filed A LOT, so much it was uncomfortable. I hate writing bad reviews, but I’m so disappointed.

I was first one there and I needed a full set and pedicure and she Kelly rushed through one hand then had another girl and older lady took over. I went in at 9:30 left at 3:00. I had been going here for two years Im really sad.

Its hit or miss if youll have a good or bad pedi here. Depends how busy it is.

Not going to us nails EVER again. They are rude and didnt put the nails on my fingers correctly. I went tuesday May 4th and the nail she didnt glue down enough is already broken. It hasnt even been a week. The design was not how i wanted. Everytime i tried talking to have them fix it they wouldnt. They were aggressive with me as well. The matte top cat i wanted wasnt even applied. I had told them exactly what i wanted before i had them done and they didnt want to use matte. I will not go to us nails gtx again
