PLEASE!! I say this with ALL honesty...DO NOT GO HERE. First of all we get in there and we waited for a good 30 minutes when we had appointments. When I get in the chair, homegirl pulls out a vacuum, AND SUCKED MY HAND!! I was appalled. Moral of the story my nails look terrible, and I’m mad...NOT TO MENTION they were rushing, and cut our fingers smh.

This is not my normal nail salon, but since mine is closed on Mondays I tried to go to this place. The reviews were good, so I was hopeful. Upon arrival, I was incredibly disappointed. I was bringing my boyfriend with me, who has never had a pedicure before. The entire place was incredibly dirty and the staff was very unprofessional. The lady that was going to do my nails admitted that she didnt know how to use the machine because she just got the job. Also, there was no antifungal placed into my water OR bag over the area. I mentioned that I was uncomfortable and I was assured it was clean.So, I pointed out the splatters from the previous pedicure, and they went silent. I got up and left, with the soap still on my feet. DO NOT GO HERE!

I love this place. Every one is so professional and very personable. Good conversations while they do your nails. Ms.Helen and her crew will make sure everything is to your liking before you walk out the door. I wont go anywhere else in town.

Just moved here from out of state and was trying to figure out where to get my nails done. I picked here based off of the reviews and I am SO glad I did! The staff was wonderful. I had a pedicure and my nails dipped. Two different girls helped me during my visit and they were both great. My toes and nails look awesome and enjoyed the whole experience. I will definitely be back!

The place of business was dirty and our nail tech (Helen Le) was rude. Her service was under par and the topcoat she was using looked old and string! Ms Le did not file my cuticles back and left my nails smudged!!The prices are inflated for the service I received.I will never use this nail salon again!!!

I felt like I was part of a herd of cattle being pushed through. 10 minutes in and out for a gel manicure. Very loud, located in the food court of a busy mall. Definitely not the place to go if you want a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The place is nice and plays nice music. The Nail tech was very easy going and quick!

This is Chance mom not sure why it’s pulling his name I moved from Greenville and no one has ever been able to do my nails like how I like them. I prefer overlay with a little extension Helen is just the best . I simply love love my nails.

My husband and I went to Nail Techs on Sunday 12/26/2020 with an appointment at 3:00. We were called back to the chairs about 30 minutes after our appointment time. My husband’s tech was more concerned about the walk-in SNS who came in after us and without an appointment and rushed him along. Not even paying attention to the nail trimming that needed to be done. No massage at all....My polish is chipping off after one day. Bill was paid and no tip given. We will NEVER return! Don’t waist your time!!!

I was there today 2/27/21 terrible terrible service. I had a pedicure and asked for my eyebrows to be done. I watched 4 customers come in and get eyebrows done. While my feet were drying. They forgot about me. After sitting 15 minutes I got up put my shoes on to leave. I paid for my pedicure. Before I left I told the owner/lady she was suppose to do my eyebrows and forgot me. Very unprofessionally place. Now I know why there was hardly anyone in there. I left disappointed. Don’t go there!

Great service! Ellie done pedicures for my boyfriend and I. The massages done on the feet and legs were amazing and were relaxing. Would we go back? definitely! You can tell the shop is a little older and they dont have a big variety of polishes. Im used to an entire wall full of colors. Being that I am from out of town I just dealt with it. As a woman who likes bright colors on my toes since its summer they really should restock and throw out those old polishes.

I have been coming to Nail Tech for several years. I love this place . It is quiet, friendly. I love all the ladies. Angel is my Angel, she is such a sweetheart. I have restless legs syndrome,, she does such magic on them.. They are the best. I look forward to each visit.

Being a male I do not go there often, however I do go every three months. The salon is Very Clean the staff is very professional and do a great job. I will go not any place else. Thanks. Keep up the great work.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. It had been quite some time since I had been able to get my nails done and had to bring my three year old which they showed absolutely no issue in. Definitely recommend.

I used to like this place but everyone else does a wonderful job compared to the lady I’ve been to the past two times. She didn’t tell me any prices until it was time to pay! Not an issue but when I’m paying $55 for a fill in there’s an issue !

I really loved my nails that Nelly Sanchez did, she is an awesome person and has great customer service skills. I can’t wait to see what she does to my nails on my next visit. 👌

This was my first visit Kimberly gave me a great pedicure. Also I had my eyebrows waxed but I didn’t get her name. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will be back again really soon!!

Have been going here faithfully for about 9 months. I havent had any bad experiences with them at all. Helen is an amazing woman lovely shop owner and the quality of their work is outstanding. I wont get my nails done anywhere else as long as they keep up the good work.

Literally the WORST “salon” I’ve ever been to. Customer service was horrendous. I got SNS and in less that 24 hours the top coat was peeling off and the sns itself was lifting from my nails . I went to get it fixed and waited 30 minutes bc they insisted the tech that did them be the one to fix them after I called ahead and they made it sound like it wouldn’t be such a hassle. Too expensive for a terrible job.

I drive 64 miles biweekly to get a pedicure. They massage your legs and feet. Love this place.

I absolutely LOVE Helen! She did my nails for 20 plus years and now I moved to another state but make it a point to have my nails and pedicure done by her when I visit!!

Kimberly told me squoval nails don’t exist, but she can do square with round edges.. if she knew what squoval meant why did she bother to tell me it’s not a real word? after leaving i noticed that half of my nails were shaped extremely crooked, i had to get them reshaped at another nail place. they also began to chip within 3 days of me getting them done.

What an awesome experience! Arrived for a pedicure and was immediately taken in. Picked color and was soaking in less than 5 mins. The magic was in the hands of the nail tech Angel. The foot and leg massage nearly put me to sleep; she is certainally a master with reflexology. Angel was quick and efficient and my toes look fabulous! I am so glad I decided to try a new place for my pedi. I miss my old tech back in Maine and have been searching for a new establishment for months without much success. Ive found what Ive been looking for here!
