Horrible service. My friend went in to get her nails done today since she have never had problems with Polished @ Greenridge before. She asked for nail art on her acrylics. After the lady tried twice they still looked horrible and nothing like the picture she showed. The shape was terrible and the lady doing her nails cut her with the nail file. On top of that she added glitter to cover up how bad they looked. !!(She never asked for glitter)!! She ended up having to pay full price for them and they looked NOTHING like the picture. She ended up going back to kindly ask for a refund, gift card for another time, or a different appointment so that they could be fixed. Their responds to this was unprofessional and straight out rude. They told her they would only give her ten dollars back after consulting between each other while she was standing right there. Then they proceeded to grab her hand and wipe it off without asking for her permission. The remover stung her cut and they never apologized or showed any signs of sympathy towards the situation. (They charged her for the removal even though she never asked for one). I first hand also had a very unprofessional experience while I got my acrylics done earlier this week. The guy doing my nails was constantly stopping and very distracted by his phone. Every few minutes he would pause and call someone or stop to answer texts and other random things. As a customer that has a busy schedule and is spending all that money on nails, I would expect to feel prioritized during my visit. I am extremely disappointed with their service seeing as this was my go-to place to get my nails done. I do not recommend.

My mom and I came to get our nails done. I called ahead of time to ask for an appointment and they said there were no appointments only walk ins. We get here, they sit us down and it takes them 30 minutes to finally soak her nails. After 40 minutes of SOAKING her nails they keep taking other walk ins in front of her. I finally asked and they kept changing the person that was going to do her nails. I don’t want to assume they were doing it because of our race but we were the only Hispanic women in there and they kept taking everyone ahead of her after I heard a few clients say they were walk ins. It took me standing up and asking for a 3rd time for them to finally help her.

Let us sit there for over an hour while multiple people went ahead who jus walked in when we had been waiting. didn’t even acknowledge us for that whole time just letting more ppl keep sitting down

I honestly don’t understand the bad reviews on this place...it’s literally the only salon I’ve been to consistently that I’ve been completely happy with the look and shape of my nails! And the only place I’ve found that can do my nails with the color dip that lasts more than 2 weeks without lifting or breaking. Current manicure has been on 4 weeks and just beginning to lift around the edges and I’m pretty hard on my nails!! Just wish they were open on Sundays!

By far my favorite salon in Greenville. The staff is the friendliest and has always been wonderful. They listen to you and provide excellent services.

Awesome nail place!! Jordan does my nails and he is phenomenal!! The service was very fast and awesome environment!! The experience has been very good with the two times I have been!!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Worst experience ever! I asked for a full set acrylics with French tips. The guy doing my nails was very young and obviously inexperienced because as he was filing my nails he cut my cuticles several times and had a very heavy hand. Way too rough. He couldn’t even glue down the tips. You could see gaps between my real nail and the acrylic. Then he cut down my tips all crooked. As a result, my nails were extremely crooked! He didn’t even pay attention enough to notice that the nails were all crooked when filing.

I got a pedicure and dip by the same lady. She cut all of my fingernails and cuticles so badly with the nail drill that it burns when I wash my hands. Also my thumb isn’t even. More than likely will not return. Quickest pedicure that I’ve ever had too.

The nail tech took her time, she didnt rush through. Polish still on 2 was. No gel

Always great service !!I have been taking my daughter there for over a year and they are the best in Greenville that we have found. Never any issues with acrylics falling off, etc. Polish always looks great. Lots of colors to choose from.Prices are good for fills and full sets (cheaper than a couple other places we had tried).They can get busy certain times but we have never had an overly long wait.

Very clean. They follow all COVID-19 protocols. Had an amazing experience of pedi for me n mani for my kiddo.

After moving to SC and leaving my salon of 14 years it has been very hard to find a salon to fill those shoes after trying several salons I finally found one that does what I like, has great customer service always friendly and clean.

Got my nails done for my birthday..ombre powder dip..absolutely love them!

Past few times I have gotten dip powder and it last for a very very long time, each time was by different people. I’ve gone several other places and dip last one or maybe two weeks before starting to lift. I hope they continue w the awesome techniques used to keep my dip nails lasting and lasting, this will be the only place I ever go back unless things change.

I went there on a Sunday. Understandably a busy day. I went as a walk in and asked for a manicure less than $20. It seems they had better paying customers that they decided to take ahead of me. I waited 45 minutes before they sat me at one of the booths then another 15 minutes while they worked on other customers. It seemed they were taking their time with the other customers too so I knew it’d be forever. I left having spent an hour of my day just waiting and waiting. They didn’t care to say we’ll be right with you or is there something I can get you or try to keep me from leaving. One less person to worry about. One less customer. Don’t think I’ll ever go back.

I called earlier today December 22nd asked if I could schedule an appointment for 6:00 p.m. I was told just to come in. I arrived about 610pm there were 3 people in there two were doing nails one was doing a pedicure they all looked at me ask me what I needed and I set in their shop for 25 minutes no 1 ever said anything else.

I have never had a bad experience here. All the safe pay attention to detail for both manicures and pedicures. The shop is clean. The staff always greet you when you enter and triage large volume of clients well. They always keep you informed if waiting. My nails never chip when they do them, they last 3-4 weeks which I love and they have a good color selection. Wait times are usually short, but on heavier days you could wait an hour which is not uncommon & ok if I have time since they do such a great job. They are open Sundays and are usually very busy that day, expect to wait. I would come early or later in the pm to avoid the middle afternoon rush and long wait. I would recommend this salon to all my friends. Thanks for all you do.💁👏🏼❤️

Pedicure was great but full set took forever only to be told it was $50 for the shortest nails I’ve ever got. I will never return here for a manicure

Arrived 5 min after they opened and was told it would be 30 minutes. Almost an hour later they start waiting on people that walked in after me. Second time in a row this has happened. Service has consistently gone down hill. Very disappointing as this used to be a good one

Recently moved into the area and my mom highly recommended Polished. I had a dip powder manicure. 7 days later, one of my nails cracked and half of the dip polish chipped off. I went in and he fixed it for free. Since he fixed it, I decided to give it another try. Sadly, today is day 8 and I had another nail chip. I DO NOT recommend this place for dip powder. They’re getting 2 stars because my pedicure was great.

Great customer service and prices but the amount of time spent there my nails should of been perfect and they wasnt but I was there so long I didnt have time to get them fixed... missing polish on sides, theres a spot on one nail, acrylic wasnt smooth at the bottom of two nails and because I got light polish its obvious especially on one I pointed out the one major nail that was messed up he did over and its still messed up. And the guy forgot about me drying my nails even tho only 3 seats down from me.

Love it here! The staff has been incredibly friendly and they do a fantastic job! I had a dip manicure done and somehow my nail chipped and they fixed it right up for me with zero issues..... Ive gone to other places that werent so helpful when something like that occurred. Kevin and his staff are fantastic!!

I had a manicure and pedicure there last night. This was my first time there, OMG!!! Great experience! I will definitely be back. Both ladies did a great job.

I love this nail place. My gel alclyrics were 45$ and they were great quality lasted over 3 weeks. Loved my nails from here and I will be returning soon!

I was so disappoint in this place! At 12:15 pm I went in to get ONE nail repaired, they said to have a seat and theyd be right with me. I had an appointment to get to at 1:00 pm but figured it couldnt take more that 15-20 minutes at most! Well, at 12:45 I was still waiting and just left. Im sure they couldve managed to squeeze one nail repaired in, everywhere else does. If not, they shouldve just told me instead of wasting my time sitting there.

I got here at 4:30 because they closed at 6pm on sundays! I told the man that I needed a fill in and a pedicure! He asked what type I said acrylic. Go on I waited for 1 hour in the lobby and like 35 minutes in the pedicure seat before I was assisted and my pedicure actually started! Halfway through my pedicure I was informed I could not get my nails done today due to them being SHORT STAFFED and only one person here did pedicures! I advised them that today was my only day off.. I even told them that I had painted over my nail to try out a nail color on my nails. Their resolution was to take off all my polish instead of doing my nails! Now I have to walk around with lifting ugly nails for ANOTHER 7 days based on the manager! However several people after me came in and got acrylic nails done! When the girl who did my pedicure told the manager why I wanted to get my nails done he started waving his head around with an attitude and speaking in his native tongue! It is now 6:52 and my toes are drying! This was a very very bad experience.. if he knew they only had one person to do my nails when I came in he should have said it and I could have spent my time waiting to actually get serviced! I could have even gotten my nails done instead of walking around looking like a major idiot! I’m am soooo disgusted

This was my first visit here and I was very impressed! I went on a very busy Sunday afternoon, was greeted as soon as I walked into a very packed “house.” Even though every chair was filled the wait to start my mani/pedi service was only 15 minuets. Finished results of my services, some of the best I’ve ever received and I have frequented my fair share of nail salons!! I will certainly be back!! I hope my next visit will be just as impressive as my first was!!!

I may be a dude but it was very nice to get a pedicure. My feet felt fantastic afterwards

Not the level of service I expected

Very poor customer service. Walked in to get a nail repair and they said they could fix it. I waited 45 minuets, I asked the man for a shade tab to pick a color, he never got me one. I ended up leaving after waiting nearly 1 hour. It was a total waste of time. I’ve been here before and they are totally over priced for the quality of work they provide. I’m telling you stay far away from this place!

I will never return again. Its a wednesday afternoon, its not busy at all... Been here since 215pm. It is now 3:15pm and still havent been seen for a pedicure, feet havent even been placed in water. Terrible. I have never waited a hour anywhere.

They didnt use liners. Ive been to cleaner places. I can say they did a great paint job.

I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I get a basic acrylic fill. I noticed that my wait was getting a bit long lately so instead of walking in and waiting over an hour I made an appt. They had me waiting over 90 min. when I had to leave. Hannah made me an second appt for that evening. I returned 10 min early. Still waited another 40 min. When I asked what was the point in making an appt if I have to wait anyway, she responded that management will not allow her to honor appts when they are busy and to come when they open. Well, I came today at 10:15. She said it would be an hour and asked if I could return at noon. I made an appt at Tips n Toes while waiting nearly 75 min. When I finally left at 11:30 they were still telling people an hour wait. Glad I didnt leave just to return at noon to wait an hour anyway!! Good bye Polished! Your customer service is the worst!!! Ohh, they raised their prices a few months ago and she didnt tell me until it came time to pay either.

Waited over an hour for anyone to talk to me or tell me that is would be 2 hours before they would start my nails!!! After an hour was told it would be another hour. By this time all salons were closing for the evening. Need nails done that day as going out of town. Horrible experience and will never be back to this salon.

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. Never been, but made an appointment based on excellent reviews. My appointment was at 5:30. I arrived at 5:20 and the waiting room was full. The owner looked up at me and I told him I had an appointment at 5:30. He advised me to pick my color, which I did, then sat and waited another 10 minutes as I heard just about everyone in the waiting area say they did not have an appointment. At 5:30, the owner sat 4 of us in pedi chairs...3 of whom arrived before me but did not have appointments. No water in the bowls, we just waited. At 5:45 I was about to leave, but one of the techs came and filled my bowl. Thinking he was going to start my pedi, I put my feet in. 5 minutes later (now 5:50) he went and worked on someones mani. There were only 3 techs doing pedis at the time, none of which was anywhere near polish. 5 of us were waiting on pedis and only 2 had water in our bowls. I would have waited at least another 15 minutes before they even started on mine and that would have been 35+ minutes after my appointment time. I made an appointment because I had time constraints. I waited more than long enough. These people simply do not care about their customers time and do not honor appointments whatsoever. Unless you are a regular, dont waste your time. You have no priority with these people.

The parking environment its such a terrible design it was not well managed and poorly engineered

Opens at 10. Walked in at 10:10 and I’m still sitting in this chair and no one has come to start. If it reaches 10:45 I am getting up and leaving. Tell me the wait is long before sitting me in a chair. Very disappointing.
